I walked in last Thursday to order a set of tires from Mr. Todd Hurst. Michelin Road 5s specifically. I was quoted a good price for them and told they would have them the next day, Friday. I went ahead and ordered them. I called at the end of the day Friday and was told they were delayed and would arrive Tuesday. I called again at the end of the day Tuesday to find out they still hadnt arrived and maybe they would show up Wednesday, but he wasnt sure.At that point, I had enough of the runaround so asked to talk to someone who could find out where the tires were and when they would actually be arriving. After a bit more smoke blowing I was transferred to Mrs. Brandi Chapman. During our conversation I found out they didnt order a set of Road 5s. They ordered 1 Road 5 and 1 Power 5. They also made the sale well after the cutoff time for putting in orders that day, so there was no way the tires could have arrived Friday, and Todd knew that.Not only did they lie about when the tires would be available (knew they wouldnt arrive Friday, but said they would anyway), they didnt order the tires I told them I wanted, didnt call me to let me know the tires were delayed, and gave me the runaround when I called to find out when they would be arriving. Ill be taking my business somewhere else in the future.
Ok so parts was great but I went to order tires for my 87 goldwing and parts department was super helpful. However service department refused to schedule to have them mounted because the bike is older than 15 years old and they might break something… thank you Stacey for being absolutely no help at all. I will not bring any business to y’all in the future and DO NOT recommend anyone to bring their bikes in if you are so concerned about breaking things doing a tire swap. Only reason for the 2 stars overall review is parts was friendly and helpful 0.0 stars for service department.
Cowboy Honda had the part I needed and made the purchase an extremely enjoyable experience even though their computers were down! I got my part and they ran my credit card info once their computers were back up and emailed me a receipt! Most places would have told me to come back another day! I will definitely come back!

I dealt with Ron in sales. I felt pretty good about the experience, my only complaint was the wait for paperwork. But admittedly this was a Saturday in November, which is going to be a busy day. Mud did the best he could to handle the paperwork as efficiently as possible.

Tried to get a couple of tires mounted. Already had the wheels off the bike, and loose in my truck. Asked service manager about getting tires put on and was told Not today!No questions, nothing, just a flat no.Service, in my experience, has a service writer actually ask questions, and try to get business in one way or other to come in. That was not my experience with this place.

I have owned my Honda Shadow Spirit since 2010 and for the past 2 years and some months she has sat without really being run for good distance or long time. I had a stroke and could not ride, I have been cleared to get back in the saddle, but wanted to have new tires, and my bike checked out. The service department picked up my bike, because I did not trust my tires, changed the tires, and did full service, I got it back Saturday, and your crew did an awesome job, I am totally a satisfied customer and will be back. I have been a loyal customer since 2005 when I bought my VTX 1800. I know people come and go but I was so happy to hear Stacy was back in the service department. She is always has a smile on her face and if my wife is not with me she always asks about her. That is going above and beyond in my opinion. Not only is she very knowledgeable about her profession she adds that little extra that not all people have when it comes to customer service.

My friends and I ALWAYS try to give local businesses our money before anything else. But they make it virtually impossible to buy any kind of parts, or check prices.... I have sat on the phone for 15+ minutes several times waiting for parts to answer the phone. And so have my buddies. And I can call any other dealership and they transfer me and they pick up the phone within a minute or so. Been going on for last few months.

