I have never encountered such rudeness from a place of employment. Both workers were very unfriendly and not helpful what so ever. Neither employee even took the time to help me find what I needed, and to add insult to injury, the lady employee walked and helped the customer behind me. I didn’t get they’re names, one was a white male with blonde hair who was getting off I assume because once I left he was entering his car. The other, a black female who at least attempted to assist me only because the other customer was looking for something on the same isle but she did not want to. This incident happened on 4/23/21 at 7:40p- 7:50p. I will NOT be shopping with Autozone anymore this is not the first time I’ve experienced bad service at that location. I would suggest a class in manners and customer service for all your employees there on Lucas.

Great people. Very helpful and was very informative about my issue. Its a trustworthy location with a good group of people whom seem to take there job seriously. And I respect because there is nothing more stressful than car trouble...

Bought spark plugs for my suv. They sold me the wrong ones, then argued with me about it. No hassle with the return though!

A friend busted her brake light. I went to Autozone to see if then had something to cover up the white light. Trying to stop getting a ticket. The gentleman walk me right to what I needed. I bought the item and left.

When to the Lucas Street store in Beaumont and was immediately waited on! Employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable!

Had no problem, they are very helpful.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I went there just looking for new hub caps but I was impressed with the variety of automotive parts you can find there. Definitely reccomend giving this place a visit if youre looking for parts and tools to look after your car.

Do not go here! They give faulty batteries. I got a “new” battery from them one year ago, when on the battery itself it says it will last 3 years. Now they are trying to charge me full price for another “new” one when the one they gave me didn’t even last. Worst business ever! Do not give them your business, they don’t deserve it as they just want to screw you around and take your money!

Went for wipers for the Ford Transit. To be fair the first guy that helped me was new. It soon became apparent that he did not know what to do. However finally a coworker noticed him struggling and helped and I was able to get the wipers I needed. The second guy even put the wipers on for me which was very helpful!

Knowledge staff. Young lady knew exactly where to grab what I needed

Fast friendly service, as usual. Got my oil change kit! Worked out perfect!

I do not take 5 Stars lightly. I called almost every auto parts store in this area. When I call AutoZone I was lucky enough to catch Kevin W. He is a professional in every sense of the word. I work in the automotive industry I have to order parts all the time. It is so refreshing to be able to give someone your vehicles information one time then pull up the part and ask you if you would like them to hold the part for you. When I got to the store the part was waiting for me I also picked up a new license plate cover some additives and a oil sending unit. I got the best price and service going to this AutoZone.

I HATE THE SERVICE IN THIS STORE!!!!Hate is a strong word BUT every time I visit this store I get bad service. If it wasn’t for the price I probably wouldn’t go here. After today I won’t be going back to this store.I had the worst service today. I asked a young man (Zack) I think is his name for assistance and after waiting for over 10 minutes while he carry on a conversation with someone I’m not sure is a customer or friend. He went outside and sat down to continue his conversation while leaving me and another customer in the store unattended for some time. He didn’t come back inside the store until I walked outside to remind him that I asked for help (which he never gave me) and now I’m ready to check out. To make matters worst, he act like I was bothering him ... Seriously???? ... Ugh HIRE BETTER PEOPLE FOR YOUR STORES

Manager named Miguel was really friendly and helpful. I bought a battery for my truck and he put it in for me. I hzd just had surgery and am unable to lift much of anything.

Autozone is definitely my favorite auto parts store. Well staffed with friendly, helpful employees. The store has always been clean and stocked as well.
