I could not have been happier about my experience with Luxe, Danielle and Hannah. Luxe was my second stop of the day and supposed to be 1 of 4 appointments in total. From the moment Danielle greeted us, asked who each person was sat down and started talking- all of us girls were like okay she’s the sweetest.I had a few dresses I already loved, but wasn’t sure. I had ideas but was open minded and Danielle listened to everything we had to say. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, sweet and funny. I felt so comfortable and right at home as if I had known her for years.I came back 4 days later for a retry and worked with Hannah who is newer, but I have no doubt she’s going to rock it with Danielle in the future. She was very professional, sweet and helped me with my questions. There was a small snag on the dress and Hannah called Danielle who is out of town for meetings, they FaceTimed Dani about the snag and I felt as if I am so important.Me and my girls are extremely impressed with this location and whole heartedly recommend going there and hanging out with Danielle and Hannah 💕

I had the best experience at Luxe Redux Bridal. I had already tried on so many dresses at other shops without finding something special, and time was running out. Not only did I find a stunning, unique dress at Luxe Redux - my consultant Danielle was so upbeat and fun! I had a blast, and walked away with my dream gown.

I had an amazing experience shopping here. The quality of the dresses are 10/10 and I was able to try on many dresses during my 2 hour appointment. I even said YES to the dress! Being able to buy sample dresses (price reduced) also meant that I could try on and buy a dress that would normally be out of my price range. The stylists are very personable and friendly. And, the fitting area is very aesthetic with a cute sitting area and a huge mirror to see yourself in the dress. I would highly recommend shopping here to find your dress :)

I had my bridal appointment today and it was by far the BEST experience I could have possibly imagined!! My consultant was so knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. She had amazing energy and a great personality. I was originally nervous for my appointment but she made me feels so comfortable. I cannot say enough how much I loved my experience here! I cant recommend Luxe Redux Cleveland enough!!! It was my first time shopping and I was feeling anxious and sad about buying my dress in a pandemic. It was just me and my sister in the shop, so I was worried I might feel awkward, but from the minute we walked in, Danielle made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of! She listened carefully to my initial ideas and then my feedback on every gown I tried on--I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress. Within an hour, we had narrowed it down to the PERFECT dress! I did end up buying it and couldnt be more excited, but I honestly would have left a rave review even if I hadnt found the dress because it was such a positive and fun experience to work with Danielle. Danielle my stylist was amazing. Not only do we share the same first name, she was just so incredibly awesome during my dress shopping experience. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried on close to 15 dresses. She had a smile on during the entire process and felt genuinely excited for me every moment during our session. The ladies in Luxe Redux were so kind, helpful and joyful! They made me feel comfortable and beautiful and after just a few questions, knew my style. Once they figured out my style, all the dresses they brought for me to try on were so beautiful! I had a harder time choosing between dresses than anything! 5 stars for sure.

Of all the bridal shops I went to looking for my dress, this was the most disappointing overall experience. They didn’t let me look at any dresses myself, or even let me get out of my chair. They picked out dresses for me to try on that were nothing close to what I was looking for. The staff was not helpful or inviting. They didn’t even let me dress/undress myself…very uncomfortable. My group did not enjoy our time. They also charge you $150 if you do not cancel within 48hr -- this is the last place that should be able to do that. I would not recommend!

Danielle is a dream to work with. She helped put me in my dream dress. She not only took the time to get to know me and my vibe but i feel like she really listened and understood what i was looking for! She made me feel good and made the whole process fun for my gusts as well. If you are thinking of going, do it! I highly highly recomend it!... and of course ask for Danielle :)

This business is so sparkling clean, organized and dazzling! Danielle is more than I can ever explain in words. She made the appointment all about me. I went dress shopping alone and she was my hype girl. She actually picked my dress from the start almost as if she had a feeling it would be the one! She has such an amazing personality, she is so professional yet personable and caring. She didn’t want me to feel pressured to find a dress there, she just wanted me to know what I was looking for at the end of it. I DID end up finding my dress here and literally cried happy tears!

Danielle helped me find the perfect dress for my big day! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Danielle carefully selected options that were within my budget, flattering, and reflective of my tastes and style. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. I was able to take my dress home the same day and was given excellent recommendations for tailors in the area.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Luxe Redux Bridal Boutique! My consultant, Alexandra, was also top notch making my whole experience the way a bride to be should feel. The boutique is beautiful and makes you feel pampered as is. Due to dress searching during the pandemic, I am not sure how it would be outside of it but I was the only bride in the salon which was amazing. Alexandra was also so knowledgeable about the dresses and options. She truly listened to what I was looking for and that is not how I felt at some other stores. She knew the dress I chose was the one before I did. To also have her just as excited as I was about my dress just takes the cake! I went to a number of other bridal stores in the Pittsburgh area and Luxe is one store every bride should check out.

