My son (who has anxiety disorders, at times severe) absolutely loves this specific location. Every single staff member treats him with patience, dignity, and understanding. They joke with him, they listen to him, and make him feel very welcome. Tons of games from retro to modern. Highly HIGHLY recommend this location.

These guys are lazy....love the company but the staff is lazy. I went here the night before and it was almost time for closing and they said itll take an hour for them to look at my cards to come back the next day, which I understand it was closing time for them. I come the next day a little bit before an hour of them closing and they still refused to look at my cards that Ive been trying to sell them. So Im not understanding why they refused me besides them all being lazy. Mind you when my husband and I went earlier yesterday they to same girl actually looked at them in less than 30 minutes and the same girl denied looking at these the staff here is lazy and completely wrong for denying service after their own policy states to bring in whatever your selling an hr befor closin.

Hands down the best gaming store in Baytown! I love this place. It has games from the newest to the oldest games. Games, consoles, trading cards, merch. They got it. Come here instead of Game Stop. Lol

Could spend a whole pay check at this awesome place! Brought my 5 year old son and my wife to show them games I use to play as a kid. They have a great buy 2 get the 3rd game free. Has many classics for many older systems! Staff very friendly had trouble finding a game and they check other stores to make sure if it was in stock. Staff knew a lot about game knowledge! Definitely coming back ASAP!

Went there tonight for the first time and their collections are amazing!! However, there were three employees at the counter chit chatting and didnt even acknowledge me. I was walking up and down the aisles and in front of register and no one greeted or asked if I needed help. I didnt even get a have a nice day as I walked out the door. Its too bad too I was ready to spend my hard earned cash.

First time coming here and I loved it! The employees were so kind I was a bit scared at first but I ended up loving it and I hope I can go again

OMGOODNESS!! My son and I decided to step back in time and get a playstation and good ole Crash Bash Bandicoot. He n I played this over 20 years ago and loved it! The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and helped tremendously with everything we had forgotten 😆. I purchased the playstation (came with all the cables), 2 controllers, memory card and 5 games. I spent less than 40 bucks. Came home hooked up this awesome time machine and had a blast! Looking forward to making many more memories with my son 💜 !

Spent $60 on six games and a pop figure at this location when I was visiting from GA. Got home and went to play them and not a single one of the N64 games worked. Checked all my other cartridges and they played fine, so its not the system. They clearly dont test the games before they resell them if all three carts dont work. The Gameboy advanced games I got work fine though. Really disappointed that I wasted money and cant take them back since I live halfway across the country.

Love this store, the staff are friendly, good selection on everything and I never have a problem with any game or anime from this place.

I love how organized this store is. It also has games that varies from N64 to Nintendo Switch. It also has movies and everything there has prices that are great. I would recommend this place over gamestop.

I have been to many Game X Change stores in North Texas and this one is on par to the other ones. The selection of movies and games are very dense and the organization is done nicely. The day I went was busy which is a good thing but the place does get a bit tough to navigate. Wish there was one closer to Houston but for now it will be my go to place for Media!

Excellent selection of retro games and tech. This is basically the opposite of GameStop. All their stock is pre-owned so they dont throw away good stuff and they dont try to sell you what you dont want or any scam rewards program. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Theyre also down to Earth and reasonable. Prices are comparable to Amazon except you dont have to deal with shipping or sketchy sellers.Ive bought a few things from this store over the past year and my experience has been awesome. Paige and John (Josh?) have excellent knowledge about games and theyre super helpful. An item I bought was not working right and I brought it back and they exchanged it for a working one. I was very pleased with how they addressed the issue! Ill be buying all my gaming stuff from here from now on.

Im so unhappy with this place. I went for a specific game and was thrilled when they had it HOWEVER I get the game home and it does not work. I go back to exchange it for another one that works but they dont have it. Refused to give me my money back (only store credit) even though they sold me a broken game so I cannot even go purchase it somewhere else. Not good customer service and honestly I feel ripped off. Aside from that nice store, good prices and variety.

I can honestly say that she is an asset to this company. We have bought two used game consoles here and the staff has always been amazing and kind. Especially the little manager, she is amazing! Gamestop has lost our business forever thanks to her! the ps4 my son got has him extremely happy! love the layaway plan too!

They were very polite and helpful. We took in our switch that was not purchased there. The switchs joycons were having issues connecting to the console and charging entirely. They troubleshooted on different devices and found the issue, without charging us anything. Awesome service.

Staff helped with an odd controller issue!

I know their policy is to give in store credit, but when you buy 2 PS4 controllers and are guaranteed that they have been tested and are in perfect working condition, you should get the credit put back on your credit/debit card when you bring them back 2 hours later because they dont work. Im not asking for cash, Im asking for charges to be reversed. They just want to guarantee that the money spent on their subpar products stays in their bank deposits no matter what.

I did like the selection but not the service. They were not very friendly before checking out, after I dont know that id come backThey were doing a special buy two get one. Now anyone who has been to gamestop during one of these knows that it is the cheapest of the three that is free. However at gamestop if you purchase a 4th the more expensive of the 2 cheapest will be the free game. Not so here unless you make a seperate purchase, which is ridiculous. Originally I was almost overcharged about 40%. I made them break up the purchase once and gave up explaining when I realized that it was intentional the second time around.Example2 games at 9.991 at 7.991 at 0.99Gamestop total 20.97 (before tax)Exchange total 28.87My total was originally over 70 when it should have been less than 50 and the employees had no interest in fixing it. They actually intentionally kept arranging my purchases so that the third game would be the cheapest they could find. (Yes I bought quite a few.) This might technically be the same but I found it dishonest and rude to make me make seperate purchses to get a lower price then acting like I was the one inconveniencing them.

Very wide selection of items and very very cheap. If I were you Id stop buying Pokemon booster packs and just start buying what you need from here.

Love this store, but if something does not work it has to be exchanged for same type of item, bought 15 dollar controller that didnt work, ordered new one online before coming back, picked up 2 games in store that cost less than the controller and she said I can only get another controller, so I got an extra controller that isnt needed,

This store is the best. There is a woman who works there named Paige who goes above and beyond to help a customer. She is one of the main reasons I continue to go to back to this store. This store has anything you need for gaming systems and has tons of games. The only thing I have negative to say is that there was a guy working there named Colton who was very rude and didnt know anything about gaming. He also degraded Paige while there were many customers in the store. Paige though was awesome she still gave great customer service even though he was being ugly. I will continue to go to this store because of Paige.

Ive never given a 1 star review before. Never had to. So this came as a great disappointment. Anyways, long story short, they refused to exchange or return a faulty controller they sold me. Horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and buy your toys elsewhere.

Great deals on old games new games and sometimes used movies and systems

They have some of the best deals on used games. They have old games too. Super NES, Gameboy color; real old school. Good deals on trade ins. They even have a 24 hour X change policy. Have had good experience with the staff, they have knowledge about what they sell. They dont sell new games, only used. They also have a lot of movies. Blue Ray, & DVD; also used. 90 day return if the disc doesnt work, just bring in and exchange. Nice place.

This place is kinda hidden off of Garth road but it is a real treasure. Large selection of used games with great sales. Its right across the street from Target and gamestop. This is my go to place for games now. I just hope they put a banner on the road to let people know they are there. Would hate to lose this store.

Staff here was very friendly and very helpful. I only gave 3 stars because their prices are really high. For instance, a used xbox one 500g is $159, when you can get a NEW XBox One S 1tb with a game at walmart for $179.
