The owner is a super-nice person. She makes sure that the lines, which are sometimes out the door, move as fast as possible. And also makes sure that they are seldom out of bagels. I go out of my way to get my bagels here.

This was my first time coming to Einstein bros., And it was so delicious!! I didnt realize they have fresh squeezed orange juice. We will definitely be making this a regular stop in the future, the workers were amazing and so incredibly nice!

We had a meeting here this morning with a client is buying commercial building right next door so we popped in for a bite to eat! Einstein Brothers do a great job and I had the ranch breakfast bagel with sausage and our clients had some cinnamon Caramel Lattes and some fresh squeezed orange juice. It was awesome. something a little different than Starbucks with everything you could want plus high-speed WiFi and comfortable boots and tables so were camped out here doing some paperwork today and I would highly recommend this location as a place to enjoy time with friends and to do business as well.

Food is really good as well as coffee. The issue is how confusing the set up is, with no one really communicating what is going on.The food screen is full, few people “working” but only one person actually making food. I would think everyone could chip in on making sandwiches since the lobby is full.

Love the Bagels, but the inside of the store is too dirty for me. Please clean floors garbage etc. People who work there are nice, just have to keep everything more tidy for people when we pick up.

Had a client visiting our office and our breakfast catering quit that morning. So, last second we came into this Einstein brothers and they delivered!! We made a large, last second order, and they didnt bat an eye. Bagels, sandwiches, coffee boxes all with a smile and a good humor. They are outstanding and they saved the start of our visit. I truly appreciate this store and their staff!

I didnt even eat this Einstein Bros Bagels. I drove by. And yet, it still made my day. Maybe even my week.Heres why:I up grew up in Las Vegas. Okay, I know this is in Beaverton. The story will make sense, dont worry.So I grew up in Vegas and the last Einstein Bros bagel I ate was like 13 years ago. I loved those bagels. Made me feel truly alive.Now Im gluten-free and cant even eat bagels. I dream about them nightly.And, today, it happened. I drove by that Einstein Bros and just seeing the outside of this strip mall made me feel truly alive again.

Einsteins never disappoints. This location has a super friendly staff. They always have a good selection into the late afternoon.

Great spot to get bagels with the family. At the peak times if can be a bit slow but they seem to staff up appropriately. The new Caribou coffee is great! Some of the bagel sanwiches are a bit rich but you can probably find something that suits you. Shame they do not have a gluten free option but it would be hard to keep it uncontaminated. Great rewards program!

The bagels were fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Its my personal favorite.

Its alright. I went to pick up a bunch of bagels at once. The bagels are okay, but the prices are a bit high for how few bagels you get. I would honestly recommend just going to Safeway though, cheaper bagels at a better quality. I ended up doing that later, much happier with that choice.

So I stopped in this location and it initially started ok with the shift lead taking my order. Move along to pay and while waiting in line Kevin the cashier was absolutely one of the most unprofessional, belittling individual to both the customer in front of him and his co workers. Not only was he talking to them in a manner that was not appropriate he was also cussing. It continued as I got to the counter as he continued to belittle his coworkers while talking to me. Do yourself a favor and get this under control if you would like to continue a positive experience start to finish in this location.

I have never eaten food from here before. It was pretty good. The smoked salmon schmear was amazing. It wasnt too strong and it melted a bit into the bagel making the bagel taste amazing. I have had their hot chocolate before and it was bitter, which I dont like. However, for this time the bagel and schmear gave it the 5 stars.

I love their bagels, but the one time Ive been to this location I came to the strip-mall with a bunch of co-workers and we all bought our food from different restaurants. The Einstein Brothers staff were kind enough to put up with us eating our various meals in their dining room.I recommend their breakfast bagel sandwiches. Ham & egg on bagels is just right.

Ive given this place so many chances. More often than not, the service is extremely slow. The staff appear to be stressed out and uncoordinated. The process they have in place for ordering is terrible. There are two registers, one for placing an order and one for paying -- this really doesnt make any sense and slows down everything. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Starbucks next door where the service is much faster, the staff are more competent, and the business actually knows how to handle the operation of a fast serve brunch and coffee shop.

