HELP IS NEEDED!!! BOUGHT A LAWN MOWER AND WOOD EDGER CASH ($300.00) APPROXIMATELY THREE (3) WEEKS AGO, UPON PURCHASE I WAS TOLD BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THE REASON THE TWO EQUIPMENT WERENT STARTING, DUE TO GAS AND OIL AND SINCE, THEY DONT HAVE SUCH SUPPLIES THE EQUIPMENT IS RETURNABLE. I WENT AND GET BOTH SUPPLIES AND FOUND OUT THE TWO (2) EQUIPMENT NOT WORKING.I IMMEDIATELY RETURNED IT, AND THE REPRESENTATIVE STATED SHE NEEDS AN OVERRIDE FROM COOPERATE, BUT AFTER STANDING THERE FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR I DECIDED TO CALL COOPERATE AND FOUND OUT THE REPRESENTATIVE LIED ACCORDING TO THE PERSON I SPOKE TO, RATHER COMMITTED A FALSE SALE, AND THE SUPERVISOR WILL BE IN CONTACT. AFTER A SERIES OF MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS, FINALLY RETURN MY CALL APPROXIMATELY A WEEK LATER NO RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND THE REGIONAL MANAGER WILL BE IN CONTACT, SINCE I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO HIM/HER. AS OF NOW NO MANAGER CONTACT ME OR A REFUND IS OFFERED.No one deserves this type of scam, please take your business elsewhere. (FRAUDSTERS, DECEPTIVE TATICS, FALSE SALES, AND REFUSING TO FOLLOW NORMAL STATE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES.ITS TIME TO PETITION THIS BUSINESS!!!If you dont have a testing site with necessary supplies, you should not be selling/ offering certain goods and services. Bought a lawnmower that worked when the guy showed me it started. Put down deposit, bought it out 2 weeks later. Tried it the following weekend after buying a new filter and fresh oil and fuel. It never started. It was never used. They didnt want to listen to what my issue was because I didnt buy the warranty which I thought was just for if it broke down after using it. I didnt think I would need it if it never worked. They didnt offer exchange, they didnt hear my issue except when I was trying to explain it never worked. They just said you didnt buy the warranty so nothing can be done. I know about policies. I understand policies. I know about customer service and satisfaction.Some cases can be an exception. Poor customer service.

Went there today to get a gun out of layaway. The ladies were all nice until I said I wanted to get the gun out of layaway. They were lazy, trying to convince me not to get the gun out by saying “well you know it’s going to take a while.” The only thing that took forever was them doing paperwork because they kept messing up. While I was trying to pay, live roaches were on the counter. The store is very unclean, unorganized, and rude. I will never do business at this location unless I absolutely have to.

Worst pawn shop Ive ever been to. Brought full/new set of tools in to be pawned. When I got them out tools were missing from set, and box looked as though it had been thrown around (scratches and scuff marks) the employees do not care about the merchandise at all as evident by the lawn care equipment that they constantly leave outside while its raining (none of the mowers work) cash America usually is a good pawn shop chain, but this one is just ridiculous!

Absolutely horrible customer service. There were 6 people not helping any customers, and none of them would help me while I was waiting at the counter in front of them.

Walked in to an empty store and all the employees seemed to ignore me. Didnt bother to ask if I needed to see anything when looking at the jewelry. Didnt ask if I was looking for certain items or if I needed any help at all. All were chatting among themselves as if the store was empty. Dont go to this pawn shop if you want to be ignored.

Call them told them what I was looking for they had one had some damage work with me on the price good service
