John Robinson was my sales associate. I felt that they were very honest and transparent. I was able to purchase my vehicle in just a couple hours on very short notice. John had it detailed and gassed up for me. We do not look like the kind of people that would shop at BMW, but they were still very respectful. My husband took my car into the BMW dealership about a week ago. He took it in on a Tuesday and by Thursday they called and said the car was ready and fixed and everything was working well. When he went to pick up the car my husband realized the problem was NOT fixed and informed the mechanic who then realized, he has mixed our car up with another car and nothing had been done to our car for 2 days!! Then we get a call the next day (less than 12 hours later ) that the car was checked out and the fix was (of course) very expensive. So naturally I called and had many questions, how did our car get mixed up with someone else’s car and how was our car diagnosed so quickly after it had been there for 3 days and had not been looked at all but diagnosed in less that 12 hours. I talked to Kira and she was rude and said “it’s not like we fixed it and made you pay for it” I am just so upset that in this situation where everything is YOUR fault I get attitude!! I had an issue with BMW previously when my husband took my car in for a routine oil change and it was not done properly and leaked oil all over our driveway. When we called them the next day they said bring it back and we will fix at no charge!!! Really!! I had a Mercedes previously and dealt with them many times and had no issues. I will NOT be using BMW for any repairs again.
Chris James was great. I went in with an idea of what I wanted but Chris got me a even better deal. He was patient and exceeded my expectations. My transaction was also completed in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend!
As always BMW of Beaumonts service dept is top notch. I had an emergency run in on friday for a malfunction light. My usual rep wasnt in so Catherine helped me out. Scott, the mechanic didnt hesitate to run my car through a diagnostic check...my usual rep Robin even checked in with me to get a loaner set up if I needed it. They worked like my car...an awesome machine! Donna and her crew are great! Thanks again for taking great care of my Hamster!

Popped a run flat tire, they had it in stock and gave me a service appointment immediately to replace it. Service advisor was super nice and after paying online it only took a couple of minutes to pick up my car. Plus it had been cleaned inside and out!

Chris James is a rock star! He helped me purchase a certified X3, sight unseen, and helped with the transport halfway across the country. He didnt stop after the sale, and also assisted while I ran into some hiccups at the DMV while registering the car a few weeks later. I was not happy with the service I received. I went up there with an idea of where to start with my vehicle. They kept telling me for days that nothing was wrong with my car and it was driving perfectly, which it most definitely was not. They then proceeded to tell me they could do a rotate, balance, and alignment to see if that fixed the issue.. which was no problem, as I had told them it needed to be aligned. Well after they hooked it up to the alignment machine, they then proceeded to tell me that my struts and strut mount were damaged. The fact that they were reluctant to look at it and diagnose it made me feel very uneasy. They were never able to actually do an alignment, rotate and balance because of the damage, and yet they still charged me for those services. I just don’t appreciate the fact that I felt completely disregarded.
Very Professional and Courteous. My vehicle kind of got lost in the lineup after a service, but they jumped right into action and got my vehicle washed after a minor repair.

Wow, that is what i have to say about the my buying experience at this dealer. I drove about 2 1/2 hours to do business with them. Not only did my vehicle surpass my expectations but the staff was amazing from receptionist, salesman, finance, to the manager. They kept their doors open after closing hours so we could finish up everything and be on our way back home. They took care of me, and i definitely will be returning to give them my business vs local dealer! I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new bmw to give them a chance. Not only do they have an amazing inventory selection but their prices were well worth the drive.

Horrible they told me everything was taken care of by car shield only had to pay deductible once I left the service department the air conditioner went out again after having the car nearly12 hours then they informed me car shield wouldn’t cover another part but that was not relayed to me when I let the shop. I was so afraid to leave my car there anyway because numerous friends have had problems with the service department with oil not being changed nor service not being done correctly and now they are saying car shield didn’t pay for this or that but if that was so I would’ve been informed then not today when I am taking the car back. The service is HORRIBLE I REGRET BRINGING MY CAR FOR SERVICE AFTER MY FRIENDS ASK ME NOT TOO! I also called car shield and there isn’t any documentation regarding the service on my car and it was paid in full
Blew out a tire on the highway near BMW of Beaumont early on Saturday morning. The service tech found an issue with rear tire as well. Ended up replacing all four tires since they had them in stock. Kiera and the service tech had us back on the road in a out an hour and a half. Thank you for the great service.

I had an appointment for 10:30 am and was going to wait since no loaner cars were available. They did not actually take my car back for service until 12:15 PM. The entire appointment took three hours. I believe that they need to keep one of their bay areas open for appointments and let people who are dropping in wait. The people in the office were nice, but I don’t feel like it should have taken three hours out of my Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation.
5 stars across the board. BMW BEUMONT was incredible. John was a pleasure to work with as the sales rep. Very knowledgeable about BMW during the test drive. After signing, he even left matching BMW caps in the driver and passenger seat when I was ready to finish the paperwork. Bucky, the Finance manager was excellent and didnt pressure me into any packages. He was just honest about what can be beneficial and what cant since I was already buying a CPO. Great group of trustworthy guys over there at BMW BEUMONT. Not to mention the price was below KBB. They did fight to earn my Business. I will gladly refer them to anyone looking into a BMW. It was worth the 2 hour drive for me!
I was not satisfied with the service, I am not an expert in mechanics. Other times that I have taken the vehicle they tell me about options that I have, you were I dare to suspect if they actually verified because they did not give me options to fix it.
Ive dealt with many dealerships went in for a recall on airbags and tail lights after receiving a letter supposed to be quick and convenient, worst experience ever at a car dealer the recalled part burnt through a non recalled part and they wanted to charge me didnt have the parts to complete the job which was scheduled a week ahead and when I got the car back the break light was not working as it was when I brought it in. I have a fleet of cars and would not bring any to this dealership I would be reluctant to buy another BMW from North America. Filing complaints but costumer satisfaction is not a priority.
Taylor is my BMW service representative and he is wonderful. My concerns are always addressed and my car is always super clean when they are finished servicing it. I would highly recommend BMW service!