We love the Einstein bros on nimbus-- However, Maddies service was always excellent. She is a very hard worker and we havent seen her there in a while. Me and my boyfriend come for breakfast before work every weekend. The staff is very friendly and the manager is super helpful to all of his coworkers. You can see the connection they all have there! Good food and even better service!

My husband and I grabbed dinner here, not knowing they closed so early. Despite our showing up 5 minutes before close, the staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in serving us. We both had different types of bagel sandwiches and enjoyed them very much! They were very reasonably priced and came out shortly after we ordered. We also enjoyed the fresh blackberry lemonade they have for sale. Over all, we enjoyed it very much and will be returning.

Have ordered large volume through catering on multiple occasions. Order is always ready on time and bagels and /or sandwiches have always been awesome. Friendly, helpful staff. A win all the way around and a nice treat to share at church.

Never again are the words that came out of my sweet husbands mouth this morning after eating here. We have been coming here about once a week for months, but not after today. Every time we have been here the service has not been good-- none of the people working, besides one elderly woman, are even remotely customer-service orientated. We have been in so many times where no one is greeted- they have their backs turned lazily to customers and are doing nothing, Ive seen them go to the back and just talk and then finally come back to do orders... but this morning, they were not even ready at all at open. They had no coffee ready, it took 20 minutes just waiting in line to be cashed out, they didnt even have their stations set up or start cooking until 15 minutes after open, and the ONLY person working and actually trying was this older woman! Im sorry but that is messed up. They had about 5 other younger people working who were just dawdling about. No one was being nice to customers except for this elderly woman worker, and that is just not okay. They need an overhaul with their workers at this location because it is ridiculous, every time, but especially after seeing that this morning. I am not one usually to write any sort of negative review for a company, but after now one of our breakfast spots has been deemed as never again, it is something for me to comment on. Also, the reason we loved going is because they had these really delicious and exquisitely put together egg sandwiches (Green Chile, Farmhouse, and Bacon and Spinach) with the fresh eggs, and now they have really crappy bacon ones with barely any bacon or flavor for the same price as those much better ones they just took away. Also, the bagels were not done in the center and we have gone in three separate times where this has been the case. It was gross, and when there was no coffee we were not even given a refund or anything for having paid for a coffee. So disappointed with this place, and with the people who cannot even work together well there or talk with each other or greet guests-- it is not okay for one woman who is older than everyone else to be scrambling around trying to do everything while everyone else farts around.

Do not go here. Ive been to many Einsteins bagels and this one is not run well. Sadly this location is the only one near me since I moved. The service is slow and the workers dont seem to put a lot of effort into their work and helping customers in good time. On top of that they give you about 1/4 of the cream cheese on your bagels compared to EVERY OTHER Einsteins bagels.

I meet here every Saturday morning. The staff here are the best. Good coffee and bagels.

Honestly this location has always been incredibly reliant and well maintained. The staff are either very happy to see you or completely ambivalent to you and will efficiently and swiftly carry out their tasks with a refreshing proficiency. The bagels are almost always fresh, the sandwiches and shmears are constructed and applied with extreme prejudice and thats the way I like it.

Staff is very friendly, the bagels are always great. Sometimes the crispy chicken is rubbery. I think this is an issue with where it is purchased from, not a cooking issue.

They have a variety of reasonably priced bagel sandwiches and offer discounts if you bring your receipt back the next day. The people there are all very nice. It does usually take a few minutes to get your bagel.

Bubble guts. Not sure whats going on but I think the food tastes great, the service is mediocre at best, and the place does have a subtle feel of general disarray. The food tastes good enough to have enticed me back for a second and third visits when in the area. Today was my third visit and Id say will probably be my last. All three experiences dining here at this particular location have left me in an ill state of digestive discomfort within an hour after eating. Not food poisoning I dont believe but something just aint right. Bubble guts.

The bagels at this location are consistently greasy. I havent been to this location in awhile because of it, but I wanted to give them another try, but still greasy. This isnt an issue at the other locations Ive been to. The bagel I got today was also pretty squished. The company is great, but not so much this location.

