If you are in need of a storage facility, look no further! Not only is the management very helpful and friendly, it’s just a great place. This facility is always very clean, and very secure. I never had to worry about my belongings while they were here. I know the management always walks the facility to ensure everything is up to par. Even when I changed my lock, the next day they noticed it was different and called and checked to make sure that it was me that did it.

Its my favorite storage in Baytown. The employees are helpful and will work with you if there is any problems. The one thing that needs replaced is the control panel on the back gate its wore out.

Great place to store your valued belongings. I felt my stuff was safe here. There are very secure steps to take in order to gain entry. Very clean. Very easy to rent and very easy to move out. I had two units. I currently still have one. 100% recommend. I agree with others that Kaysie and Natalie are excellent. Ive spoken to both of them a few times. Very helpful and pleasant.

Natalie from extra space storage has been so helpful throughout my process of renting storage units from them. The facility it self clean and well kept. If you need a storage unit I really recommend them.

I just moved to Texas from Washington and we needed a place to store our stuff while our house is being finished. The ladies that run the place are very friendly and helpful. They helped us out when we had trouble with overnight parking of our u-haul truck and when u-haul had to come out a fix a trailer tire. They keep the grounds clean and the facility is nice. Access is good as it is just off of I-10.

Very helpful and always clean. Rates are good. Be sure and reserve online for a much better deal then just walking in.

I mean if you gotta store your &%%$ its not a bad place to have to do it, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable they only got 4 stars because forgiving they are not so much, but thats on me. But they arent getting the fifth star due to my poor money management!😁

This storage facility is well kept and climate control was always working. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that tenants would take the hand carts and put them in their units, steal the handles, or steal the carts. When I would come to the unit to move things, sometimes there was no cart to be found. That is out of management’s control.

The storage units are nice and big only problem is that it gets super hot in there but its still ok

We recently decided to get a storage unit to start moving stuff from our 3rd floor apartment before closing on our new house at the end of this month & Kevin was SO HELPFUL!! The facility is clean & everything was taken care of by phone &/or internet to practice social distancing. Super easy. Great prices. Easily accessible from the freeway. Just an all around pleasant experience!

It’s a safe place to put your belongings

Quick and easy sign up. Got half off because of signing up during the pandemic. Customer service has been great to me so far, but have not had any problems to concern them with. Storage is safe and clean. Website is easy to maneuver and can handle all my billing if I please. I always store here if I have to store in Baytown.
