I have NEVER had an issue here, the woman that helped me with the make-up was nice and knowledgeable. And ANY time Ive needed any assistance all I had to do was ask. I like that they dont follow you around and bug you the whole time you are in there. They ask once if they can help, then let you know if you do to tell them.And the fact that they deliver makes life easier too.I LOVE this place, the prices are outstanding and the products are great and professional grade. Cant find it anywhere else for the price and the location.

This is a Professionals only Beauty Supply that could be why you didnt get much help. They do carry a good selection of products and have always been helpful to me.

I wish I could give 0 star there customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I will never go back to this store again. The ladies in the store were very rude and not helpful at all. No prices on certain items when asked I was told I dont know the new girl probably messed it up...

They are Rude unprofessional and there where no price tags on anything.(Replying to the owner: i am a liscense professional!!! Maybe ur respond should of been something more professional, u prove my point exactly!!! Go to RDA girls)

NoPrice tags. Staff are not friendly they are always in their phone. They are more pricey than other Armstrong that I have visited before. Not coming here again.
