Came here to work the cafe is nice limited parking great sandwiches and coffee theirs one bathroom that you need to ask for a code to use. Multiple outlets available to charge devices. One wall outlet in the corner is broken and doesn’t hold anything plugs just fall out. The staff is great overall great atmosphere and music.

I love this coffee shop! The coffee is always really great, the iced vanilla latte is my favorite. They have amazing sandwiches for lunch, please try the ham and provolone! I love sitting inside, great atmosphere. I love being outside and enjoying the AMAZING water features! It’s more beautiful then my own backyard!

Best white chocolate mocha Ive had in a while. Very kind people. Calm and cozy atmosphere with a pleasant outdoor table area. Area is charming. Food is presented artfully. I recommend the Pork and Provolone. Did I mention the white chocolate mocha?

Avas on Hall in Beaverton is a very popular meeting place for business and personal coffee dates. It was hot yesterday when a friend and I stopped in for iced drinks. The line moved quickly. Service was competent and friendly. Drinks were well made and tasty.

The time is ~7:20PM on a Friday. Two people working, two customers in the entire cafe. Came in and walked up -- barely any acknowledgement. I ordered my drink and sat down. I wondered what was taking so long for the coffee to come out, and as expected -- they finished it, but didnt say anything. The lady working REALLY looked like she didnt want to be there or interact with anyone.Coffee was decent, at least. Just very unwelcoming.

I really like this place. Its a great place to go for a cup of coffee to relax or spend time with friends. The employees are always nice. I especially enjoy the patio with the decorative waterfall and stream and a great atmosphere.

Another good local place to go for coffee and food in downtown Beaverton. They have some great lunch options and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The turkey, cream cheese, and cranberry sandwich is my go to, served on fresh bread off your choice. Their croissants are solid and if they are out, the ciabatta is my second choice. Friendly service and pretty quick.

Ava Roasteria was a great little coffee shop to go to when the Beaverton Farmers Market got a little chilly and rainy one brisk Saturday morning recently.The decor and atmosphere is trendy yet welcoming. It is sparkling clean and delights in the smell of fresh baked goodies and warm beverages. Something for everyone, so much so that its hard to make a decision.The staff were very friendly and helpful to answer questions and make suggestions. Ill definitely be going back!!

Just moved into central Beaverton. Wait time for coffee is long. First time there last week the barista didn’t announce our coffee was made so it just sat on a little table in the corner for several minutes before we knew. This morning my wife orders ice mocha. The barista makes several coffee orders of people lined up behind her as she is waiting for hers to be made. Beautiful atmosphere inside and out. Expect to wait. Coffee tasted ok but the coffee cake was terrible.

Best coffee shop in Beaverton by far. Bonus points for the best hours too.

Usually order their tasty and consistent baked goods via UberEats but decided to go into the Cafe in person on my lunch break. Ended up leaving after waiting a few minutes without being greeted, being told to wait/theyd be right there, or having my order taken. There were only 2 folks working so I understand if they were busy, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged and known Id eventually have my order taken. Thought Id save a few bucks of delivery fees but I guess Ill stay at home in the future.

Wow, this place is amazing! We were in the area and stopped by for a quick sip. The latte I got was perfect! I couldn’t help but notice the absolutely beautiful piece of Napoleon cake, I caved in and got a piece 😋 I was born and raised in Ukraine and Napoleon was a staple cake at any get together! This was THE BEST Napoleon cake I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was so calm and peaceful. Lots of students studying and no music! Thank you and we will be back!!!

This place has excellent customer service with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Plenty of indoor and outdoor sitting available with WiFi. It is very neat and clean and pretty well-maintained. This is right next to the max station and has a good view of the orenco station area outside. The items here are slightly over-priced

This, and Blackrock Coffee Bar on Walker Rd are my absolute FAVORITE coffee shops. The very nice gentleman who speaks little English teaches me Spanish so that I can speak to my little sister in her native tongue. Hes always very kind. Hope hes doing well!!

As with most coffee shops I visit want to make sure Im sampling a variety of drinks to see what I like! I asked for oat milk with our latte which lent a wonderful creaminess to the latte as latte-grade oat milk usually does. I was a little disappointed by the sweetness of the drink which overpowered my ability to taste the espresso.

