The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. Wish they had more items that I needed readily available.

First time coming to this store I spent 213 bucks on some hair products and I was greeted but when checking out girl was stuffing her face while trying to ask me do I want a credit it took me a few mins to understand with her eating at the registerI declined I was just ready to check out but they were out of a product that I was looking for went to beach wood mall staff there is always great spent 28 bucks there and was given free samples I said wow I just spent over 200 and wasn’t given any free samples all I got was someone trying to signed me up for a credit that talk with food all in her mouth

I’ve been to a few Sephora’s in the area and this one is the best hands down.The staff is attentive and knowledgeable

I’ve always had good service but my last visit was amazing. The salesperson Gabrielle was super knowledgeable about all the products and their ingredients. I had a problem with what I had purchased so I called the following week and she gave me a few tips on how to apply the foundation and what kind of primer to use. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful my skin looks now. I’ve visited “other” beauty supply chains and I was always more knowledgeable than the sales staff. Sephora Beachwood has a great staff; had to share !!! ❤️🥰

Very friendly staff. Was there picking out a gift and was assisted by store manager. Store very well organized and everything was easy to find.

This store is AMAZING, clean, spacious, and organized. Compared to the store in Beachwood Mall this blows it away. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. But, it is slightly annoying when they follow you around and see if you need help every 5 minutes in the same isle.

Very clean and accommodating! The ladies were eager to help and explained their social distancing rules at the door. I had a mask, but wasnt required to wear one. I like the option it gives in case I forgot to bring it. I bought Dior Suavage.

I’m not a huge “make up” girl but I vowed to “step my game up” in 2020. I stopped in looking for a certain pink and Crystal was awesome! She help me find the perfect pink and even showed my how I could use it with my existing lip color to create a new look. I am brown skinned and it can be difficult to find people who know what to suggest. Also, I didn’t realize they were closed it and they didn’t push me out, they were so patient. Lol. I look forward to coming back when I have more time to explore some other colors and techniques.

Have to give a shoutout to the associate SEAN! Love my new hair products and would have never gotten them on my own. Thanks for the help!