This was my first experience dress shopping and Danielle made it such an awesome experience! They have a wide range of dress sizes and are awesome at clipping the dresses to make you see how it would look once it is altered. I didn’t end up getting my dress from here, but would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Luxe Redux Bridal was my first stop dress shopping and no one could have prepared me for the experience that I had! I must say Danielle is quite AMAZING! It was if she personally knew my style! After looking at thousands of dresses online, I found 2 that I loved from Luxe Redux and called the Beachwood location to set up an appointment. Danielle was amazing and coordinated a dress to be shipped to the store and had both ready by my appointment. My personal stylist was Natalee and she was also amazing. Both girls were so much fun, and Natalee made it feel like we were just bffs in the dressing room and was super confidence inspiring and really knows her way around those dresses. Natalee also pulled some stunning dresses that very specifically matched my unique style and even paired them with the perfect accessories. I was blown away with my experience and had I not said yes to one of Natalees picks that day, I would have gone back to try on even more dresses. I 100% recommend any bride-to-be to start and end with Luxe Redux!

I had such an amazing experience here. First off: Its comfortable, cute, pretty, and you feel very posh while shopping in there.Its organized beautifully, and they really take your taste, ideas, budget, and comfort into account. I honestly loved every dress Rita (my truly amazing attendant/saleswoman) brought me. She really listened and was able to translate my vague ideas/details into wonderful dresses I was excited to try on. Nothing made me go ew, no. I loved that I could see myself before I showed my family in the dressing room (other places Ive been doesnt have mirrors there, boo!) and Rita was very understanding and respectful during the changing. She made me feel comfortable and respected. (I seriously cannot rave enough about her, 10/10).While I didnt end up getting my dress here, I absolutely recommend it. My top tier choice was here and I very nearly went for it until I found my dress elsewhere. It was an absolutely amazing experience and they have a fantastic selection. Be aware that they dont have every size of every dress, but they also wouldnt bring you something that would easily be altered. Also, since there arent a lot of duplicates you should be ready to be decisive or accept that if you leave and decide on your dress later, it might be gone! (This didnt happen to me, but it absolutely could happen to anyone whos indecisive like me!)10/10 5 stars!

I walked into Luxe Redux Bridal having no real expectations on how the dresses were going to look, or what the process would be like.Prior to my appointment I worked with Danielle and sent her links to dresses I liked and wanted to try on during my appointment, she sent back dresses in stock, and more options based on the style I was showing. It was so helpful to see the dresses isolated and suggested by Danielle instead of scrolling online without direction.Rita helped me during the appointment - she was incredible and helped me narrow my choices, talking about what I liked - or disliked about each dress and was basically a mindreader for when I couldnt put my thoughts into words. She was patient, kind and so optimistic which really helped.To sum it up - the dresses all beautiful, Danielle and Rita are incredible, and you cant go wrong by choosing Luxe Redux Bridal Boutique when looking for your wedding dress.

I had the best experience shopping with Danielle (the store manager) at Luxe Redux bridal. First, they make everything SO easy. You can peruse the racks if you want, but all you have to do is explain what youre looking for or what youre style is and they go around the store and do all the shopping for you. They then help you in it and clip you in a million ways so that you can see it from every angle - you dont lift a finger. My favorite part is that as you try on dresses and you say what you do like/dont like, they learn from it and then bring out different dresses that better fit that preference. It really helped me see what I gravitate towards and opened my eyes to dresses/styles that I never wouldve picked myself, nor would I have ever tried on. And second, is that they CARE. Danielle went above and beyond and stayed an hour after the store closed to help us narrow it down. She offered her opinion and knew all the dresses inside out to tell me how others would fit, which helped me narrow down what was then worth trying on. She was sweet as can be, very knowledgeable about the designers and fit, and was like having an added friend in the fitting room with me. I cant say enough good things about the experience - definitely above and beyond and the best bridal store Ive been to - and the prices also cant be beat!

Danielle made finding a wedding dress easy and enjoyable. I went into the store twice and did not feel pressured to buy anything, but ended up finding the most perfect bridal look. That said, they had SO many options, I dont see how anyone could go in and not find something great.

