The manager Pam was very helpful, I was greeted when I walked in. The atmosphere is pleasant. Very clean and organized. Highly recommend doing business with these folks.

Went to this location on Saturday after calling and they told me they were open until noon. Got there at 11:56 and the door was locked. The man inside the store behind the counter saw me try to open the door then tried to ignore me after making eye contact with me. I said you are open till noon and its not noon yet. He then continued to ignore me and waved his hands like he did not care. Very poor customer service. All I needed was a cap for a outside unit. Customer service class needed for this guy because he lacks it.
