The young lady who greeted my mom and me started off this experience, was sooo unexpected! The politeness and personable personality was wonderful. Dont know how you got her but she is your first impression so it would behoove you to keep her. The auditory part of the experience was professional and we learned of the deficits she had. I wish she would have went with your service just because of the after care related to your product.

Excellent service. That is wax built up in a hearing aid which allows a person not to hear. They cleaned it out for no charge. A friend of mine was grateful that I took in his hearing aids to be repaired.

The entire experience of getting hearing aids for my mother in law was made easy by Dr. Taylor and Janie. Dr. Taylor was wonderful with Mrs. Baumbach, she was patient and caring while dealing with a 80+ year old that was not receptive to hearing devices.The entire time since we have gotten the hearing aids she has been available if needed. Janie is friendly and efficient about scheduling your appointments to work with any schedule. I wish more Doctor offices made you feel as welcome as this one does.
