Our venue recommended Courtney, and I couldnt be more grateful for that. She was incredibly pleasant to work with, extremely knowledgeable and understood exactly what I was looking for. She also worked with me to stay within my budget without sacrificing any beauty. Because of covid and the distance, I didnt get to meet her in person until the day of but she was so incredibly sweet and when she showed up to arrange and show the bouquets, it was like the party got started! I was speechless at how beautiful my bouquet was, exactly what I dreamed. The flowers looked perfectly fresh and lasted well beyond the wedding. I dont think our flowers could have been more perfect. If you get the chance to work with her, I highly recommend it!!!

$$$$ This is where the upper-crust of Portland comes to dine. And with good reason. Everything they make here is superb. The drinks are delicious with access to some of the rarest whiskeys and bourbons. The atmosphere of the old-timey pub is great. If I was bringing important guests or business clients in from out of town and wanted to impress them with Portlands finest, I would definitely take them here.Would happily come again.

We hired Courtney to design the bouquet, center pieces, boutonniere, and floral crown for our wedding. I sent a few inspiration photos, and she absolutely nailed it! Courtneys floral arrangements were stunning - I cant say enough about them. We had a small wedding, and the bouquet and flower crown really made me feel like a bride. Working with Courtney was stress free and easy. I would recommend Courtney and Raven Rose to anyone who needs floral arrangements for any occasion. Don’t buy your flowers here. I had the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. I went to RavenRose to support a local business and purchase flowers for a friend who is sick. The woman who worked there seemed beyond bothered and annoyed to have a customer in the shop much less someone who had a question about the bouquets. And the one bouquet that was left looked a bit old. I told the woman who worked there that the roses looked old so I wondered how long the bouquet would last, especially since I was spending a pretty penny. and she seemed annoyed. Honestly, I should have walked out but was in a rush. I got one word answers and she dashed away from the order the second she rang me up. The shop was completely empty so I know she wasn’t overwhelmed with clients. No hello, no goodbye no thanks for your purchase. There are other flower shops in Beacon so next time, I’ll take my money elsewhere.I don’t know how to reply via Google review but there wasn’t anything tough, unique or specific to my interaction that warranted really bad customer service. I’m not sure why you would deem this situation or a customer coming in to by flowers as “tough.” By ending with “it could be the sales associate is unable to do or say anything right” it feels like you’re placing the fault on the customer. I said hello, your employee didn’t. I smiled when I entered, your employee didn’t. Your employee seemed bothered to have a customer in the store, unpleasant and really not helpful. I even asked a question about the moss balls to be polite and make small talk, at checkout and she seemed annoyed. I would have loved to have a bouquet made and asked about the other flowers in the fridge but didn’t have the time to deal with someone so unpleasant. When the receipt came for example, your sales associate laid it on the counter and dashed to the back. I wasn’t even sure if she wanted me to sign or if the receipt was my copy. Again, no thanks for your purchase, come back again, stop by anytime. It was bad service, plain and simple. And again, I was trying to support a local business in my neighborhood especially now, please don’t try to push back on this customer on this one.

After ordering an arrangement from Raven Rose which did not meet my expectation, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and she quickly resolved the issue. As a business owner myself, sometimes a miscommunication can produce a different result than envisioned. Courtney was a pleasure to speak with and exemplified excellent customer service showing me the commitment she has to her business and clients. I look forward to ordering again from Raven Rose as I have a high respect for them, their professionalism and the beautiful selection of florals they offer.

I recently got married, and Courtney, owner of Raven Rose, did my wedding bouquet. She did such an awesome job. I had met with her initially and expressed what I was looking for and showed her some pictures to help give her more of an idea. I don’t think I necessarily did the best job of explaining it to her, but she certainly delivered and I couldn’t have been happier. I wanted a wild flower type look and they came out beautifully. She even was able to deliver them to my mom’s house the day of my wedding. Courtney was very professional and truly wanted to help and execute on what my vision was. She was great to work with. I highly recommend using Raven Rose to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding bouquet or any other type of beautiful floral arrangement. Courtney is very talented!

Had my first experience at Raven Rose today...WOW. The space is beautiful, inviting, and thoughtfully curated. I was picking up flowers for my Fiancee and was helped by the manager Brianna. She put together a gorgeous and generously sized arrangent for only $20 and she and made me feel at home while I waited. There is actually another florist much closer to my house but I will definitely be coming back here for all my floral needs. They also have a bunch of amazing gifting options outside of flowers too. Check this place out if your in the beacon area for sure!

They take care of that too! Succulents, airplants and more are also there for you to take home. They even sell the little hanging glass bulbs for you to customize your succulent arrangements.Love this little place and all its flower power!

We needed last-minute flowers for my brothers wedding cake, so we stopped in on the way. The florist was so accommodating; she took the time to help us find orange flowers and even the right shade if navy blue ribbon. Highly recommended!

I live in FT Bragg, NC and I wanted to order flowers for mom for valentines day, every florist I called gave me a hard time and prices were crazy, i spoke to Hannah and she helped me get an amazing arrangement for less and even delivered it in about 2 hours and mom ABSOLUTELY loved it. As a soldier away from home you have made my day and more importantly her day...I cant thank you enough
