This lush is amazing. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. It’s very clean and welcoming. It’s so colorful and fun and vibrant. There are so many bath bombs and cool, fun things to choose from to pamper yourself. I highly recommend taking a trip to Lush to get gifts for friends and family, (and yourself).

Lush is a great store with amazing sustainable policies! Their products are terrific and theyre great for going zero waste (plastic is permanent).

Can be expensive but there are some great products and luxurious scents to be found here! Love the shampoo bars and I cant get enough of the Rub Rub Rub body scrub. Have them demonstrate it on your hands and inhale the exotic aroma.

Just went in today around 12-1pm 10-29-20, I didn’t get the two girls names that were working but they were the nicest!! They were very clear on the safety rules due to COVID and were very helpful on the products! Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time!! I’m so happy I decided to go in there and grab my birthday gift which is on Halloween!!!;)thanks ladies!

Its uncomfortable enough of going to the mall right now but its even more uncomfortable to have an employee breathing on you from 6 feet away making sure youre not touching anything. I almost felt like I was being watched as if I was going to steal something. I had my hands in my pocket the entire time and was afraid to look at anything or even breathe under my mask. I felt very pressured to get in and get out QUICKLY (they were not busy; I was the only customer in the store) as I tried to take my time looking at products. I understand that we cant test products anymore but please dont make your customers feel like they cant even look because they are being WATCHED the entire time by an associate. Most uncomfortable Lush trip ever. I was too afraid to even pick my own products off the shelf that I asked the associate to do so for me. I will just shop online until life goes back to normal.Plus this store is small and understocked compared to other Lush stores.

I absolutely love Lush!!!... I really appreciate how they are prioritizing customers and doing what they can to get us the products we love during COVID.I miss being able to go to the store. But greatly appreciate how quickly Lush is filling and shipping online orders.

Lushs products are so great for my skin and hair. Ive used their shampoo bars for many years and theyre great for taking on the go when I travel. The ladies that work here are well versed on product uses and ingredients, and theyre always very pleasant

The bath and body store is a good place for higher end bathroom bath balms, soap, and other same type toiletries. The employees are very nice and helpful. They are pricey though.

Easily my favorite store in the mall! Everything smells wonderful and holds its purpose very well. The bath bombs are one of my favorites, as well as the fresh face masks. I’ve had pretty troubled skin before but Dark Angels Face Cleanser, Tea Tree Toner Water, and Cupcake Face Mask all REALLY help for me personally. Can’t emphasize enough how much I love Lush.

This small store is amazing. I only usually go here during the holidays because their products make great gifts. They also sell holiday packs as Christmas presents. Im in love with their bath bombs and jelly bombs selection. Since everything here is suppose to be all organic with no additives its not hard on my skin or hair. They have so many products

I love love love this place. The closest we have is 3 hours away and I make that drive just to go to lush. Everything is handmade from natural ingredients, is 100% vegetarian, 100% cruelty free, all made from sustainably sourced ingredients, 80% of their products are vegan, and it does wonders for your body and the environment. Lush is absolutely amazing. They also do a lot of charity work globally so I love supporting them and their awesome products. If a lush was closer I would kill to work at one!

Its lush man. Kinda expensive but really nice workers who help you a lot. Me and my mom had never been before so the workers were really accelerating given that.

I wish I remembered the name of the person who helped me out Saturday, December 15!!She was SO kind and helpful. I came in looking for a specific gift set but I didnt know the name, just its exact contents. She took me over to the correct one immediately! After that I grabbed a second gift set and left.Not even an hour later I ended up going back for an additional Christmas gift and the same person greeted me! She helped with getting a Buffy body bar in the square tin and explained everything about the wash cards and toner tabs! I ended up getting the Cardamom and Coffee wash card and the Tea Tree toner tab AND the Buffy body bar, even though that was really the only thing I intended on buying!She was great though! Not pushy and genuinely helpful.

Workers were super helpful in describing the new solid conditioner to me and I have to say, Im in love with it.It doesnt need to be said, but the bath bombs are amazing and I love all of their waste-less products.

The products at LUSH are amazing! I have never been disappointed with a purchase. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They have a variety of different toiletries to satisfy nearly every everyone. I especially like that the products are handmade from naturally derived ingredients. I buy all my and my daughters soap, shampoo and lotion from here. My daughter has eczema and the products at LUSH have so far not caused any flair ups or irritated her eczema in any way. Some things are a little pricy, but totally worth the investment since the products last longer than traditional toiletries - my shampoo bars generally last 6-8 months, lotion for 9-12.

Went into their store yesterday....it was crowded....it had a strong smell of all their products....and it was noisy.... I LOVE IT.... The employee that had helped me (I believe her name was Alyssa?) was VERY helpful in telling me about their products and their uses, and helping me in deciding what to buy for who I was buying for.... I would recommend this place to anybody.... I WILL be going back to shop for myself...consider me a regular customer 😁

Best quality products. Fantastic service. I wish there was one closer to the Akron area I would go weekly. I wish it was a little less expensive, but I understand why it is you pay for what you get. I have never been disappointed by a product from Lush I hope I never am.

I have only used the Boom Toothy Tabs...went there for some today. $ 11 and some change for white teeth isnt bad at all. Life is Good! There stuff is a bu pricey but worth it.

I love their products but they have to either get a larger place or find another way to make more room. I didnt buy anything because it was elbow to elbow and couldnt move. Definitely lost a sale for sure to me.

I absolutely love their shampoos and conditioners and will always continue to use them but let’s be real here this location was the worst out of the two we have.. this or Crocker park and I will forever go to Crocker park as the staff at beachwood just didn’t care what so ever and just didn’t make me feel welcome or cared. It’s one thing to sell a product and another thing to have customer service and these people SERIOUSLY LACK customer service at all!!

Very nice place and nice people! I recently shopped here and unfortunately the soap I brought irritated my skin. I went to return the soap with no problems and received a full refund. I will shop again, making sure to be more cautious about my next choices. Lovely place with lots to choose from.

Yes the store is cute and smells good but the products are VERY unsanitary. I bought some soap and realized when I got hime it was COVERED in mold (probably from everyone touching it). I obviously threw it out, waste if money.

Lush is such a fantastic shop; they sell everything from their famous bath bombs to perfumes and hair dyes (natural, of course!) Speaking of natural, every product that Lush creates is 100% vegan and handmade so you can feel good about what youre buying and using on your body. If you asked me what my favorite product from Lush is, I would say everything that Ive ever bought is my favorite. Their Ocean Salt face and body scrub is fantastic and smells great, their Let The Good Times Roll face and body cleanser smells like a delicious dessert that you just want to eat and their Ultrabland facial cleanser is like butter for your face with a slight exfoliant added in. Its super moisturizing and works wonders just like all of their products. As for bath bombs I love Big Blue which contains ocean salt and seaweed and also their Intergalactic bath bomb; its glittery and oh so colorful. When all of the colors mix together it turns your bath water into a beautiful bright blue. They also have awesome fresh face masks that are delivered to their store every Thursday. I recommend the Cupcake mask and the Dont look At Me mask, which has tofu in it which is super weird but it brightens your skin and it actually smells really good. I could talk about Lush and their products all day, they are the only brand that I use for all of my bathing needs. I love what they stand for and they have something for everyone!

Cici (sp?) Was very helpful. I came knowing of a few products I was interested in and she helped me select some complimentary products. She asked about who I was buying for to help make sure the products were appropriate. Very personable. She even recommended some places to dine on an upcoming weekend getaway where she was familiar with the area. Great customer service.
