From setting up the appointment to seeing the DR. you couldn’t ask for any better service. You went away knowing what there is for your personal hearing needs.

The whole staff is amazing and professional. It is never a long wait to be seen or have my hearing aid worked on. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My Dads ENT called over and Dr. Jacobs staff was able to get us in 15 minutes later. The moment you walk in the door you will be greeted with the utmost hospitality. Dr. Jacobs and her staff were efficient, thorough, and definitely handled us with care.

I had a problem with a hearing aid that I had purchased 2 years ago. I made an unannounced stop on a Friday afternoon. Even though I did not have an appointment, I received excellent help. It turned out that my aids only needed a good cleaning and they discovered that I had ear wax in one ear causing the problem. They immediately cleaned my hearing aids and counseled me on how to eliminate the buildup of wax in my ear.They were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Very friendly atmosphere. Dr. is wonderful she takes her time to listen to you and she has alot of patience. She does a great job. The team she has working for her are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Front office was very friendly. Dr. Jacob was very professional, thorough and gave quick results. One star was missed because there was a discrepancy with copayment. Insurance states that I will pay $50.00 but I was charged $100.00 instead.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodating. Ms. Johnston is professional and well-spoken.

When my hearing was going bad they did an excellent work fitting me with the correct hearing aids. This helped me to better hear what people were talking about. Especially while I was still working and had to sit in meetings.

Staff at front desk very helpful and courteous. Cindy Joy did my hearing test and was very competent and took time to explain results.

At Texas Professional Hearing they work to make sure that you have a positive experience. No matter where you go, hearing aids are expensive, but they follow up with you every 6 months for cleanings, hearing check ups and updates on your aids if they are connected to bluetooth. I dont know about the regular aids, only about the bluetooth capable.

GREAT EXPERENCE

Cindy is an amazing person. She is the first person you in counter with. She is a very caring person. I drive 45 mins to take my mom. Cindy has offered to help me in any way she can to make it convenient when Im not able to pick up services for my mom. She has offered many time to drop off to my mom any ear pieces for us! That means a lot too me! Thank you Texas Professional Hearing for people like Cindy!!

The staff was rude and highly incompetent about insurance verification. My family maximum out of pocket deductible has been met so I do not owe a copay. I called my insurance while in the office and verified. They refused to speak to the representative. Very unprofessional!!!! I cancelled my appointment and do not recommended them.

The staff here are very professional and friendly.

They are wonderful. I saw them for my hearing loss then went back to the audiologist for my kids as well. They are great fir the whole family, whether you hear them at first or not.
