A month ago I had ordered a mattress and the one that was delivered was not the correct one. After contacting Sleepworks (and Ed, the salesman), they spoke with the manufacturer and had the correct mattress delivered yesterday. Thank you for great customer service!!

We came here looking for a new mattress... Obviously. We only wound up leaving with a pillow, but thats not to say anything bad about Sleepworks. The mattresses, though the most comfortable ones Ive ever been on, were a smidge out of our price range. The sales people were super nice and not the least bit pushy. They still tried to make a sale, but it wasnt annoying. We ordered a mattress online thats okay, but I tell ya, make the investment. Try the mattresses here. Dont deal with something passable, like I have, go with the best mattresses in the world.

I purchased a mattress and two pillow from here about a month ago. It took them almost two weeks to deliver the mattess. Also one of the pillows had to be special ordered. I had to wait a little less than a month for the pillow to come in. Which I understood, but when I got to the store the sales person told me they no longer make the pillow I ordered. They offered me other pillows. And none were king sized ( like the one I was supposed to get). It seems absolutely unbelievable to me that the company wouldnt make any king sized pillows. It felt very much like a bait and switch. I will not buy another mattress here. I will also make sure all the people I originally recommended to come here will no longer. I do not like dishonest sales people and thats what the people at Sleep Works in Bay Shore are. Do not purchase anything from here.

My husband and I bought a Natura mattress set nine months ago at the Bay Shore store. The sales people there were informative and patient. We were very pleased with our purchase, as we awoke every morning without any back pains, and feeling great. But lately we were both waking up with some aches.With sales receipt in hand, we explained to Elwin we were dissatisfied. Without any attitude/argument, and still a smile on his face, he said lets see what we can do.Well we left Sleepworks with an upgraded mattress at a discounted cost. Thanks Bay Shore Sleepworks

Sleepworks medicoil symphony bed worst bed ever! We only had for a couple of months and it sunk in. We spent over $1000 for this bed and now after only 1 year we have to go buy another. I have never been so unsatisfied with a mattress.

MALICIOUS BILL and CRAZY SALESMAN.I came to this place looking for two beds. One for my son and one for my wife and me. The seller was nice at the begining.. I ordered 2 matress,, One Twin and another King. They told me that he would hand me the King in 1 wee later. Two days later, I called the the king matress. When I arrived at the store, to do the paper work, that same salesman had changed his face and behavior completely. He was no longer smiled and corteus. Very indifferent I resolved the cancellation of the purchase. When I was out of the store, almost ready to leave, He went out of the store and showed me a document that he needed to me to sing. I took a document that I consider malicious because the same invoice is a contract type where they are exempt from any responsibility in the purchase, warranty, exchange, return among others . Besides, the document says they would charge me 30% for paperwork if canceled the order. Of course I refused to sign it. The salesman insisted that it was not bad and they would not pay his commission until i signed. I reused myself once again and he said the following: I do not want you to come here again, I dont want to see you in the store again. among other things. At that time this man, already acting very violently. His face altered and his body language aggressive. I Talk to HIS supposed manager to resolve the signature issue. I explained that I did not agree with accepting that discount with my signature and he draw a cross on the pharagraf in question with a letter X.These people clean themselves with that document and if you trust, is on your own risk. I dont know if their quality is good or dont. I dont think so all sales representative are like this guy, but I defenetly do not recoment this place, because I had a very bad experience with this guy. I think I did a very good purchase online and I feel very happy now with my new bed I gor in Amazon.
