I have had a few things dont to my car the last couple weeks and they have been amazing!! If there has been an issue they are very quick to fix it with no hassle. I would highly recommend Performance to anyone and everyone!
My experience was excellent. I met up with Tony and he informed me of some minor modifications needed to my original product selection. Without changing the price dramatically, he upgraded my amp and subwoofers to better suit my bass needs. In my 2005 Ford F-350, I got a Spoundstream Double DIN CD/DVD/Bluetooth Receiver, 4 brand new Memphis door speakers, a custom built box for 2 10 subs, and an Alpine amp ALL Installed in one day! It looks and sounds great! Props to Tony and the crew who worked so quickly and professionally to build a great sounding set up. Yall hit the target dead center. Professional!

I call on a Thursday to set up a appointment for Friday at 12 Grant says they have everything in stock and can do it. Friday I show up for my appointment a hour early and Grant didn’t even write my name number my car info down or anything. The lady was nice and the other guy was to they apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciate that they gave me a fair deal and everything but come on GRANT if you don’t know something go ask another employee.
Quoted $65 to run a power cable from engine bay to trunk. Final price was $80, magic miscellaneous fee. They didn’t even connect it to battery. On top of that I requested specific terminal adapters to fit my amp, the tech said to tip him and he would hook me up. Gave him $20, none of the connectors fit and they were worth about $2 max. Less than spectacular experience. I also saw some typical take a call and ignore the customer in front of you bs that a lot of businesses do.
I wouldnt do business there.
Brian the owner is super nice and always willing to help out. The do clean and outstanding work. They will work on your 1,000.00 car or 1,000,000.00 car! I would trust them with either!

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great environment. Prices are high, anyone can find products cheaper on Amazon and have them install anything. I know they are just trying to create revanue by the prices. Very respectful place for business or inquiry.

I had a great experience at this place. Kyle and Jason were very customer friendly. They gave me a quote and even reduced the price because the job could not be completed( not their fault- mechanics problem with the car.) I respected their honesty and their help in finding the problem I was having with my car. It was a pleasant experience from the start to finish.
The price of what I bought was a good price and the service was good, but thats where it ends. I was quoted a price of $65 per headlight for the replacement of my bulbs, for the new LED bulbs, because of the difficulty of the installation. I decided to wait. Later that day I was having service done on my car at my local NAPA Service Center, Quiet Zone, and asked about having them replaced. They were less than half the charge and it only took ten minutes. So thats why the two stars for here.

Worst customer service ever!! I called to get a price for an installation, and I was told $65 plus the cost of the wiring harness and the dash kit. When I got there, they didnt have the wiring kit nor the dash kit in stock. I drove to Best Buy to buy the parts they didnt have, and when I returned they told me the installation is now $85. I told the guy I was told $65 over the phone. He said he was sorry, but they have a 1 year warranty on their work. I simply stated that I would like the price I was told over the phone. They refused!! They lie and they are not stocked to do what theyre open to do!!! Go to Best Buy!!
Horrible experience. Dropped the truck off overnight and it was never touched the next day. Heard multiple excuses and did nothing to try and compensate for being unprofessional. I will not use them again.

This place is a joke, definitely isnt about satisfying the customer. When a customer pays 2600.00$ for a water proof motorcycle stereo and it doesnt make it through the first sprinkle theres a problem. Then when you bring it back to get it replaced and get nothing but false promises and lies. As far as talking to the owner goes you have to make threats before any communication is even attempted. Long story short the initial installation could have been wired better by my 10yr old grandson had to have it re-done and then the fact that it shorted out the first sprinkle not good. They had it almost a month and still didnt replace it. Demanded all the money back. So disappointed in this place wouldnt referr anyone there.

These guys are awesome. Gave me demos spent an hour with me explaining the products. Hooked up my system and its loud af. These guys are the bomb and I will be referring them to other people.
Does not stand behind their work - I went in to purchase a backup camera, the system I was sold is poor, to say the least. Before purchase, when I asked about another item in the store, I was steered back to this other system. I was sold several other items that would have been unnecessary had we went with the rear view mirror setup. Now my truck stereo system has less options, the heat/cooling performs worse because the kit they added has no visual clues to the fan speed or temperature - the knobs just spin. You wait to see if youre hot or cold, adjust knobs, repeat. Every time. The radio does not display time unless its turned on, does not display temp, ever (both are default settings on factory radio).The backup camera - the reason I went in, has warning bars at the top and bottom, blocking the most critical parts of the screen. Random times when I back up the entire screen (except for the warning bars), goes black.The remote start - it is programmed to work on the door lock button, so, if I want to actually use it, I have to honk the horn twice since that is what happens when you press the door lock button twice to get the engine to remote start.Complete waste of $$$$$.When I had questions regarding my choices during the sales, the manager said there was a 30 day return policy.I went back twice in the 1st week to hopefully change settings to make it work, I had already invested a couple of days away from work and didnt want to add more to exchange. Their solutions were to add extra steps to the backup process and there wasnt anything offered to fix the remote start.I went back twice the 2nd week to speak to the manager. Not there the first time and the 2nd time he denied saying anything about exchanges/returns and wasnt going to do anything about the issues.Spend your money elsewhere - poor customer service outweighs anything they can do for you.
I had my Chevy truck and my new Peterbilt wired up with new stereo equipment there, their prices are average, a little on the high side, they arent real fast, BUT the installation quality is there, Im happy with what they did, and both of my vehicles sound great.They also built some custom cabinet and shelving in my Peterbilt that I absolutely love, the manager Jason has a lot of knowledge when it comes to car audio and is a good honest guy and enjoyed working with him.
After putting in a new starter my system quit working. For a few bucks they fixed the issue, teeeked the system and have it bumping better than before.

Absolutely no pride in quality of work. If you have a p.o.s. you dont care about and enjoy paying high prices, this is the place for you.I had an amp and subwoofer installed. They tied the amp power into my headlight power cable instead of running a dedicated line to the battery, completely disabling my headlights. Fortunately I didnt get a ticket before going back to argue with them to have a reinstallation charge waived..Seriously. Save yourself the headache. Look elsewhere.
They put a radio in my truck and it wouldnt turn on 3 days after installation so i went back to see what was going on but when i asked to go back for him to show me the problem jason(the manager) tells me the radio went out i asked him what do u mean i just got it the other day then he flipped out yelled at me and said that it was a cheap radio which it was $140 which is not really cheap, but not only did he act like that but he pulled my vehicle around and the dashboard was in a million pieces he was mad all because i asked a question so i left and put one in myself .The funny thing is that he lied and said it went out i gave it to my buddy because i thought it was broken and he wanted it guess what....it worked fine Jason lied because he wanted me to spend more $$$ with them. Then they messed up my electronics everytime i turn off the ac the radio turns off. DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE!!!!!Go to Eliete Ridez in lumberton they are PROFESSIONALS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

Do not buy anything from this place I brought my Harley Davidson in to replace the sound system it took a week to get it back did not get the system I was sold it would not fit . Went on a 6500 mile trip and 200 miles into the ride the system shorted out so no tunes took it back in, two in a half weeks later nothing, had to get my money back so I was left with holes were my system went and no speakers . The owner will not return my calls ..

Didnt have my sound system a good month and it gave me problems an then I took my vehicle back to them an they so call was suppose to been fix the problem but then my sound system started going in protect mode all the time.Id never do business there again.!