There are very few places that can do a bagel and lox correctly and this is one of them. Always good healthy food and delicious. I have to say the only thing I ever get is the bagel and lox so I dont know what the rest is like. There isnt much interaction between the employees and customers here but I dont really care because Im only here for the lox.

Its busy on weekends. That means its the early bird that gets their choice of bagel. Some types of bagels go very fast. Staff is friendly and very helpful with choosing substitutes, finding a hidden favorite, and suggesting extras that one may forget.

Im giving 3 stars because of the fast service. It would be a 2 due to the price point and a 1 because you have to pay extra for condiments and a not so pleasant attitude comes included with a simple question. Almost $10.00 for a 16ounce tea and a bacon, egg and cheese bagel is just not worth it. Especially when my bagel was burnt. I even asked for a packet of cream cheese to try and cover up the burnt taste of the bagel and they told me it would be over a dollar for that. I asked them if cream cheese came with the bagel and I was told No! Also that, butter was .60. Followed up with, thats just the way we do it. Very condescending. I didnt ask for butter. When you pay almost $10 for a burnt bagel and then have to pay for a condiment on top of it and get an attitude in the process, its not worth the trouble or the money. Wheres the local Dunkin Donuts!?

I have waited more then once for probably about 15-20 minutes to finally order what I wanted which is not a big deal if you really like the food. But to finally get ready to order and be told they dont have the begels you want is very disappointing if they know they get busy in certain times of the day, they should have more begels done. I waited for so long to finally leave empty handed.

In the YEARS I have been dropping in here I have yet to receive decent customer service. The employees act like you are impeding on their precious time by walking in the door. The old women is the worst. She is always rude, without fail in my experience, and I almost always leave with a snide unsolicited comment or opinion from her.

I love eating here (good bagels, good coffee) but the wait on Monday mornings is INSANE. I mean theres a lot of customers during that rush, but not enough to justify a 20 minute wait for an untoasted bagel and a self-serve coffee.I think the employees work very hard. The wait times are not a result of people being lazy because I see the people work there being anything but lazy. The problem is the layout of the store, primarily the dual register system. One register to take your order, one register to pay for your order, both on opposite sides of the store with a single person running back and forth between them. How does that make sense!? Just have one register to both take orders and take payment and you will solve at least half of your slowness issues.

Our favorite location. Great staff, very personably. We love Einsteins bagels. Lox is amazingly buttery. Yum!

Every Friday I enjoy going to either here or the Fred Meyer location off Farmington Rd. My 3 yr. old son loves it and its his favorite bagel shop.Both locations are clean and have friendly staff who are smiling (even at early hours). Theyre quick and the food tastes great.I wish theyd have a little more iotoopt for little ones however. I know its not geared towards choldrec, but having healthy, but kid friendly items would be appreciated. He loves the food regardless, but simesomet I feel guilty with the food I give him because I know there is more healthy optooop out there.The location hasnt been too busy, but the parking lot is shared with many others and sometosom can be a bit cramped and crazy.

I used to look forward to coming here and enjoying good food with great service. .. today my bagel was not toasted like it should have been ( no big deal really) but then when I went to the counter to let them know, some bright yellow haired girl replied by saying, what do you want me to do about it?Never again, Einstein Brothers on Numbus!Oh and when I did finally get my bagel remaid, it had the wrong shmear.

This was the first time I went to an Einsteins after Noahs and Kettleman disappeared. It isnt much different from Noahs other than rebranding, but it is no way near as good as kettleman. However, if you stick with items you wont be comparing, like i did, youll be as happy as a clam. I got a bagel dog. It was delicious! The decor is a little odd, as they have picture of their own food up like they are trying to convince you it is good. Staff was friendly, so they have that going for them. At least they are providing jobs. This location was also not busy at all, but we went on a week night, so perhaps at lunch they are a little crazier?

Food is good. Coffee ok. A little pricey but the staff is nice.

Too many customers and not enough employees, management needs to know that while they are saving the payroll of 2 or 3 more team members theyre also losing business 10 times that. Many customers leaving when they see the long line to order..
