If I’m paying for all those extras, I expect them to be there even if you guys have a long drive thru line. Thank you! Literally saw the barista as she was making it, pure steamed milk, never did I see her do the sweet cold foam, nor sprinkle the cinnamon powder. If I wanted pure milk, I would’ve gotten it from my fridge.
I live in Bayonne and yes the drive thru line is long but every drive thru in Bayonne is long! The service is good. I go to this Starbucks all the time and I have NEVER experienced bad customer service. They are very busy and still manage to smile and laugh and it’s always been a pleasant experience!
Rudest person ever answered the phone, attitude for no reason when being asked a simple question about why they were randomly closed on a Tuesday. Happily took my business to Dunkin’ this morningTried to give them another shot on Friday: the inside of the store is closed and the drive thru line is insane. Every time we order ahead it is never ready and when ordering inside they are never prepared. No straws and no napkins most times. Waiting time really sucks i have waited over 10 minutes. They need better prep time and coordinate the workers. It has potential to be like other starbucks locations but they need to work faster and coordinated.

The Starbucks makes good drinks. However expect to wait in line between 15-30 mins for a coffee!! I am sitting in the drive though now with two cars in front of me to the window and still taking 20 Mins to complete orders!I come here all the time but only when I have 20 extra mins to do nothing but wait in a line.
This location is completely over worked. Stopped in on Saturday around 10:30a and waited 45 minutes for 2 cake pops and an iced redeye. In the time I was waiting inside there was at any time 10-14 mobile drink orders just sitting, most of them there the entire time I was waiting. If the store cant meet the needs of the customer in a drive thru and standing inside the mobile orders should be paused. The baristas are working very hard and its unreasonable to expect them to be able to keep up with that level of orders.

I’ve come to this Starbucks three times. Each time, I waited 20+ mins to get my drink(s). Each time they got at LEAST one drink wrong. There are no real Baristas here. It’s a joke. Every time I order a Macchiato, I’m handed a cappuccino or latte. I’m not even a barista and I know the difference. The place is understaffed and poorly trained. This was supposed to be a macchiato, and here’s what it looks like after all the foam settled. It’s almost half way down the cup. Thats a cappuccino. This is where the actual steamed milk and espresso starts.

I love Starbucks coffee, but this place is way too slow. It took them 30 minutes to make a cup of coffee, also never mind the staff very rude and unprofessional and they want to charge me for a cold small half and half cup to fix my coffee !!! Starbucks head office should look into this store and fix this ASAP!!! This place is honestly a disaster. I wouldnt even call it a fully opened Starbucks. Theyre slow, lack customer service, and inefficient. Did I mention theyre slow? Like really slow, you have to come to find out exactly what Im talking about. Think DMV kind of slow, lmao. Also the inside is too spaced out without enough furnishing and decor that it gives off an uninviting vibe. Hard to explain. Maybe its Bayonne, who knows. Hope the new one opening in 440 Jersey City doesnt end up being this awful.

Service always nice but this place is the only place i know which frappe is made such that all that blended ice sits in the cup on the bottom and mocha frap is on top. Each time. Also i always ask for almond milk but sometimes they definitely forget and if you lactose intolerant, you know.

So i went to this particular Starbucks for the first time. I wanted to get Dragonfruit Mango and kiwi refresher but at that time when we ordered it they told us they were sold out. Then i wanted to get the pink drink but they said they no longer have strawberries left to put it in the drink. Afterwards my hubby ordered Caramel crunch ribbon Frappuccino the person taking the order said something that did not surprise me at all and said he doesnt have any crunches left to put it top of the drink. So basically my experience here was terrible as i did not get anything I wanted. So disappointing and not satisfied they had nothing to left to offer us.

Second time I’ve come here and they’re closed before closing time by 5-15 minutes. If you’re not gonna actually close at 7:30pm don’t have that as your closing time. Order ahead is never ready and now it’s not even an option anymore at this location…
Change your hour of operation. It indicates your open at 5:30am.. my self and other people drove here thinking it was open!
Everyone is really nice at this location but Jordan goes above and beyond to make you want to come back. This place is a joke. Sad because they started off so good but now! Takes forever just to get your order and then they get it wrong. I came on 2 different days 5 days apart and i tried ordering 3 drinks they didnt have the ingredients to make. Then I asked for a food item the lady informed me they did have it. Waited in the drive-thru for an additional 10 minutes to then find out the food item was out of stock too. It would of taken you just 2 seconds to ask and let me know you didnt have so I could of gotten off the one and went elsewhere. Seriously they need to hire more staff or just hire new ones.
This establishment is embarrassing. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple iced coffee. There were only two people in front of me and no one behind me. Absolutely ridiculous and I won’t be back

