Giving 4 stars. My mother still loved the arrangement and flowers but my order came a day late (ordered a week before Mothers Day), but the store did answer when I called them and the front desk was nice and I think they gave an extra box of strawberries. I have also ordered from Edible Arrangements before with no problems. It was just this year that the order came a day late.I also understand that it is not this stores fault as I know the Edible Arrangements website does not really have a limit to orders and even offers same-day requests. I do think Edible Arrangements should address this issue. If not by limiting orders, then at least prompting that they have had a high-volume of requests and ask if it would be OK if the order came the next day. At least then they may divert some of the requests to next day and the customers would have ample time to plan a different present/gift or warn the receiver (if the surprise aspect isnt all that important). As convenient as same-day delivery may be for SOME personal occasions (graduation, birthday, wedding, etc.), it is not for national holidays. They really need to put an order limit as to give local stores more time to receive an order, make it and send it out.As someone who has made same-day deliveries before, I truly appreciate the dedication Edible Arrangement staff puts into getting these orders out and I have learned to order in advance (albeit, this time that didnt work out).I do sympathize with those who order same-day for sudden situations that do fall on a national holiday, though I think we should all still put into consideration how many orders these stores receive. That being said, I am not leaving a 1 star review just for this one bad experience.However, I cannot speak for the other comments referring to freshness. in that regard, I have not yet had a bad order and hope the local store made it up to you.
DO NOT buy from this company! A quick search on the internet will show you all the bad reviews, do yourself a favor and order anywhere else. I received my order late, the day after Mother’s Day. The delivery man was the worst. He was in a normal car, not a refrigerated truck. My arrangement wasn’t even cold the white chocolate was a greyish color, the fruit was discolored and cool. The bag had water in it from the temperature changes . It wasn’t appetizing at all. He called my phone I told him I was home to leave it downstairs. I then sent my young son to get the delivery. He told him I had to sign for it. It was already paid for. I haven’t had to sign for a delivery at home I’m ages. Long story short, they have horrible customer service. I trashed the arrangement and will be sharing my horrible experiences with anyone who will listen.

I order 5 days before requested delivery day, got my email receipt, come delivery day I called several times to ask when my order would be getting to the home I shipped to, NO ANSWER ! After calling 20 times someone finally picks up & pushed all my questions aside & just said “ we are real busy i don’t know when your order would be getting there “ after the tracking was saying being delivered since 10am, fine, comes 3pm still no delivery, I called several times again no answer, now after waiting out Mother’s Day expecting my edibles to get there, there was no delivery.Next day comes, I called & spoke to a lady on the phone & I explained to her that my order was never delivered & proceeded to say “ would you like for us to ship to you today ? “ after mother’s day was yesterday, I kindly said “ no, I would prefer a full refund “ she said ok will do & ended call . Later that day they still decided to deliver the edible in the most disgusting manner, not only did they decide to deliver after asking for my full refund, they came in a unrefrigerated mini van, the edible it’s self was completely unhealthy for anybody to eat, the fruits had black spots on it along with the chocolate from the strawberries completely melted & water at the bottom of the bag . Not only that but I decided to get a custom letter for my girlfriend with my sons picture on it & it came in printer paper !At this point I’m extremely frustrated so I decide to call again, I explained to the lady on the phone that I called the day before for a full refund & told her I didn’t want anything delivered to the home & I explained to her how the order was extremely disgusting & I also asked why was my sons picture/letter was printed out of printer paper & sent out as printer paper & she said “ we ran out of letters “ so I asked “ then why couldn’t you guys call to tell me that instead of sending cheap printer paper to the home “ she just say “ we were really busy that day “ MIND YOU, this is the same lady I spoke to the day before when I asked for the first refund because I remembered her voice, I said “ I think I spoke to you before asking for my refund “ she says “ Maybe it was me, Maybe it wasn’t me “ as if she was being slick, so I go on to ask for my refund for the SECOND time, without saying my name or order number, she already knew who I was, she probably put my name aside & didn’t even refund me when I asked for it the first time ! & I know she didn’t because I didn’t receive a refund receipt like I did today for my money back ! Not to mention she has a attitude over the phone, so I told I was going to make a drive down to her store & I want speak to a manager so she goes on to say “ your going to come here & do what ? “ as if I was threatening her, or she was threatening me, she NEEDS TO GET FIRED ! She didn’t even want to give me her name after asking her multiple time . I will not recommend this Bayonne NJ spot to anybody! I heard a few good things from the edible arrangement in Newark NJ but this one in Bayonne NJ as you can tell is by far the worst place to order from .
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews and I wish that I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. My mother is gluten free, dairy free and soy free so a fruit display was the obvious choice - I was greeted by a lovely young lady with a great smile, and although the customer service was fresh - the fruit was not. The first piece of cantaloupe that my mom bit into was putrid and slimy. I was so disappointed. I don’t know how to upload the photos, but you can see the slim on the cantaloupe.
Ordered 2 days before requested delivery. Received confirmation email. On delivery day I tracked the order at 1pm snd it said out for delivery. At 5:30 I texted the recipient and the order was not received. I called the store because it said it was open until 7. I called at least a dozen times with no answer. I sent a reply email to my confirmation email. The next day I still did not get any email or phone call. I called and they looked up the order and said they were busy with other deliveries. The person just said they would deliver today. I would not use this store again.

