I bought a ring doorbell but it didnt work. I called customer support and they were courteous and promptly sent an RMA. I was very thankful for their assistance and refund. Great online store with very good prices.

I ordered an eco ceramic wall heater from them. When I received it I noticed it had damage to the lower side which resulted in a hairline crack. I contacted them and they were very prompt about sending me another unit. Well, I opened the second one with no damage that I could see, hung it and turned it on. Almost immediately another hairline crack appeared. Ive emailed them multiple times and have heard nothing in response. I dont fault them from the manufacturer defect, however their customer service has blatantly ignored me which I do not appreciate.Edit: I was contacted by Abe this evening. We discussed what had happened and he explained how their email was having a glitch. He was able to rectify the situation which I appreciated. Contacting them was a bit tricky but in the long run they made it right.Thank you Abe.