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received from Nicholas Herring. I am a rookie jet ski owner and was afraid that something was wrong with my new ski when it started smoking a little after the first outing- so I contaced Nick. He met me at the lake near my home and checked out the issue and even gave it a test drive to reassure me that all was well. Thats what I call above and beyond customer service! The atmosphere was great as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. As I walked around I was greeted by a sales associate who had great knowledge and was very helpful about helping me find my first motorcycle. Probably one of the worse experience I ever had trying to buy something to be honest. Thursday, I put Credit App online just to see if I get approved or not. Got a call sometime during lunch time saying I was approved, come pick up your motorcycle. Excited I was, I swing by around 3 PM to sign papers and get my motorcycle. Come to find out the motorcycle I wanted was sold the day before and was not told of this until I showed up. The salesperson said Ill received my motorcycle Monday and I said thats fine, Im out of town anyways. Well, the salesperson goes back to the office after I signed papers and comes back and I asked Monday it is, right!? and he goes we are closed Monday, it will be Tuesday. Lol! At this point I was a tad aggravated but I said fine, Tuesday better be here and the salesperson said it would. Tuesday rolls around and I call up the place to ask if my motorcycle has shown up yet and my salesperson tells me yet again Oh, it probably wont be here until tomorrow(Wednesday). Not once did he say Wednesday to me. I was beyond furious at this point. I talked to the manager and comes to find out, my bike hasnt even been shipped out yet. Like are you kidding me? Ive already signed papers and my warranty already started and we are going on two weeks without a motorcycle which was suppose to be here Tuesday. At this point I had called Honda Support and got some ideas that the manager couldnt think of. Told him to call Triple L Honda in Orange, Texas and get the motorcycle delivered to Cowboys. Because if I had not done that, my motorcycle would have not been at Cowboys for a while and I would probably would have already be making my first payment on something I dont have. My fault on signing papers but the salesperson shouldnt have gave me the runaround and wasted time. Would not recommend this place. At least on buying something. Couldnt tell you about the Service Department. And if you do plan to buy something here, make sure whatever you are buying is in stock and read over fine print on the papers in finance. They will add on Extended Warranty that you dont ask for just so they can make commission.
Everything is great there except the service dept. Right now there is over a 2 day wait on a oil change. I have bought two brand new Indian motorcycles there and it seems that I will be doing the recommended maintenance on my own.
Absolute Joke! I bought a 2019 Highlifter RZR 1000 from these con artists in March 2019. Recently, we went to trade the UTV in for a smaller unit, and much to my surprise they offered me 1/2 of what I originally purchased the UTV for. The unit on had 16 total hours on it, mint condition, tons of accessories, and still had break-in oil in it. The sales staff members are clueless, and even admitted that the trade value that was offered was ridiculous. I drove 15 miles down the road and traded it for 9k more than they offered. I will not purchase ANYTHING from them again, and I hope they fold up!

Great experience. I like that I was able to work with my local dealer to get a great deal on the exact machine I wanted even though it wasnt in their stock. Upon delivery the vehicle had a few very minor issues and the service manager was eager to get them fixed. Ill be doing business here again in the future.
Brought in an Ace 150 that was brand new. Had squealing, tires hopping and some chain issues. Craig worked with Polaris to get new tires, wheal bearings and a new belt along with having the chain tightened, etc. Just know that this machine did not have 3 hours of use. Very satisfied that Cowboy Polaris got my son back up and running. It runs better than when it was new.

Ive had two separate experiences with Cowboy that were less than pleasant. First, I stopped in. I told the salesperson exactly what I wanted. I wanted to see what I could get for trade in with my current bike and if they had the right color and model of bike I wanted. Ding ding ding he had a winner, but still continued to try to sell me stuff I didnt want. He also proceeded to tell me that probably they had one in a crate of the model I wanted. Cool, thats great man, you dont know your inventory and you dont want to go find out. Two weeks later I called to see if they had a new Yamaha FZ10 on the floor. Again, I got the whole we might have one In a crate story. The guy I had on the phone was short and hung up on me after I said, I just wanted to see if yall had one on the floor, thanks. Didnt say bye or try to offer assistance. Im a salesperson and I would never treat a potential customer/client like that. EVER. Ill take my business elsewhere and be sure to let everyone know to do the same.

I bought my bike from cowboy powersport. When I went back to have my bike serviced I was treated like a second class citizen. It took several months to get my bike back. The services are very expressive and the technicians are not worth $90.00 an hour. They do not spend as much time on your bike as they charge for. I will be doing my own maintenance from now on. There are other bike shops in and near Beaumont that will treat you better.
Drove 4 hours to deal with Willy and would do it again. He truly understands what it takes to make a customer feel appreciated and went out of his way to ensure I got the right deal for what I was looking for. He did the same thing, but even more so, with my brother who drove 1.5 hours. Willy is your guy.

If you have anything of value to you, dont bring it here! While mounting a tire on a rim, they managed to scratch the paint and gouge the metal. Then they returned ther wheel without a valve stem cap. They have young, idiots working in service that dont know what they are doing. NEVER COME HERE FOR ANY SERVICE.
Bought a Polaris Ranger from here and the salesman was FANTASTIC! We wanted to save some money so we decided to put the lift kit, wheels and tires on ourselves. Little did we know what we were getting ourselves into! No matter how many times we called and the hundreds of questions we asked, they were ALWAYS so helpful and nice and answered EVERY single question we had and even walked us through putting the accessories on. Horrible service. Went in to get prices on parts and i was told after i got one part looked up and seen the price they were gonna hit me with i asked for a part number so i would have the right numbers to shop with and to also look another part up that if the price wasnt bad Id buy, then the person comes back with the response of are you going to buy here or just get me to get you part numbers? Because if you are not going to buy you can look them up on your own. I told them id like a price to see what they are listed at, and the person says i cant help you then. First off you get paid for costumer service, second the reason ive came here is to make sure i get the right stuff for what im working on. Even if i didnt buy these parts i may have bought other accessories. Definitely not doing business with this company after that. Price of the only part i got looked up was 4 times the price of another company. And service was 100% better than it was here.

