Kat and Autumn were amazing! My partner and I were in the market for a new, larger mattress and had heard great things from friends about T&N. When we saw they had a retail location nearby, we were overjoyed. Buying a mattress online without trying it was such a daunting idea! Kat and Autumn allowed us to (safely) try the mattresses without any pressure. We were able to take our time, discuss our opinions, and make the decision without someone pushing us or rushing us. We ended up choosing the original and they even helped us take it out to our car. We’ve been sleeping on it for about 3 nights now, and we’re both in love with it! Great people, great product, great experience.

Husband and I went in to look at the beds last week and the associate was extremely helpful and friendly not pushy at all she explained the differences between the original and mint mattresses. We fell in love with the mint mattress! So we went home that very day, went online and purchased a Cali-king which included two free king size pillows. The associate we spoke with had also mentioned that this was only a soft open and that a grand opening would be today on April 13th and that the first 50 customers would get a free pillow. Hubby and I were number 7 and 8. And I could not be more happy with my tuft & needle pillows. The reason we even looked at this brand was because of my sister in Arizona, she owns an original T&N mattress and I fell in love with it, its extremely comfortable and perfect for any body shape. I would definitely recommend anyone to come in and try out either mattress, I know you will find the mattress that is ment for you no matter what type of sleeper you are!

Staff was very knowledgable and helpful - no sales pushing like other mattress stores. Products are all spelled out really well in their features.The store was very clean and they have a system down for letting people test the mattresses on display and then cleaning before the next people test.Everything is packaged super densely so you can even fit your mattress in the back of your car! The sheets are fantastic!

The customer service was awesome. They pretty much were there for questions but let you play with the mattress how ever long you wanted. They change the sheets for each person which was really nice. She helped me out with the big box. Didnt push any other add ons. Overall I had a great experience and I am telling everyone about it. Thanks a lot! I had a great night sleep and even had a few dreams which I hadnt had in months. Again thank you!

The store experience was comfortable and informative. The bedroom-like settings for testing the mattresses was cozy, with no overhead fluorescent lights!

What a wonderful company COMPANY!I called because I was returning my bed during the 100 day return policy to see what I needed to do. Jason M, at the Portland branch, informed me that I just need to donate it to charity or that I could donate it to a friend in need and they would STILL refund me for purchase. I have a friend who happened to be needing a bed but was low on money. I donated the bed to her and it made her day, and I still got my refund. Wow, just wow.

Incredibly helpful, non-pushy, relaxed staff--the absolute best showroom-type experience good can have. Great product displays, easy to relax and try out the mattresses... Definitely worth the trip.

Tuft & Needle is an online mattress store but they have started opening up show rooms so you can try it out. Theres no commission or anything so its a low pressure way to check out a mattress without feeling obligated to buy something.Also the mattresses are really great. I definitely recommend checkomg them out if youre interested in a mattress.

Totally worth visiting. Non-commission sales staff are super helpful, friendly, and not at all pushy. Two mattress styles each in their own quiet, relaxing bedrooms. Pillows and sheets also available for purchase.

Bought the mint mattress.. Very happy with it. It is more firm around the edges than the original.

The friendly and energetic staff was the only reason I didnt fall asleep in the showroom >_> The Mint is unbelievably comfortable.
