From the first encounter with Kyle; he was friendly, informative, communicative and on time. His knowledge and approach really instilled confidence in me for my listening room acoustic treatment project. His team is very professional. They arrive on schedule; are respectful of the environment; do a great job of cleanup; and are true artisans. My highest recommendation for Chelsea Audio. I have been working with Chelsea AV for 20 years. During that time they have completed 4 major projects for me at the Oregon Coast, Portland and Central Oregon. There are three areas to think about when purchasing high quality AV equipment: Selection of hardware which is correct for your particular home, installation, and subsequent service and support. Chelsea AV excels in all three areas. When I call them I talk to the same people that I talked to 20 years earlier. They know me, they know my home, and they know exactly how all my equipment is configured. I couldnt be happier with them. Chelsea Audio is the Nordstroms of audio video. They are head and shoulders above any other store in town. They do it right, and its done right on the first try. Great customer service, great products, great company. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

I went in with a problem and was worried about being up-sold on super high end equipment i might not need. Instead they recommended that i modify the configuration of the components I have and see if that met my needs. What a refreshing experience. Will go back when I am ready to make another new purchase.

Chelsea is a breath of fresh air when compared to BestBuy/Magnolia. Their staff is knowledgeable, responsive, and they had everything I needed in stock. Furthermore, when I had a technical issue with the Marantz receiver I purchased from them (network card stopped working after a week -- not their fault), they returned it and gave me a replacement.Great customer service!

These guys are the real deal. Salesman Kyle was thorough and spent a lot of time with us even on a very busy day for them. We had our 2 1/2 year old with us who was going a little stir crazy while we were picking out our system. Kyle put on the cartoon movie Planes for him to watch on the projection screen which kept him occupied. After we selected our system Scott took over and kept in constant touch with us about timeline and installation. Ryan was our installer and spent most of the day with us. He took his time and showed care for our house. I have another room that is pre-wired for surround sound and will definently be calling these guys again when I am ready to get it done. Nice job to the whole team.
