I dropped off a gym bag to be embroidered for my wifes birthday. The lady was really nice and helpful. She said it would be ready by Fri at noon. I stopped by and it was NOT ready. She said come back in the morning. So on Sat I came back around 10 Am.... STILL NOT READY! She said it would be ready by 1 pm and she would call me. It is now 1:21 pm and I still have not received a call nor will she answers her phone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BUSINESS!!!!!UPDATE: I just realized that I never finished the story... So I went back and the bag was still not ready! She hadnt even started on it! I asked to have the bag back as to take my business elsewhere and she refused! She stated that she would do it right now and invited me to the back to watch her. Probably two hours later I finally left with my wifes gift and basically had to watch over the ladys shoulder to make sure she did it correctly because she almost made several mistakes. Never again!!

AWFUL place! I dropped off an article of clothing for some embroidery work to be done. She told me when to pick up a few days later. When I arrived to collect my shirt, she lost it. Told me to return a few days later. When I did, she still could not find it. This time, I waited until she did locate the shirt, which took about an hour. She would not refund my money that I prepaid for her service. I am just happy to have my clothing back. In addition, the place is filthy and unorganized. I will NEVER give this place my business not would I recommend it to anyone!

Worst service. I left a botton shirt to be embroidered on july 7. Pick up on july11. The shirt did not get done. No phone call to let me know. No apology .They could have let me know the moment they did have time to do it. Never recommend tbis place to no one. The dry cleaner/ baker is manager. & he took my order. & confirmed it would be done.#nottheBEST

Never ever going here again! The lady that does the embroidery is a liar! She said shell have it ready and she never did I went 4 days that she said shed have my bag done and never did! I finally decided just to find a different shop. She wasted my time and my gas
