My main air handler/blower went out. Andrew the service technician did excellent work, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about my high efficiency smart system. He even pointed out some efficiency steps/changes to make. And most importantly my ac is back up and running better than it has from original installation. Thanks for being one of the few who still have amazing work ethic and skill set.

He shows up the day he said with new parts, very professional takes care of the problem. That is why I asked if they have a yrly maintenance agreement and I am thankful they do! A/C went out. Very hot in the house. Called Sumrall’s and a technician came right out after hours and got us fixed right up. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with the whole experience.

Is there a way I can leave -0 stars? This company has over charged me TWICE and one month later I called another company to come clean up the mess they left behind. Long story short, I was charged over $1600 total. Andrew fixed the problem in December. It broke again in March...he fixed it again and charged us again. Then, one month later, after the second repair, the AC unit had the same issue. The new repair man said it was NEVER fixed correctly and certainly never had a brand new part put on it. PLUS the new guy guaranteed his work so he would not double charge me for the same job.

Andrew has taken care of me and my family’s A/C needs for years. He’s always professional and will respond quickly, even after a hurricane! There isn’t a problem Sumrall A/C can’t handle.

Spring maintenance check at our house & my son’s house. Brandon did an excellent job and got us enrolled in the service contract.

These folks are awesome! Called them up 7am on August 25, 2020 (yes 2 days before landfall of Hurricane Laura) and told them my AC was out. They were at my house by 930, had the right parts on the truck already and got us chilling in no time!!! Courtney was fabulous on coordinating everything quickly and Andrew was great as always on quick diagnosis and repair. They even emailed me a check up sheet on all the diagnostics of the system. Ten out of five star rating because they are quick, reliable, friendly and they kept working with a hurricane brewing!

Technician Andrew Peterson promptly responded to call, made diagnosis and ordered part. He let me know when he received part and installed as scheduled. Excellent!

Terrible communication along with worse customer service. The technician was amazing but the new owners are running a business on a trusted name but they are a joke. And to your response, you came out last week. March of 2021!

The experience w/ Courtney, Chris & the team was exceptional from start to finish. New unit is in and working flawlessly. I called on a Monday and my unit was installed the same week on Wednesday. They worked a little magic with their scheduling to accommodate my availability. Again, exceptional service at a reasonable price based on the six (6) estimates I received from other local A/C service contractors.

Chris was very professional. He tested the system for the upcoming season to ensure no CO2 leaks and proper working condition. He gave great feed back about condition of system. I have been very pleased with their service.

We could not be happier with the service we received from Andrew, our technician from Sumrall. He determined we had a gas pressure problem and we had to call out the gas company. His part was done but he stayed and actually helped out making sure the heater was working until after the gas company left. He went above and beyond what was required. Sumrall AC techs always take good care of me when they are called for service. Their employees are professional, knowledgeable, and clean up behind their install work. I recently had a brand new thermostat start randomly resetting one weekend. Sumrall has a new one ordered (covered by trane warranty) and had it promptly replaced within a couple days before it failed completely leaving me without functioning AC. I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a Trane from Chris. He explained the different capabilities of each model, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each. He came back later to install and setup our Nexia bridge for remote access for our thermostat, and he had already registered our product for us. We were very happy with the installation, the product, and the support from Chris.

Called to get a quote on new A/C and furnace. Chris came out and went over all of the pros and cons to the different brands and seer ratings. Went into the attic and checked my old system to make sure things he was promising could be delivered. Technicians were great. Explained what they were doing and completed the job in one (very hot) day! I shopped the area and received 4 bids. Sumerall offered the best value for the seer and brand (Trane) that I wanted. I recommend Sumerall A/C Inc.

Group of liars and thieves. Watch out when you ask them to come to your house and check your A/C. UNTRUSTFUL people that will charge you hundreds for doing nothing. Instead of paying 75$ check fees, I paid them 430$ because they said they added 6# of freon for my 1.5T a/c. They even didnt put a half # in it plus I didnt ask them to put any.The biggest problem is that thier boss is the worst of them so you cant complain.
