I’d been to 3 other mattress stores today looking for a mattress. Followed a suggestion and came to the final place for today. I was a bit overwhelmed walking in, but she took all that anxiety away. She asked a lot of questions to see what I wanted, suggested something else, and let me lay on a few mattresses. She told me it was just a suggestion and that I didn’t have to go with it, but it worked out great. I got what she suggested and the pricing was amazing. Kept me under budget! I definitely will come back here again. It’s worth it!

After being in the NICU in Houston Texas For 4 months with my son, Michele Helped me get into the perfect bed that would help my back from sitting up in those uncomfortable hospital chairs ..... Great prices across all mattresses. The owner goes out of her way to make sure your happy along with getting a great price. She stays busy but will stop & reply to any text/questions you might have. Ive had my queen mattress for a week now and this has been the best 7 nights sleep Ive had in years! Ive priced these mattresses from other dealers and I paid just a fraction of what others are asking. I would give BoxDrop Mattress in Beaumont 10 stars but they only allow 5. Its worth checking out if in the market for anything bedding! Customer For Life!!3 MONTH UPDATE DATE: Its been a little over 3 months since buying my mattress and I spend more time in bed watching a little 21 in TV rather than in the Lazy-Boy in my living room, watching a 62 in TV. This probably isnt good for me but this BoxDrop mattress is so comfortable!! With mattresses from the past you would make a memory imprint if you slept the same way, in the same place night after night, unless your all over the bed. I sleep in the same place, moving very little each nite and this mattress has no memory at all. Its like sleeping on the mattress, the 1st night I brought it home each time I get into it.I forgot to ask about flipping and turning when I bought it so Im not sure if that is needed but I really dont see a reason to do this when the mattress holds no memory. Ive heard of Memory Foam mattresses and thats something I wanted to stay away from. Ill probably end up asking this sweet owner of BoxDrop if flipping & turning is needed. I bugged her so much the 1st week after buying, I think Ill hold off for awhile.,I STILL SAY, BEST MONEY EVER SPENT ON A MATTRESS along with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Thanks Again, Michele!! 😁
