Three years ago, I bought a dress online for my sons wedding at Nordstrom Rack, went for fitting and they cannot make dress fit, too big, they referred me to Nordstrom bridal department, I wish I could share a picture of how great I looked in this stunning dress. Class AAA service!! Would highly recommend. But now I saw they are closed what a loss.

I recently purchased my wedding dress from here and couldnt have had a better experience! My appointment was with Dominika and she was amazing. We talked in advance and she was able to transfer a few dresses from other Nordstrom stores that they didnt have. The experience was extremely low pressure and they had dresses that fit a wide range of budgets. The setting was very intimate so you didnt feel like you were just in the middle of a mall and there werent a ton of other people around you for appointments. I didnt feel rushed and Dominika really paid attention to things I liked in each of the dresses I tried on. I also found that the dress I ended up buying was higher priced in some of the bridal boutiques who mark them up. I highly recommend using a Nordstrom credit card (or opening one just for this) because you get notes (which I used towards my accessories) and alteration credit. And Dominikas friendliness didnt stop after my appointment...she has since followed up with me to offer help with bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. I drove two hours each way to shop at the Nordstrom Wedding Suite, and it was definitely worth it!

The Wedding Suite is no longer available after it said it was on their website. Very disappointed for I drove over and hour to get there to only be very disappointed.

I feel i need to write a review because many people have had negative things to say about Nordstrom bridal. What I think most dont realize that even though the suite has a smaller selection, you can ask your consultant upon booking your appointment to have any dress transferred to that store, as long as it is carried at another Nordstrom and not being used that same day of your appointment. I had a designer in mind that I would have had to drive across states to try on, and she was able to ship in her gowns for me to try. Ultimately, it saved me a drive because I didnt end up going with that designer and found my dress there because they happened to have it there from a previous trunk show. My sister found her dress there, and now myself. Their consultants are much more attentive than anywhere I had seen. Lastly, you can open a Nordstrom debit or credit and get points (even triple if you schedule a triple pts day) towards your dress. You also get $100 in alterations with the Nordstrom card and can use your earned rewards towards the costs of alternations too!

Terrible selection. Made an appointment to come out here and extremely disappointed, didnt try on one dress. Clearly not a priority for this store

They closed
