Literally the worst uhaul place ever.Lady that says she’s the “manager” couldn’t help do anything and i dropped my uhaul off before they even Opened and they tried to charge me a “after hours fee” stating i didn’t turn it in on time… because i didn’t check in online. NOONE ever told us that was supposed to be done. Rude manager said “we’ll it’s posted everywhere sometimes customers need to read” Excuse me!? Then tried to tell me the only way i would get my refund is to call corporate. Called corporate they said the GM has to issue the refund. What a joke. Never again.

Was needing to drop off a truck and the two gentlemen that were at this location were getting ready to close up. However, I did arrive before closing and I was told I need to do the return online. Really annoyed that they provided no help at all. Won’t be using this location again. Just not a good experience. I was not even greeted. Was legit just turned away. Great job employees.

They stop filling up propane tanks early and not until 7 pm. They don’t honor the schedule. I even called to make sure they were going to stay open till 7 but they lied to me.

Customer service here is baaaaaaad bad bad. Tried to charge me for furniture pads I didn’t use because the seal on the bag was bumped, also wasn’t paid back for the mileage I didn’t use. To the lady behind the counter and the guy checking the uhauls..I hope your day gets better.Truck drove well though :)

They just flat out lie.If youre going to tell a lie about your computer system not being able to process an existing reservation make sure you cant call corporate and get busted in your lie. I expected more from an actual U-Haul location.

A very rude lady working at the counter,had propane and decided not too sell any because it was cold outside.... Horrible attitude,definitely dont need to be working there at all!!!!

Jerome the general manager is super helpful and personable. I rent uhauls from this location everytime I need to move something. Service is always on point and very consistent. Kudos

An hour and a half after I got there I finally got what I needed. The customer service is horrible and the big lady behind the desk is rude.

This place is decent, and I have used them several times. However, some of the staff are completely disinterested in customer service. There are a few that care and are willing to accommodate, but it is rare. Like most U-Haul locations, they tend to reserve your vehicle online and by phone only to tell you that your truck is not available when you get there...in the middle of a move. Have them call a nearby location to make other arrangements if this happens.

Misty was very rude. I had a temp license and called U-Haul corporate to make sure I had everything I needed. I brought all of my documents and after driving an hour there, misty rudely said she wasn’t going to help. No explanation, no reasoning. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this uhaul location.

So I had reserved a 10 truck online, went to pick it up and was told that there was not a 10 available at the location even though it said there was online. Luckily the guys there helped us and gave us a good deal. Very helpful. However returning it online was very difficult, the whole process was simple, but it kept giving me an error and what shouldve taken 5-10 minutes ended up taking an hour.

Jamal is absolutely amazing!! He truly goes outta his way for his customers. Emmalee was really nice as well. Will be back for any moving services I need!

I got propane but the lady that waited on me was rude she has no business working with the public if she doesnt want to do the job she should quit

The staff are great. The reason I’m giving this place a star was because we have rented here for only two months and we have had stuff go missing. Valuable things have gotten stolen. This is very upsetting, and I’m hoping they do something about this.

Reserved truck was there when I showed up. Ran fine, was clean, didnt get over charged. 2 stars is for closing your establishment 15 minutes earlier than your posted hours.

I wouldnt give this place any stars if I could. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. I have used u-haul to move at least 10 times but after this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. My reserved truck was given to someone else before I arrived and no help offered from the rude girl behind the desk. I ended up having to drive 30 more miles and find another 26 truck myself only to be told by the so called manager that they did nothing wrong afterwards. Avoid this place if you can. Youll be happy you did.

Went inside to buy peanuts, dude couldnt even ring me up so after like 15 min I just left. Would give 0 stars

They never have propane and when they do have they take forever to go help u and there is no one in the store. I ring the bell 2x and waited and nothing so went inside and the 2 workers where just sitting there talking like nothing never again.

Worst u haul storage ever. Had a guy in there finish with a customer then tell us he would be right with us then sat on his chair and just looked in space. We were there to pick up a auto transport to haul side by side and because it wasnt in his system he couldnt do it, when 2 weeks before we did the same thing at same place. These people need to understand they are here to serve us, this guy needs fired

Mr. Jamal is a professional service manager. He took the time to find out the problem to my rv hitch and fixed it even though it was not cause by neglect from uhaul. I cant say enough good about his work ethics. I noticed he is training others to have his work ethics, also, when you call uhaul, you dont get the store itself but the main office. The store on main street would never disregard a caller. Dealt too many times with them. They are great at what they do!

Didnt read reviews before coming to this location but its true worst costumer service, lots of trucks on site but nothing to rent and lady at front desk had bad attitude and no desire to help us and bring business to their store.Yes avoid this location!!!

Went to return truck, Hispanic woman came out to get keys, got in truck, said she would email receipt and literally shut the door in our face. My father-in-law forgot his cell phone In the truck. I called and I was told they would call me back after they look. Never got a call back. Went to store and stood there 10 minutes before they asked to help. Luckily the phone was still in an unlocked truck there

Crappy service...We reserved a uhaul three days in advance.. they called us this morning making sure we needed the uhaul. We said yes be there at 9a.m. to get it. The lady says ok see you then. We go there and they gave our truck away, then told us if we wanted one we had to drive to Pasadena to go get it. Talk about crappy!!!!!

This place is very clean & well stocked... but service was S L O W and the counter lady wasnt helpful or polite at all.