BMW had a recall for passenger airbag on my 325ci. I brought my car in. The technician replaced the airbag. I got the car back. Got on the highway, I realized my blinking clicking sounds for signal light on both left and right sides did not work, and my radio had a message “ Deactivated” and did not work. I stopped the car on the side of the road, got out, and realized my car key did not work.I then brought the car back, another technician re- initialized the car. Drove home and the key did not lock the car and my radio still did not work.I am breathless and upset. I brought a functional car to bmw in Beaumont for an airbag recall, and now I have no car. The key did not lock, blinking lights do not work, and radio did not work. Not sure if the car is safe to drive. I am so disappointed.

Bad experience everHad to wait for 2.5 hrs just to get one tyre charged .I was told if I stay there it will be done in 30minsIf I knew it will take so much time I would have gone home and come back when it’s done wouldn’t have wasted so much of my time .
I didnt care for their substandard customer service as this my first and most assuredly last visit at this location. My service advisor was Kiera. She told me that my oil change wasnt covered under my warranty without checking the computer first to make sure that I had the maintenance package.its a brand new truck, so yeah, I have a maintenance package on my vehicle, and she should have checked that first before telling me definitively what I did not have. Also, as I explained that I was new to the area and I wanted to purchase another brand new BMW after this lease was up, I thought perhaps my first initial visit would have been a little more welcoming. My first impression wasnt a good one and I will not be back

I am literally out of words. Made the first visit in May for a brake pad deal they advertised. Kept the car for a few hours, then insisted I don’t need brakes but changed the fluid in regular price. The real issue was service dept. had to close for the day and they could not work on the car. Anyhow, they agreed to honor the same deal in future. 5 months later, I dropped the car again. Since a storm was passing nearby, I said, I will pick it up tomorrow. Received a call later claiming rear ones are in good shape but still asked for my opinion. I specifically asked for both axle pads to be changed again. The next day (Saturday), I went to pick it up the car. They were closed because of power outage. They knew I was coming from Houston area and I was in no position to be stranded in Beaumont for 2 extra day. Never received a call that they are not going to open for that day. To my surprise also they only changed the front pads, but did not do the rear ones even tough I specifically said twice that I want both axle pads to be changed. Luckily Will Calcote was there. I made the payment online and he reached the service department to give my keys back. Moral of the story: drove to Beaumont twice (all with appointment) to get only half of the work to be done. Almost got stranded because they did not give a courtesy call or manage checkout process for their service department.
The staff at this location (BMW of Beaumont) is very professional and courteous. I found a beautiful 7-series for a great price at this dealership, but I live in New Jersey so I didnt think I can get it shipped to my house.I spoke to Rich Williams and he made it happen. The car was delivered in about a week after all the paperwork was finalized. The carrier that delivered it was a 3rd party carrier that Rich reached out to for me and scheduled the pickup/delivery for about $1,000. This price can change depending on the carrier but this was a great price for such a long distance from Texas to Nj.I would definitely reach out to Rich For my next car also. I had a bad experience with a used car dealership in New Jersey about a month before, so this definitely came in clutch and i got the car i wanted!

We purchased a vehicle from here yesterday and it was a great experience. We did everything we could online then had an appointment for the test drive and finalize the purchase if we liked the SUV. Our salesman, Mr. Calcote, had the vehicle ready at the front of the lot, shiny and clean. They had everything ready to go so once we decided to purchase we went right in to financing with Mr. Loney Bourque, and were in and out. They even gave our kids an adorable teddy bear each. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Service personnel was amiable and helpful. Only problem was they had to keep vehicle longer than expected. However, their thoroughness resulted in a savings for me.
So, we have a BMW with the N63 engine in it (4.4 litre, twin turbo V8) which is a flawed design engine with numerous issues usually leading to engine failure. There is a class action lawsuit against BMW which was unknown to me during the purchase of our Certified Pre Owned BMW X6. This was never mentioned about the problematic engine. Numerous times to Mike Smith BMW for engine problems and never a mention from them about this car having a problematic engine so bad theres a class action lawsuit against BMW. Finally, the engine had a catastrophic failure and the car needed a new engine soon after the warranty ran out. So now BMW Beaumont wants me to pay a significant fee to replace the engine with another N63 engine ! I requested that BMW Beaumont buy the car back and allow me to purchase a different vehicle ! That deal was almost completed when I mentioned to the sales manager over Volkswagen im not just here to trade in my car, you cant fix my car I bought here so Im not playing the bargaining game ! I was then told since I revealed my BMW could not be fixed it would depreciate my trade in even more. That I should have not said anything about the engine problems. Basically, I was told I shouldve lied about it. I then spoke with the general manager Keith Leger about this issue and he said he has confidence in his team to fix the problem with my car and that was it. Soon after picking up our car my wife started the car in our driveway and it made a horrendous noise which was due to the engine being blown. Again I requested BMW Beaumont to make the repairs and or buy the car back so I could purchase another vehicle however, they have insisted I owe for the repairs ! This vehicle has been in the shop 22 times since it was new ! I have been a repeat customer at Mike Smith since the early 90s however, this experience has convinced me to not purchase anything else from that dealership.
This was really my 1st true service experience with BMW of Beaumont, and I must say I was very displeased and disappointed. My disappointment started from the initial making of the appointment until the return of my vehicle. Very dissatisfied BMW owner!!!
