Fantastic job with repairing my truck from a leaking battery (not fords battery, I purchased the buttery from a auto parts store) also the first place I took my truck they told me it was totalled. Kinsel repaired all my problems within a week.

Jeromy Simmons and Jensen Ritter took care of us. Called Jeromy and told him what our daughter wanted. He came up with the exact car she wanted, and all we had to do was pick it up!! Dont take your vehicle here for service. Its aweful! Took my truck in for some recalls. Although they were nice enough and it was quick there was no respect for my truck or the stuff in it. First it smelt like grease inside there was no reason for that. I was one of the first ones in. Second even after I told them I worked out of my truck and I had a lot of stuff in it, no one told me they needed to get under the back seat to get my tire tools out. Why they dont have these tools is beyond me. They should have a set of everything for a Ford. They just through everything under my back seat in a pile. The seat was literally sitting up three inches and some of my stuff was on the floor board.On the second visit, which I shouldnt have gone back, this was for oil/filter and fuel filter changes.I was told I was first, 1 1/2 later the service tech comes and tells me they drained my oil and dont have and full synthetic. They state I would have to wait another 10 - 15 min for them to get some delivered. Then they ask where my lug key is? I ask why and they say for your tire rotation. I Didnt come here for that! He stated he dug around in my truck and couldnt find it. You are NOT supposed to be digging around in a customers vehicle! I tell them just to use what they have and give me my truck. Approximately 2hrs 15min I get my truck back. Its parked in the office spaces sideways taking up two places. I get in my truck to an overwhelming smell of diesel and my stuff strowed around from them digging around. I pop the hood and tou can see where they tried to wipe the diesel off that was all over the driver side of my engine. Then a lady pulls up and tells me Im parked in the office spaces. I told her yall parked it here like this. Dont go here. I gave them two chances and they srewed up both times. I dont plan on going back.

The vehicle I drove to see was not the one I called about and the price was extremely overpriced. The salesman stayed on his phone texting and barely answered any questions I asked.