Tried them for 1st time last night. The coffee and cake I had was heavenly. Its also nice they deliver so late, working grave its hard to find a coffee shop. Ordered again tonight!

I came down to Beaverton to stay with my friend and he HAD to show me this café. He talked a lot about the desserts but I wasnt in the mood for sweets. So I got just a small chai tea latte.It was good but I will say it wasnt as spiced as the ones I normally get and was more milk then I would like.The café itself was very calm and looked like a great place to sit down with a friend - they have lot of outside seating as well.

Truly great atmosphere. From the moment you walk near the Roasteria you hear the sounds of their water fixture out front and calming music. Once you enter the establishment, it feels as if you are walking into a very trendy, modern, and yet welcoming coffee shop. Promp and yet accommodating staff who show their enjoyment: in addition to good brews and good selections. Will come again and definitely recommend.

The coffee and pastries were delicious. The outdoor seating area is cute and relaxing. I would hate to be a business in Beaverton though getting bad reviews from entitled Karens that werent given a red carpet to walk on when they arrived. Im really glad I stumbled on this place cause PDX doesnt have a place as yummy and comfortable for coffee and pastries that Ive been to

This morning was my first visit. Trash cans in dining room were overflowing when I arrived at 8 AM, still at 9:30 when I left. Bathroom was quite dirty and the floor was filthy. Counter help said only We know. Wont go here again.

I have been coming here for years, and in my honest opinion. This is my favorite coffee shop ever. The coffee is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The desserts are delicious as well (I recommend the carrot cake!) . The music and atmosphere is a perfect place to chill with friends or for college students doing their homework. Or to just sit down and read a book. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming to the customers. Overall, its my kick it spot with friends just trying to find a place escape. The new renovations made the place even more welcoming. I cant express how much I love this coffee shop. In a way Im excited to get homework, just to have an excuse to come here and vibe.Out of all the Avas, the Beaverton location is my personal favorite. I would still suggest checking out their other locations in the Portland area.

Tuesday Night Bike Nite is amazing. We shut down the parking lot for motorcycles only & hang out for a few hours. Service is great and the coffee & smoothies are amazing. Give Avas a try. Even if you dont come to bike nite.

Omg i was just here a few days ago and me and my husband loved it here.Everyone was sooooooooooooooo friendly and very helpful when taking orders here and the menu was great with a very nice selection of stuff to pick from.Such a peacefull Atmosphere just all around very relaxing. Inside too was just so pretty inside it was nice to gave apon all the art while Eating and sipping on my coffee. Overall the whole experiance was just very great and i cannot wait to come back and to take my friends here for a good time :)Keep up the great work.

Nice place to meet up with a friend, or to take a break from the crowds when the Beaverton Farmers Market is open. There is also outside seating and a wall and river fountain to enjoy on a nice day. I really liked this place.

Not a very pleasant experience. Entrance marked as exit, iced beverage that was ordered hot, codes to get into bathroom, muffins paid for but took a second wait through line to receive. Disappointing.

Avas has a pretty good variety of pastries most of them are a bit different then what you would find for your typical coffee shop pastry selection. They also have a really good selection of flavored syrups for your espresso based drinks. They offer 4 different milk alternatives. I personally like the lavender latte with coconut milk. The espresso beans that they use for their espresso-based drinks are really good. The beans do not taste burnt or acidic like Starbucks. And the flavor is robust without it being overpowering. I would recommend going to Avas and trying out their Spanish lattes.

Service was excellent.

At 7 am on a Sunday, you can expect to be surrounded by multiple smokers on the patio. Everything smells so good, but the coffee and cupcakes were mediocre at best. My daughter’s croissant was decent. We might not know what to order. The patio is gorgeous.

At Avas Roastaria they serve the most delicious of coffees and other assorted beverages. They also serve excelent pastries made locally. The staff are always extremely professional and welcoming. The go above a beyond to make sure I am treated as a guest in their upstanding establishment. I am more than just a customer. I will always keep coming back. Good coffee and food. Nice place to hang out, and open all the time. It used to get really hot here during the summer, but I think they recently installed air conditioning.

Great Joint to study and have a cup of Joe. Desert cake selection is also very impressive. I personally love the Napoleon cake with a cup of peppermint hot cocoa in the winter.

You will love the outside seating!