The girl’s name who answered the phone is Melissa, that’s the name she gave me at the bayonne location! My son ordered from this place to surprise me for Mother’s Day on Sunday! It’s Tuesday and we’re still waiting for them to delivery, 2 days after Mother’s Day ! I called couple minutes ago and HER answer was “ we are a busy place” “ and I don’t have the time for this “ I’ll just give your money back” by the way in a very rude attitude.. You’re running a business, and this was supposed to be a gift for Mother’s Day on SUNDAY!!!! I just hope the owner of this place knows how this girl is handling orders !!!!!! Tired of this place. I recommend always use Jersey City location or Hackensack .This is the 5th time, 5th!!!I order by 4pm and they call me at 4:45 telling me they are closing soon and won’t be able to make the order.They close 4:30 - another day at 5:00pm another at 4..Let’s see if they update the schedule because it always shows a different schedule which they never meet .
I placed my order April 22, 2021 for Mothers day for my mom. Its now 858 pm on Mothers day and my mom still has not received her edibles. I have not received no phone call or email saying the order was going to be late or not coming. This is unacceptable. My 1st time ordering from this place and I will NEVER order from here again. I will be going in person 1st thing in the morning I want a full refund. This is so sad and embarrassing

FOR SHAME !!!The Fruit Arrangement was made with low quality fruit. Definitely NOT FRESH. It went BAD the next day. Very disappointed !!! It was filled with cheap fruit. For the price I paid I definitely would have gotten better quality fruit from the supermarket.I ordered the Large arrangement and paid for delivery. It was delivered the same day as I paid for.
I placed a order for my Mother for Mother’s Day. I was called to confirm the delivery. Shortly after I received a text message asking for the address again. The package never showed up. I called the store several times no answer. I called the number I received the text message from no answer. Sent a email no answer. Five days later I just received a email that my order is cancelled but still did not receive a refund. Poor communication skills. Very disappointed.

I recently ordered an arrangement for my beloved friends family, and they loved it! The staff did and amazing job, all the fruits were fresh and delicious. And it made it to the ceremony at a great time. Will be coming back.
I placed an order for mothers day(May 10, 2020), which consisted of an edible bouquet, a ballon and a box of chocolates. They only delivered the edible bouquet. I informed the person who delivered my order that it was not complete(the ballon and chocolates were missing). She took a look at the receipt and realized the store did not give her my entire order. She gave me the bouquet and said when she goes back to the store, she will get the rest of my order and deliver it to me. I never received the rest of my order which was a total of $85.00 and when I tried calling the store nobody answered. I also tried calling the day after and no answer. I dont even want the Balloon or box of chocolate anymore what I want is my FULL refund!!! DO NOT order from the Edible located in Bayonne, NJ!!!!

