I am in love! Everything about this place is it! The crystal, the staff and, the store structure is great! My mom has been a fan for many years and now I am! I will ALWAYS love Swarovski crystals, there is no other crystal like theirs.

This company’s products used to be my favorite crystal jewelry and home decorations. I purchased my first Swarovski piece in 1988 and spent tens of thousands of Dollars on Swarovski products. Well not anymore. This company has changed and is no longer the same. Corporate greed has taken over. Two incidents happened to me with this company in the last six month. I own a $250 earring that lost a stone. Went to my local Swarovski store looking for a way to repair it. I was told by the employee that there is no guarantee it can be fixed because it is three years old. My best bet is to go to a craft store and find a stone that has a similar look and glue it on the earring myself. Next time i will purchase a pair of earring from the craft store for $25 and save myself the money I spent with Swarovski on their cheaply made products.Well I did not learn from this incident and went ahead and purchased Christmas gifts online from them and chose to have all the gifts Shipped to me with the option to include gift bags with the shipment so I can wrap the gifts myself. My items arrived with not one gift bag. I called their customer service to inquire. I was told that the gift bags are not guaranteed and they are subject to availability in the warehouse”which is not true because it was not mentioned during placing the order” . I was told that I can drive to the nearest Swarovski store and ask for bags but there is no guarantee I would get them either because the local store may not have extras. If I drove to my nearest Swarovski store which is 25min each way and could not get gift bags I can call them back so they can issue me a credit for $10 for my next purchase.At that point I asked their customer service to send me an email gift receipts so I can include them with the items when I gift them in a regular gift bag and we will forget about the Swarovski bags. I was promised to get an email gift receipt in the next two days. It has been a whole week and did not even get an email, and with their 14 days return policy, my gifts are no longer returnable.This company has declined drastically and is no longer worth the thousand of dollars you spend on their products. SHAME.