Good coffee and there was an outdoor fireplace...came at the end of the day so there werent many treats for the kids to choose from. Still, I would go back.

The food and coffee are good and the patio is so pretty, but they allow smoking in the outdoor seating area. I came here specifically to work on the nice patio area, but left pretty quickly because the nasty cigarette smoke was gagging me. That was disappointing. Ill probably still visit when I want to sit inside, but the patio seating is a big part of the appeal of this place and why I came in the first place.Edit: Against my better judgment, I tried again. Once again, the patio was filled with smokers in the middle of the day. Theres a sign that actually says no smoking before 10 pm but Ava apparently wont enforce it. I asked a barista who told me smoking is allowed. I just subtracted a star from my original rating and wont be back again. You know, Ava, if you already know it gets so smoky that it gags and deters your other patrons from returning, you could just, oh, NOT ALLOW SMOKING like every other food establishment in the state, per state law.

First time at this place. Nice but all the indoor plants were dying because of no water. When I brought this up asking if someone could water them I was basically just ignored and she went onto the next customer. Will never support a place that can’t at least water dying plan s.

We went for coffee and found a decent range of drink choices. They have oatmilk, which is our non-dairy preference. The staff was friendly and allowed me to completely customize my caramel macchiato with decaf, oatmilk and half sweetener. Nice big and inviting outdoor seating area.

Avas is a relaxing place to hang out and have coffee & pastries with friends or to work. It gets very busy on the weekends; so, expect a small wait. They have a few nice waterfall features outside. Food and coffee is tasty, overall worth checking out.

We just discovered this place and was excited to try. We sadly were disappointed and won’t be coming back. We ordered 2 sandwiches 2 chias and 2 desserts. The sandwiches were just slapped together and came with not hurls enough like chips. For the price point it wasn’t worth it in quality and what you received. The chias were overly sweet and not much of a chia flavor. We ate our desserts later and came to the same conclusion. We both threw most of lunch & chias away. So because of this we most likely won’t be coming back or recommending.

Overpriced and bland food. The cannoli are not cannoli, wrong shell and filling. The sandwiches were bland. The macchiato was done wrong. Now regular coffee and mochas perfectly good. The coffee, regular coffee or mochas are pretty good. The dark chocolate mocha is so far my favorite. This order was delivered 2 coffees and a dozen assorted cookies. We got 11 cookies, one white triangle cookie short. Either the place screwed up or the driver ate one. Shrug, cookies were cheap. The cookies were all very soft. The thumb prints are usually my favorite, the middle didnt taste like anything other than sweet generic jelly no ohh this is raspberry or strawberry. At least they werent super sweet. The chocolate were also very soft, very much for a chocolate lover but really way too sweet for me. The triangle were more firm but still soft (a good balance) and held together well with all the powder sugar when bit. Werent exciting but ok not something Id buy on their own. As assortment probably a good combo. I have had better cookies at bakeries so if this place is trying to push as great bakery and coffee ehhh Id give an OK bakery and good doctored coffee. If I want real Italian great coffee and pastry I go to Piazza Italia or Caffe Umbria they know how to make an expresso macchiato and I can drink their coffee without sugar and flavor in to mask the bitterness. Well probably still now and again get mochas here but definitely not sandwiches again, a chance might try a different cookies or dessert especially if get delivery but 90% of time well grab Black Rock or Human Bean coffees first. Black Rock we get every time we are out.

Since my first try from here I havent been able to stop ordering the apple streudel and vanilla almond milk lattes the quality is great. Weve also tried a couple different cake slices and they were so delicious. Full of flavor from the ganache and coffee but not overwhelming in sweetness from processed sugar. Tried a turkey sandwich yesterday which was good; I would just say Im a lover of fruit tarts and wasnt able to eat it due to extreme mushiness the texture just didnt hold up well and was very soggy. Quick preparing and my lattes are always consistent in taste thank you! Thanks for continuing to be open in this Pandemic and providing quality service/foods.

I like all the locations of Avas in the area. Primarily a coffee shop, but also good for lunch or a sweet snack. Plenty of seating and outlets, so a good spot to work on a laptop. Pleasant staff and reasonable prices. GF bread is available.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help make recommendations if you’re feeling a bit indecisive or just in a sleep fog from lack of caffeine in your day.