Absolutely worst experience ever I placed an order in June 30th for a delivery for July 1st I received the confirmation that the edible arrangements was delivered and my boyfriend never received it. I am so frustrated I have been calling them nonstop they never pick up their phones . The arrangements was birthday arrangements with balloons I even paid extra to get additional ballons. This morning I called their customer service which they also called to get in contact with their manager they never answered so a ticket was created to have a refund. Worst worst experience ever do not ever order from them customer service it’s 0 poor service....For a big company like this that is world wide I am appalled by their behavior that is truly nonchalant. From all the reviews I have been reading they all had the same experience as me. They are scammers they take your money and don’t deliver the goods. I hope this location close and run out of business for their lame service
I placed an order for VDAY. I waited until about 5-6 PM and never heard from them about delivery. I called non-stop for the rest of the evening and the following day to speak with someone. it was not until noon time on Saturday 2/15 that i was able to get in contact with them and I was told they had a high volume of orders and were unable to fulfill mine. I proceeded to ask for a refund and the representative assured me that it was going to be process. On Monday 2/17 the recipient received a call to notify them that they had an order (AFTER I REQUESTED A REFUND FOR AWFUL SERVICE). I called back on Wednesday to follow-up on my refund (at this point the charge was processed on my card) and the representative had no idea what was going on and say the package was delivered. I explained to her what was going on she said there was no manager available to address the situation and took down my concerns logged them into the system and it would take a few days for them to process my refund. It is now 2/22 and I was charged for an arrangement i never received. I still havent received my refund and I am still waiting to hear back from their manager. i will never order from this location again and id recommend no one else does. Horrible service!
On May 6th I paid an xtra $20 for delivery so that my 90 yr old Grandmother would have something to enjoy on Mother’s Day since she’s been in the house practicing self distancing & following the orders that had been in place due to covid-19 to brighten her day. Only to have her frustrated and waiting up past her bedtime of 8:30pm for a arrangement she didn’t receive until the next day after 5pm. No one bothered to even give us a courtesy call to inform us of any delays or otherwise. Tried to call non- stop to cancel my order but no one was available to answer any questions it’s 3 days now and still I am unable to reach anyone about my refunded delivery fee. Worst experience I ever encountered in the 6 years I’ve been dealing with this company and only at this location never had a problem before now. Unacceptable service! I placed an order Thursday morning to be delivered on Valentines day. I waited until Friday at 9:45pm before I filed a complaint for not receiving my order. Now this was after 26 calls throughout the day where no one answered the phone. When I finally got through to the store and asked for the status of my delivery, I was told to hold on which I did for 55 minutes before I finally hung up! I then waited the 48 hours for a response to my demand for a refund. That response never came! I called the corporate office on Monday morning to file a separate complaint and after a bunch of back and forth I was told that the owner claims my order was delivered and signed for?? That never happened so now either the driver lied or forged my signature, I told them I have cameras recording my home 24/7 NO ONE EVER CAME! At this point I am told I have to wait ANOTHER 48 hours for the owner to check with his driver since my proof and word wasnt good enough! As I write this review today Thursday morning I have yet to receive a follow up call from the owner of this ridiculous place! I will NEVER place another order with Edible Arrangements at any location! I have never in my life experienced such a horrible, unacceptable, unprofessional service! NEVER AGAIN!!

I order for my friend birthday on saturday. They call me yesterday they ran out helium for a balloon so they use chocolate strawberry to replaced it I say ok. So next day my friend is waiting for the deliver but never came. My friend call they say it will come between 6 to 7pm. They wait so long and it didnt come. I check they order it say got deliver but she never got it. I call the store but no one answer. I check they close at 8pm. But I call at 7 and no one pick. Do not order from this place waste of money and time

Just amazing. Ordered my girl friends Valentines gift the night before and by 9am the next day the arrangement was sitting there waiting for her. I couldnt have asked for better service. Just amazing! Love these guys !

Horrible service! Ordered Saturday online hoping it will arrive Monday early in the day, but ends up arriving at 11pm! Also lady on the phone was very rude. I asked for an estimated time and she gives me an attitude! Hire more drivers or change youre delivery system if you cant handle large load of delivery orders. Whats the use of surprising someone special with a gift when it would arrive so late and on top of that the fruits are soggy and not fresh!
Everyone is so kind and they always have extras in the front if you just want a box, I definitely will be going there again!
They delivered the wrong thing and we had already opened it not knowing it was wrong since its a gift. They demanded we return the uneaten portion so they could deliver the right thing. They cant resell open fruit or half eaten strawberries. This was on Mothers Day and over 100$ was spent. Will advise all family and friends to avoid this business
One week ago I had an occassion, and one of the best decisions I made was dealing with edible arrangements the time for delivery was unexpectedly fast, Im really happy with my experience with them.

DO NOT order from this store. The lady is rude. My delivery was not delivered until the day after. The box was so dirty. When I called to see what was going on they couldnt even find my order. Then said they would add balloons for messing up which never even happened. She said next time something happens like this just come into the store after I told her I was a deployed soldier just trying to send stuff to my kids. How does she expect me to go to the store. Do not order from this bayonne site. Workers are clueless with the orders. Waited 9 hours and still no delivery. Was told that bayonne orders are delivered to a jersey city site. From jersey city deliveries are made...lol. makes no sense. Please save the headache and money. Either pick up the order yourself and go somewhere else. Now I have to figure out how to get my refund.
Take my word. Save your money this place is a complete waste of money. I placed an order 36 hours in advance and paid $170.00, for my order to be delivered before 3pm. 11:00am I called to check the status the representative told be itll be there at 12 noon. The order was never delivered!!! They told me the order is made and is sitting in the refrigerator waiting on a driver! No refund is being offered and no manager there to resolve the issue!!! I was forced to change the address.

Worse and most frustrating experience ever.. I wait a hour before i can order and when i get to the cashier she acts like iam wasting time in her life very moody and rude. Then she says i have to pick out of 3 Arrangements and very overpriced so I ended up spending over $100. I asked her if they deliver and she said yes I asked her will I get there before 6 p.m. she says yes. It never got there and they still have my money. SUPER embarrassing that my wife gets me something and theres nothing for me to give her. Never again.. Cant believe you spend over 100$ on some decorated fruits that you would spend under $10 on and you dont even receive it