Just got my absolute dream dress this weekend! Rita was helping me out and she was so incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive! I had sent her some dress ideas and we talked on the phone back and fourth so she got an idea of my personality. We tried on all the dresses that I had picked, then she came out with THE ONE! OH. MY. GOD. AMAZING. I bought my dress here, even though it was only my first appointment and I had more to go to. Let me tell you why:First of all, Danielle. Youre not gonna find ANYONE like that anywhere else. She cares SO MUCH and shes always SO HAPPY and she makes you feel SO special and SO beautiful. Shes funny and you feel like you can really trust her to help you find something that not only looks beautiful on you but you look beautiful in. When she helped me, I realized I couldnt NOT buy a dress from her!Second, THE DRESS. I had no idea what I pictured myself in and she helped me narrow it down and pick something that even after four appointments with different stores, (all made before I decided to buy and simply kept for fun,) I still love, and is a mix of absolutely everything I wanted and nothing I would change. And the price is perfect.But the most special part was that the moment I called to make my appointment, and told her my size and budget, she said she had a dress if I was open to trying she thought might work. So I tried it, and let me tell you, it was a psychic match made in heaven. Thats my dress. I love it, and I cannot thank Danielle and her team enough. She took something I found horribly daunting and scary and made it into one of the best experiences of my life. I honestly do not know how to thank them. I honestly never leave reviews, but am feeling so happy since finding my dress at Luxe Redux. I spoke with Danielle a few times on the phone prior to my appointment, though was still a little anxious going wedding dress shopping for the first time. Danielle greeted me at the door and we talked for few minutes prior to trying on dresses so she could get a feel for the style I was going for. I am pretty particular person but Danielle pulled dresses that felt like me. I dont know how they work that magic but the second dress I tried on was a winner. More importantly she made all my guests feel comfortable and included through the process. Hands down would recommend Luxe Redux to any newly engaged gals!

I had been to five dress appointments all over Cleveland and had not been able to find, the one. Luxe Redux offers amazing luxury gowns at the same price as a new dress of lesser quality. I was a little hesitant to try on sample dresses knowing that this was the dress I would be going home with and I wouldnt be able to order it. The standard and quality of the dresses was jaw dropping. Luxe will not sell sample dresses that show signs of wear or any flaw. Im not sure how many times I can say the dresses are impeccable before you get the point. On top of the amazing selection, the stylists made me feel so welcome and picked a dress for me that I would have never pulled off the rack myself. I got to walk out of the door the same day with my dress. I did have to order a veil but they were wonderful about letting me know when it came into the store and coordinating a time to pick it up around my work schedule. I really love how they made sure to have as few distractions as possible. Their team wants to make sure its about the bride and not have ten brides all trying on dresses at the same time. If you havent been able to find a dress in Cleveland or think you cant afford a designer wedding dress, go to Luxe. I had an amazing experience and am so excited to have a super unique dress for my wedding that I didnt have to wait six months for and didnt have to spend $5,000 on.

I had the most amazing experience at Luxe Redux Bridal! Danielle made me feel like a true bride for the first time since being engaged! She is so personable and kind. The whole experience makes me smile just thinking about it. I went into Luxe hoping to just get an idea on styles I liked, as I am extremely picky and thought I would have to go to 20 different stores. It felt as if Danielle was reading my mind. She practically built my dress from the veil to the added sleeves to exactly how I was picturing it in my mind but, not knowing how to look for it. I cried as she put the veil on me (which pretty much felt outer body since I don’t usually cry over things like this.) It was exactly how I wanted to look walking down the aisle to my fiancé. I had such an amazing experience buying my wedding dress here. I had already been to several places around Cleveland/Akron to try on dresses and Luxe Redux seriously blew them all out of the water. They pull some dresses for you to try on based on style preference/sizing. At first you may think its best to be able to look through the store and look for yourself, but trust me, you dont (they will let you peruse if you want, but they are so good at finding them for you). Rita must be a Wedding Dress Psychic because the first dress she pulled for me took out my top choice from other boutiques out of play. Then based on my comments and reaction, she pulled a few others that made me feel so beautiful I had a really hard time choosing between them. Before I went to Luxe Redux I though I was going to have to settle on a dress....after going I felt like I had a show stopping dress that I cant wait to wear. The experience was relaxing, easy, friendly, and luxurious! Thank you Rita and Luxe Reduxe!!!

I had heard amazing things about this boutique from a friend and was so excited to hear it was coming to Cleveland! Their process is a bit different, as they sell gently tried on, luxury designer sample gowns that have never been worn down the aisle..so you get to take your gown with you the day you purchase it! Not only is the concept amazing, but the staff is so sweet and welcoming..and they really know their stuff when it comes to the gowns. I made sure my sister tried on here and she had an amazing experience and said yes to her amazing gown for a killer price! Thanks for all of your help!

Danielle was so wonderful in creating a relaxing experience, that was Personable and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and ultimately she pulled a dress I never would have chosen for myself and I ended up loving it we had such a great experience in a beautiful contemporary new space. The location has so many beautiful gorgeous designer dresses to choose from in various styles and silhouettes. I highly recommend.

The manger had no words for a situation, which involved a customer not liking her dress that was even ordered way to big. The only words from the manger was I hope you like it, and that’s all that was offered! You should be ashamed.
