Mavis Tire Beacon is great!I brought my Subaru in cause the headlamps needed attention. If you’ve ever tried to replace an Outback lamp you know why I brought it to someone to do it for me.Clark(mgr) looked at it right away, let me know what he felt needed to be done and then set it right.Brandon(assist mgr) greeted me and made me feel comfortable and attended to.Nice job guys.Thank you

Great staff, great customer service! Cant overstate how great this place was. Brian, Brandon, and Clark were super helpful and friendly. Was traveling down the interstate from upstate and got a screw in my tire late in the day on a Saturday. Called 4 other tire places to no avail but Mavis Beacon was terrific and fit me in and repaired my tire in short order. Highly recommended. In fact I will drive the 45 minutes from my home to patronize this business the next time I need tires or car services!

I had a nail bust into my tire and I figured pull it out and use fix a flat…. Big mistake I had a leaking tire and had to get the kids off the business in an hour. I went to Mavis and they got me in right away. Amazing as always thank you Brandon for getting my car in last minute.

In one word, Amazing! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile to the moment I walked out and even helped with someone completely unrelated to what I came in for and asked advice on. The work needed was done in under 3 hours right at the Mavis and done perfectly! Clark was an amazing help thought the process and was able to answer any question I had. I would FOR SURE recommended them to anyone looking for a service they provide and especially when time is of the utmost importance like it is for me. Didnt have to wait two days just to get it looked at and then wait endlessly for a phone call or anything, just walked right in and got the estimate within 30 minutes then out the door just a couple of hours later 👍👍👍O|||||||O

I came to get my car inspected and i had an appointment - it took an hour because they had one person to do the inspections. The staff was pleasant and I have waited longer at other garages. so I was satisfied with my visit.

I started going because it’s a convenient location for me, but I always go now because of the nice professional people, good service, and good value.I find the techs and the management at the Beacon location to be outstanding. They are friendly, professional, thorough, honest, and efficient.

Clark and Ed couldn’t be greater managers and people. I’ll go out on a limb here to say it’s the best service I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! It started with Ed. We had two vehicles being serviced and he was very quick to accommodate our situation. He expedited the service with a personal touch and genuinely jolly demeanor. Clark was equally as professional, personally and exceeded my expectations. Side note: great head of hair on that guy. If I wasn’t going bald, Clark, I would tell you that my hat is off to you. The combined effort left us feeling confident in the service performed and will keep us coming back for years. Although it would mean that we don’t get to interface directly, they both should be promoted. They both represented Mavis extremely well and Mavis should give them a round of applause for their workmanship, demeanor and professionalism. Thank you guys! Really, I would not have wrote this if they did not make an impression on me.

Traveled all the way from Matamoras in PA and the Mavis in Hopewell confirmed they could fit me in today for new tires (said they needed at least 3 HOURS before I left)...when I got there at noon (close at 4pm), they told me they couldnt fit me in even though I scheduled it online too. They did call call around, and Mavis in Beacon made it right...great staff there!

Customer service just as graciating as the flora and the fauna of the area in which it is located; beautiful Beacon, N.Y. If you’re looking for the kindness in customer service as of the days of yore, you should enjoy your visit.

I have had multiple things done there in the last couple months and they have been the absolute best each time. The customer demand is very high in this spring / summer season and they have a lot on their plate, and when even the smallest delays would occur they would more than make up for it with all kinds of extra effort. Most recently, Bhiggie and a shop compadre put in a whole lot of extra time in to make sure the brake lines on my truck were ready and safe for a trip into the mountains. Sure enough the line work looked excellent and performed perfectly. This isn’t the only act of generosity on their part either. These folks are honest, thoughtful, and dedicated. Surprising for a chain, but this Beacon Mavis location is where it’s at and I’ll be going back soon for other things.

I wasn’t having a good day today, that’s until i went into Mavis in beacon and seen the store manager Clark and his staff. They assisted me with no problem and the service was extremely fast. Thank you for great customer service and I’ll definitely be turning soon for new tires. You made my day!!!

Maria was amazing!!!! I went there near closing time because I had a slow leaking tire. She gave me a price quote and was even able to have someone put the tire on for me right then and there. I recently got new tires put on my GMC Terrain and had a small issue with the balancing. Called them and they said being it in tomorrow and we will take care of it. I also had a humming noise coming from the rear of the car and found out it was the passenger side wheel bearing/hub assembly. I got that taken care of today 1/21/21 and I’m beyond happy that I have no more noises. Thank you all for the great work!!!

Called me to let me know a few suggestions of what I should have done soon. And after leaving a review/survey he gave me a call asking for any personal recommendations to improve service there! The guys at Mavis are awesome! I have recently gotten numerous nails in my tires due to all the construction in the area. They always fit me in and repair my car in a timely manner. I am very grateful. They are pleasant and make sure the customer is taken care of!

This place goes above and beyond! Very trustworthy and up-front but helpful also. My wife blew a tire and had to get it changed while I was at work. They didnt have the tire and initially said it would be a few days. When my wife stressed the urgency of getting it ASAP due to her having to drive 120 miles by the next day. The manager sent a worker 2 hours away to have my wife safely on the road by that night. Now thats dedication! Its a blessing when the place you determine is going to get all your business is right around the corner from your house. Thank you Chet and Clarke keep up the good work!

I just went for a car inspection. They got me in the same day. The Man at the front desk was very courteous. I was told on phone the wait would be 30-40 minutes. It took an hour but there was a car before that had to be finished up. My experience was a good one! When car was done it was waiting at the front door which was an extra delight. The cost for inspection was a good price by all means. I would recommend them to anyone.
