I visited this morning for some notary purposes and I was very impressed with the customer service. I was greeted by two friendly ladies and had my paperwork done quickly. Adrienne made me feel welcomed and handled my experience very professional. Great Customer Service
I went there today and it was easy to find. It is in the same building as Kroger but next door. It was harder getting thru the traffic on Garth Road than doing business. Once I got in the door there were two folks working. Both welcomed me and I said hello. After getting to the front of the line the business was finished in 45 seconds. The receipt for my package was easy to read and the deal was over quickly and the whole gig was painless.
The Notary Lady, not sure what her name is, instead of doing her basic job to confirm the valid identity of the document signer, all of a sudden is trying question some law terminology on the document she doesn’t have a clue about. If you want to practice law, go get a law license! Don’t try to play a role you have zero qualifications for! Ridiculous!!!

I visited The UPS Store in Baytown on Garth this past Saturday, 8/7/21 just before 1:00p to drop off two packages. While parking and walking into the store, I noticed that customers were entering and leaving very quickly. When I walked in there was only one customer ahead of me - she was being assisted by a female employee and I anticipated a short wait. However, I didnt have to wait at all because a male employee immediately walked from the back room and greeted me. He was efficient, engaging and professional. He made intentional and direct eye contact and you could tell he was smiling...even behind his face covering. I. WAS. IMPRESSED. As the Director of HR for a non-profit, I immediately wanted him on my team!!! I was probably in and out of the store in a minute or so but had the most positive experience that I was still contemplating it hours later. So, I called the store late that afternoon to pass along a compliment and the female employee who took my call was just as professional, courteous and engaging as the male I encountered in the store. Finally, I received a call from Vincent, the Store Manager, today and quickly realized why I had such a positive experience...he sets a great example. Again, he was professional, very friendly, engaging and appreciative that I took the time to pass along the feedback. I dont have need to ship from Baytown often but Ill definitely go out of my way to get to this store when I do!This team needs a gold star!!! They all have bright futures ahead of them because they understand the importance of customer service and that skill is transferrable. Watch out, The UPS Store ;) ...someones going to steal your people because they stand out in this world!!!
Kudos to Victoria! I was having trouble uploading my print job online, so I called and Victoria encouraged me to e-mail it to the store. She received my print job via e-mail, and called to let me know it was ready. Her phone etiquette was outstanding, and when I entered the store, she immediately greeted me, and said shell be right with me. Victoria has fantastic manners, customer service skills, and was just as kind in-person as she was on the phone! I was very impressed! ~ Heather Tolleson
The staff was very kind and helpful. Vincent helped me weigh my product and helped me save money by finding a way to make my product fit in a smaller package. I also appreciate that Vincent took the time to put all my 24 count products on the scale to weigh them accurately. I’m pleased with the enthusiasm and willingness to help!
I have always had a great experience with the staff from the day this store opened. I have always received the best customer service. Today; I would like to acknowledge Shelby for being so knowledgeable and kind to the customers and the staff. Just an awesome young lady!!!
Awesome customer service. I just left there because the Post Office was incredibly overwhelmed and the two young ladies behind the counter were very nice and super helpful. Ill certainly be using UPS more when I need to ship something.
How is a business allowed to deny service based on the ADA? Also, what if you are one of this who has already had the Covid vaccine? I have already had Covid, Ive had the vaccine, and Im protected under Federal Law, which last I checked outweighs a mandate. They lost my business. Im sure a corporation store doesnt care about a small town person but just another long line of government trying to tell you what you can and cannot do.
System was down. Another customer outside said this is a common occurrence on weekends. She said she believes they say this so the lazy ones behind the desk dont have to service customers.Will update when i go back next weekend.
I had to ship out a small package and had a great experience. I was helped by Trevian and he was very polite and helpful, a great worker. The store was clean and smelled good too!
Seems like every time I visit this UPS location, something is always going wrong. This last time, their system was down and told them it was the only time I had to drop a package. The lady was rude and told me oh well sir, not my problem and shrugged her shoulders. Get some better employees here, please.
I stayed at home day waiting on a package that never came and when I reported it they toldMe that I was lying and I need to contact the shipper meanwhile for sure the driver never made a delivery everyone was outside and it was mid day no package 3 pair or all Star 1s just disappeared and UPS driver is responsible cause they never made it to me

Medical masks are not mandatory per Governor Order. There is also a stipulations in Harris county orders that say medical conditions are an exemption to wearing one. I happen to have a severe medical condition that prevents me from wearing one yet this store refuses to assist me in any way shape or form so that I may send off my childs broken school computer so that we may get a replacement so that she can continue her education. Mind you the lady at the counter pulled her mask down to ask me if I had a mask. I will not return to this location. LET ME ADD SINCE YOUR REPLY... ABBOTT RELEASED AN ORDER SEPTEMBER 17TH THAT NO LONGER CALLS FOR MANDATES ON MASKS. MAYBE AS A BUSINESS OWNER YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE ORDERS.... THE ORDER YOU REFER TO FROM JUNE IS NOT ONLY PUT OF DATE, BUT ALSO STATES THAT MEDICAL CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE AN EXCEPTION FOR SOME INDIVIDUALS.
Store reflects open on their website and on the door, however the store is closed without any signage on the door.
My wife and I needed some paperwork scanned and emailed, Shelby and Adrienne were what customer service is all about!! Thanks again ladies.

