I bought a set of mattresses for my son in April from Bobby. Was very pleased with his knowledge of all the mattresses he has in the store. He helped me choose the right one for my son. So here we are back today to choose new mattresses for ourselves. Bobby again went above and beyond to help us select the right mattresses for our comfort. I just moved down here. Im an RN and had to leave a lot behind to move. They took great care of me and helped me find a great bed at a fantastic price. When the delivery guys came, I asked them to wear their mask before they came in my home. Absolutely no issue from them. The delivery guys were very professional and did quality work. The let me trade my mattress in once only which is their rule, but never told me there was a medium plush mattress at the other store they have. The let me try one that was two soft and one too firm. They did not tell me they had a third choice at other store, they just wanted to make a sell. SAD!!!!

I was more than pleased with my experience. I not only got a mattress for an amazing price the people I dealt with were more than helpful. I lost everything in Imelda, including my mattress of course, and the owner took his time to help me find a mattress perfect for me but not only that, since I still didn’t have my own place yet, they held it and delivered it when I was ready. I will definitely be coming back in the future and will make Texas Bed Company my first choice when looking at a mattress.

My sales person Ben Theriac went above and beyond for me. Through multiple emails and texts he answered all my questions and which were many over several days. He took my living circumstances into consideration and provided solutions to those issues. He was very kind and never pushy to make a sale. I believe he gave me the best price with as many discounts he could give. They delivery guys Micah and Gideon were very punctual and fast on setup. Have bought from these guys before and its always easy. They didnt try and sell me the most expensive thing in the store. I told them what I needed and they showed me exactly that. Delivery was easy and completed in the same day based on my schedule and not theirs. Really nice folks, good prices, would highly recommend.

I would not buy a Dog bed from these people. I purchased a mattress from them and hated it. I went into the store, laid on a firm mattress and had it delivered within a few days. I slept in the bed that night and the next morning couldn’t walk. I called and questioned as to whether I got the right mattress. They said yes but I would never believe it. The mattress in the store was very firm. This mattress was literally so full of air I could feel the box springs. It was as if someone forgot to put anything inside of it. It popped up on the other side if only one person was in the bed. When two people laid on it. You bounced each other up when repositioning. It was NOT the same mattress. I only like firm mattresses. Would never have chosen this mattress. They would not allow a return due to infection reasons. So within 2 months I sold this $2000 plus mattress in a garage sale for $300.

I have always taken everyones hand me down beds. Never had a new bed and I am almost 59 years old. I am the biggest tight wad ever. But we got a great deal on a bed that feels like I am on a cloud. And the nice people ever. Went to bed at 7:00 pm and did not wake up until 6:30 am the next morning. I never do that. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

We went to three stores trying to order a mattress for our camper. THREE different stores, two flat out told me no, one said we would have to wait 6 weeks or more. Went to Texas Bed Company near Parkdale Mall, Bobby told us we could have a custom order within a week or so. We got to talking more, and due to the limited selection on what mattresses can be custom ordered told us a full size mattress is the same length as a queen short, but we would loose 2-3 inches on each side. Full size mattress, here we come!! After he found out we were staying in a camper due to flooding (again), he knocked the price down tremendously! Once we picked it out he called the Nederland store and had them find the mattress, to make sure they had it in stock. We picked it up for the Nederland store with no waiting, no issues.Absolutely brilliant customer service!!

Fantastic experience at Texas Bed Company. We were not looking forward to mattress shopping and had experienced rather lack luster assistance at some of the larger furniture stores. Peter and Seth took their time and answered our questions as we tried to narrow down the options. We never felt pressured or rushed. Texas Bed Company was not initially on our list, but I am so glad we decided to visit.

This was the third store I stopped into. I was wanting a bed frame. And the cheapest box and mattress. It was for a spare bedroom. Told them no hurry on delivery. The sales man gave me a good deal on the whole thing. Even delivered 2 hours early after calling me to ask me if they could drop it off early.

My fiance and I purchased a bed we didnt like and returned/had picked up today. We originally wanted a Kingsdown so I called Texas Bed Company to see what was in Stock and how soon could we get it (since our bed was being picked up today). I got busy and forgot to call Peter back at Texas Bed Company to let him know we would be there at 3, as he advised earlier he didnt like to keep the delivery crew past 4 p.m. When we got there shortly after 3, not only was Peter ready for us, but he had confirmed stock of every Kingsdown mattress in stock and available for delivery. As soon as we chose, he called the warehouse (who was waiting on his call--despite not having called him back to confirm we would be there), and before we could sign the financing paperwork, the driver called to say he was on his way.Texas Bed Company blew our minds today. They are the kind of business we wish every business was. If you are in the market for a mattress, Texas Bed Company is the place to go. Peter is also an extremely accommodating person--the kind you just dont find in sales or service very often.

Kinda disappointed after losing the bed in the flood of Harvey was told there was nothing that could be done. Still payingon a bed we dont have :(
