This is a review of the pharmacy. Walked in for a vaccine and it took forever. The staff on 6/15/21 at 10am was confused about walk ins. We tried to re-schedule through the confirmation email and it said this pharmacy was available for walk ins. The person at the counter was not aware or very confused about walk ins. The pharmacist did clarify we could do a walk in as we had already scheduled for the prior day. There was a shot for us. The girl preparing the shot was texting on her phone. Not a great experience and we will switch pharmacies bc this is where we also pick up our scripts. Overall poor experience
Well, I went in to purchase an item I literally need in order to live, something Ive purchased here before; and, it was an emergency. I used the self scan and it charged me $6 more than what I paid last time which was also the price displayed on the shelf. Under normal circumstances I would have complained; but, it was an emergency.I cant help but to advise people to avoid this location.
I love this particular CVS store. The employees are always helpful, the store is immaculate, and the pharmacy Personnel are very helpful.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with, and I am a home health aide and have had to deal with many. The pharmacy staff ignore the phones, I’ve seen it when I have been there in person, and when I am trying to call in to speak with someone. They are not very friendly either.
Pharmacy is not clean. Customers made to wait on phone and in person while staff work on tasks other than filling prescriptions. Customer’s presence not acknowledged.
Good selection and options for a small-ish drug store. Much better option than Walgreens in my opinion for the non-prescription needs. Pretty friendly and efficient operations. Clean and tidy.
Pharmacy is extremely helpful and accommodating.
The staff is very abrupt, high turn over of staff and the Ron the pharmacist is rude.
Calm and quiet place.