My organization needed full color souvenir journals completed in a very aggressive time and not only were the staff here professional, they were extremely thorough and their communication was impeccable. The print job as absolutely perfect and we will be using the service here again very soon. Thank you to the owner and his staff!
I have been going to this location for a while and been meaning to leave a review because the staff is always so nice! I always have a lot of questions and they are so patient with me and friendly. I forget all the names of who has helped me but I think the last time was Yesenia. Great location! I definitely recommend it!
I am beyond livid and disappointed. I sent a large box to a customer that included glass and other fragile items. They were all pack VERY well and even wrote on top of the box it contains glass DO NOT STAND ON THIS because that is what the drivers use to reach the boxes up top, crushing what they are standing on. I was also told that they would place fragile stickers on every side of the box, what she received was a crushed, mangled mess! Broken glass, broken lamps, etc... No fragile stickers on it anywhere!!! I NEVER have had this problem with USPS EVER! I will be packing in smaller amounts and sending them through the USPS from now on, it may cost a little more but at least I know they will show respect to peoples packages and show pride in their work by getting people their items in one piece!
People were nice. Parking definitely sucked when you have a huge package to drop off. I had to block the handicap spots. Drag a huge box in. Then go back out to move my car out the way... only 1 customer parking and it didn’t say if it was for the nail salon or ups or krogers....
Gabby and Shelby are very helpful. They always go above and beyond for me when delivering multiple packages that I need shipped. Excellent customer service.
I went in with a medium envelope for a return to Amazon. The girl charged me .83 to tape it closed.. The one time I leave my backpack at home. It would have not been so bad but she gave me a smurk like she knew she was screwing me over for a dollar. I paid it but Amazon please use someone else. They are your competitors an want to ruin your good standing.... Ill never go there in life!

I ordered some items from old navy and they gave the option to ship to the ups store for free...now I go to pick up my package from this ups store location and they are charging $5.00 per package delivered even though it is one order that old navy shipped separately! When I ask the young lady at the counter about it she was very friendly but stated that the charge is set by the manager of the store and is not a charge from ups itself. I checked the ups site and it says shipping to a ups access point is a free service and this location is listed as one of those locations to ship to for free. If they are not a free access point as stated on the ups qsite then they need to be removed from the list of free locations to ship to or it needs to be noted that the cost is at the stores discretion that way people who have no control over how their order will be shipped by the sender can choose whether they want to pay $5.00 for every package that is shipped to them. If the UPS store is going to be in the business of nickel and diming their customers like this I will no longer do anymore of our corporate business with them.UPDATE (8/19/2019):I was contacted by Ariana at the Baytown UPS store and she explained that they were experiencing a system error along with steps they were taking to resolve the issue. She was also very courteous in refunding the charges back to me by searching the transactions in their system and refunding them to prevent me from having to make separate trip back to the store for this purpose.Thank you Vincent and Ariana for your understanding and promptness in resolving my concerns.

The young woman behind the desk was very preoccupied with something in the back office and felt she didnt want to be bothered with me. I needed an envelope for my prepaid USPS label which I purchased for 50 cents. Upon asking if i can leave the package there for the postmaster to pick up I was told no I would have to take it to the post office because its a special package and they dont do that here. I will never come back here again.
I go in here all of the time due to convenience. the young ladies and managers here are easy to talk to, very friendly and treat their customers with great care .i am always pleased and very satisfied never a complaint from me!!!

Employee (Yesenia) was in the front doing nothing but standing there waiting on a customer to send info or email while 2 other customers where preparing their mail items I made line. And the customer she was waiting on for stepped outside and she then called the other customer who made line behind me to help her first. So I told her I was here making line because I was ready with my item. And she just said they were all here before me but I told her nobody was making line nor where they ready and other employee was helping another person but she just didn’t attend me so I took my service else where. If I want to be treated with an attitude then I don’t need to be coming to a place where customer service is rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure if she was being racist since I was the only Hispanic or just discrimination for what ever reason she had. But never going there again and same goes to everyone else if u want to be disrespected and treated rude then that’s the place to go other than that your better off taking your money else where where they our reapectful at the end we as customer pay them not the other way around!
I just received my 8 boxes that I had shipped from Texas to New Orleans and I am so upset. Every little thing inside my boxes that could have been broken, IS broken... These were keepsakes from my now grown children. Little gifts that they had given me. Shame on your company!!! Dumb and dumber employees? I dont get it... Everything was packed nicely and it looks like they were ran over with something big........