I have spent over 50,000 dollars with this dealership over the last 12 months and was looking to spend another 25000. After dealing with Johnny C. For the 2nd go round I have decided to take my business elsewhere he acts like it is an incovienence to deal mywith you and doesnt not return calls. Maybe if enough people start shopping elsewhere the GM here will realize without our business none of them will have a job.

I would shop around if I were you. First, when we originally took out Polaris in to be serviced they stated they fixed the wench and the safety brake. Well, a few months later when we act dually had to use the wench to get out of a stuck in the mud situation... nope. Not fixed. Brake also didnt work. Then, we took it in a year later because it was dead. They said there was all of these things wrong with it and quoted 7,000.00 to fix it all! This was also after 3.5 months of having it in the shop. We pulled it from the shop and drove it to Houston... where it was fixed in 3 weeks for only 2800.00. When we gave the shop in Houston the written quote plus the new bill we paid (paying again for the brake because we were told we should have brought it in sooner... and yet again we found out the brake was not fixed but paid the bill not realizing it didnt work because there was no way to test it as the polaris was still dead). The shop in Houston said they didnt understand why the bill from powersports was so high and that half of it was not necessary. We called cowboy to let them know they had NOT fixed the brake again and wante d to be refunded the money. We were told we would be given a credit only. However, that offer is USELESS now given we will NEVER use this place again. Seriously, go some place else! This is said with absolute honesty and without malice... I just wish we were more knowledgeable so we didnt get screwed. Good luck!

You know, i keep giving this place a shot and again, im let down. It always comes to customer service. I suppose it is because they are the only option in Beaumont. When i went in today to get a part I watched another parts guy just basically stare at a customer and just kept saying im sorry. Not a genuine apology, but a im not going to go out of my way to help you figure this out. The customer walked out and the parts guy laughed under his breath and shook his head. I went in with an aftermarket part but was willing to get the oem, just couldnt remember the exact year bike, same engine for 30 years basically. I knew the year within a couple. Its not that, it is when i told the guy, im not sure of the exact year, his reply was great. Yep. ive matured in my years here, so my reply was basically ignore him. It is this way in the harley service dept, the metric service dept and parts. This poor customer service seems to be throughout that organization. I havent dealt with sales, and never will, so I cant comment. The store seems well stocked and really nice. It is a shame that you go in and instantly feel like a hassle to some of the people there. I have had one good experience in the past 10 years there and it was with the older gentleman behind the parts counter. I will do everything I can to avoid this store.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a new purchase! I decide to buy a chief dark horse from cowboy powersports so I call in to check for financing. After Indian chooses to offer me an 8.9% interest saying I dont qualify for the special of 3.9 with a credit score of over 700, I have to call my bank who gives me less than a third of the rate. So now I have the financing so I tell the employees at cms that the check will be there tomorrow and Ill be over to get the bike. I contact them before I leave because I live two hours from there and remind them that Im coming, I drive all the way there to find out that the bike with the vin they had sold me has a stage 2 exhaust and some after market handle bars. So then they try telling me they will deliver the bike, they tried getting my lender to just switch the vintage but they wouldnt do it. Of course the lender isnt going to switch the vin. I tell them that the reason I was coming today was because I had to work for the next three weeks so I said whats the price difference between the exhaust on it now and the original exhaust so I can just get out of here. The manager tells me the price difference is 1,300 dollars! So I have to stand around and wait for a few hours to take a bike home that I shouldnt have been sold in the first place. Very bad business, will not be dealing with them again.

“I had been searching online for a new scooter for some time now and had seen the Yamaha smax and tmax, I came into the dealership about a month ago and spoke to John Enloe in hopes to get look at either one, but no such luck, as the dealership does not keep them in stock. Well anyway a week ago I called John back on the phone to see what it would take to order the smax, we took care of necessary items and the next day I am picking up my brand new Yamaha smax. I could not ask for better service than that. ”

No matter what is wrong with your atv, wether it is just a regular service or you have an actual repair, it will take you 6 weeks. Or in my case right now, 12 weeks! Every time I have brought my atv in to be fixed it takes at least 6 weeks.
About two weeks ago I went to look at buying a new bike i was completely blown off then when i got pissed they wanted to help me and ended up trying to pressure me in to a bike i really didnt want so i left and ended up buy a bike from a friend that night it need a battery and maybe carb work did not have time to do it myself so i took it to them to get it fixed faster it took a week for them to call me back with an estimate for it when they did they wanted almost 3000 dollars to supposedly fix they were trying to fix things that had nothing wrong with them i went back and got my bike we took it home and with in 20 minutes and a new battery had the bike running like a champ i will never ever deal with any of the cowboy dealerships again they are all about just scewing everyone they can you are by far better finding someone to work on or sell you a bike