If you just want black coffee go here.They never ever get the orders right. Ask for coconut milk I watch the girl pour 1% milk. Ask for whipped cream once no whipped cream.Ask for the strawberry drink they didnt put any strawberries in it WHY WHY. Dont use the App to pre order, or for that matter walk in when the drive up is full. GUESS WHAT DRIVE TRU ORDERS get done FIRST. You will be standing outside the store for at least 1/2 hour. Oh and about the Drive-through even if there is hardly anybody on the line its over a 45min wait.And this is the nearest Starbucks to where I live.AND THE WORST.Complained to customer service over and over still the same happens over and over.I keep telling myself I will give it another try.But NEVER AGAIN

Phenomenal service!! This is the best starbucks in the area and super convenient. The baristas are always so kind and Ashley is amazing! She gets my order right every time & I love her energy! The wait time may be long, but they do the best they can to provide a good experience.
Great service when I come here the employees are very pleasant however someone needs to address their dress/attire. I’ve seen 3 girls on multiple occasions in leggings or tights that are so thin you see their colorful underwear beneath them at the drive thru window when they turn around and one of the guys with his pants below his butt... and especially because the drive thru window is very high to the car window you see everything. I know Starbucks employees don’t have official uniforms but maybe reinforce some guidelines on attire cuz it’s not very professional to be dressed like that for work.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. The architect or engineer who thought this layout and setup would work must’ve lacked experience. If the drive thru is full u can’t get in to pick up, or u end up at the end of a busy intersection. The parking is one way so if u come In the other way from CVS u can come in and there like only four spots in the front. They tell u they’re are out everything after u wait!! I also went asked for a puppacino for my puppy and they said they were running out of whip cream so couldn’t give to me!! Like who does this.. The money this place is bringing should be fully stocked of ingredients.. oh and they don’t allow orders on the app!! I’ve been a long time customer but this location will not get my $$.. I rather go to Hoboken or Kearny. Don’t waste your time

Long lines are expected, i mean its the only drive through starbucks in town. Rather the long wait than having to go into the one inside stop and shop. The short staff is understandable especially with the pandemic still in full swing on top of the high demand. Jordan is amazing! Whenever I call to ensure they have what I want in stock before making the long line, he is always so pleasant and goes above in beyond. He is the reason Ill keep returning. His Customer service and kindness is A++.

Worst Starbucks service I have ever seen. The staff is very slow, I always order frappuccino and it tasted more like ice than coffee. I placed my order by phone, the time to pick up the order was at 6:01 pm and my order was ready 30 minutes later. I dont think Ill ever go back to this starbucks in my life.

They don’t know how to make their drinks. Asked for two Venti Matcha Lattes. One for me, one for my daughter and it tasted like pure milk.No sugar, no matcha, pure milk. If i wanted milk, I’d go to Lidl, the grocery store right next door. Very irritated that i wasted money on this tonight.
I understand that it is a new place and they need to put everything together but very slow and both times I went my coffee was cold. Understaffed Understaffed Understaffed - A complete pain to grab a coffee. I’m a huge Starbucks enthusiast and this location provides by far the worst experience I’ve come across in the Tri - State Area. This place needs help pronto.
I just want to give whoever designed the drive thru and parking lot area a massive round of applause for being the worst engineer in a long time. From the entrance, cars block the 1 of 2 entrances/exits of the entire place and you often cant get around them to go all the way around the building to the second entrance to park. The drive thru line goes well into the parking lot also cutting off the ability to park around the store or get out of your spot once youre in. This is only going to get worse once the nail salon opens up and what we can assume is another bank on the other drive thru line. You cant exit as it is and will only make coming here that much more difficult.As for the Starbucks, they are a bit slower but they are new so ill give them that. For the most part, people are friendly and i think theyre still getting the hang of the amount of people that come here. This is one of the few in the area but if youre down to battle it out in the parking lot then it would be worth it.

The lines are horrible! Both inside and the drive through.. I don’t understand why they don’t have proper staffing to accommodate for this. I waited in the drive through line from 4:27pm to 4:57. When asked the barista why the long wait, she said there’s a customer that was confused as to what she wants and she was trying to explain it to her?!? Really?? Very unacceptable.. and it’s not the first time, they always have long lines, very disappointing!

Tried this new Starbucks twice now and both times the drinks were subpar. First time got chai latte and eggnog latte and both were gross. Had better chai latte at Dunkin’. Second time got my go-to drinks- a hot and iced matcha latte and both barely had any matcha even though one was ordered with an extra scoop. They were both very light in color and you could barely taste the matcha. Also not properly mixed. Completely different than any other Starbucks that I’ve gotten a matcha latte from. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing.
