Our 1989 kitchen was in need of an upgrade, but the bids we received initially were way out of our budget. Bill & NW Cabinet Source worked with us to identify the cabinet products and design to meet our needs. Not only that, they connected us with other trades to handle the drywall, countertops, and tile. Along the way, they were solution-oriented and helped us navigate all of the quirky details in our 30 year old kitchen. We couldnt be happier with how it turned out.
What was once an old, dull kitchen was transformed into an open, light-filled space that makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure! The talented designers at NW Cabinet Source, led by Bill Purple, took all my requests and turned them into reality. Communication was easy and responsive, and my questions were answered fully. Every person working on the project was competent, polite, and super helpful, often going above and beyond. When it was all done they cleaned up completely and left me with a kitchen that is the envy of everyone who sees it.
Really beautiful cabinets. Friendly and helpful staff.
I’m a commercial construction Project Manager so I’m used to dealing with subcontractors and tradesmen. Chad was great to work with and helped at every step of the process. He was even contacting me to help keep things on schedule while he was out of the country on vacation. I see a lot of cabinets and casework in my day job and chose HF for the quality and appearance.
We worked with Chad on our kitchen make over. He answered all our questions and helped us feel that we were making the right purchases for our kitchen. It turned out amazing. Everyone was professional and clean when in our home. Thank you guys.
Cant complete the job. For those of you reading all of the reviews, consider that one of the other reviewers, Deanna Cloud, is actually an employee of Home Facets. My wife and I purchased cabinets, countertops, and installation from HF. The cabinets arrived it took a while to have then installed, and then they were only partially installed because HF (Deanna Cloud) didnt order enough molding. But we had our ceramic floor tile laid around the cabinets in the meantime, only to find out when we went to install our wall oven, that the oven cabinet (Deanna Cloud) ordered was not the one HF was supposed to order. We had to pay the oven installer for a wasted trip. Then Deanna tried to convince us they could hack the installed cabinet to fit our oven. After much disbelief and a contractor telling her it was not possible, Deanna finally admitted she would need to order the right cabinet, but huffed because her mistake was causing her money. We planned the kitchens well in advance but, since the breakdown in HFs services, weve had relatives visiting from overseas and across the country and our daughters birthday party. Our budget has shot through the roof because, since we are so limited in cooking for these events (with no oven), weve had to eat out like crazy and pay for our visitors meals too.The new cabinet and the rest of the trim took three weeks longer to arrive but now sits in our entryway, for several weeks more, as HF refuses to cut back the laid tile, to fit the new cabinet.I am guessing it will take a lawyer to fix this. Think twice before contracting with Home Facets.
Nw cabinets did a beautiful job in my kitchen. They were professional and really great to work with. I would highly recommend them.
Broken promises and delays. Piss poor communication. Never again.
Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, salesman.
