The favorite store not only for our kids but for us too after a hearty dinner. This is our fav dessert space! More so for the feel it provides of visiting a donut factory as you watch donuts being created right in front of your eyes allowing you the sense of choosing that special donut you want to eat!Warm staff and ample parking here! Gives you a feel of being a part of the donut history too!

Fresh and Delicious!!We were craving for donuts today and happened to be near this store. We picked 3 donuts from drive through - Original Glazed with Kreme filling, Glazed chocolate with Custard filling and Glazed strawberry filling. All of them tasted delicious 🤤Definitely going to return

There is usually a giant line and the drive-thru however this time drove up without any issues. Gentleman on the speaker was clear and easy to understand and very helpful when trying to order donuts. The exchange at the registry was just as nice everything was packaged and neatly and headed through the window without any problems. Not something I could do on a regular but definitely a nice treat to share with friends and family every now and then.

They have been giving me so many free vacation donuts.

Krispy Kreme is my wifes favorite for doughnuts. We stopped in for their Spooky Dozen special for October and that alone was worth snapping a picture of. Fun design and delicious fried dough served by an energetic staff that was very friendly. Youve had Krispy Kreme, stop in and try KrispyScream. Ask for the Spooky Dozen in their Spellbook box.

Been going here for years. Classic donut chain that never fails to disappoint. The original glazed, old fashioned, and pumpkin spice cake donuts are the best. Pro tip: when the big Krispy Kreme light is on, a fresh batch of donuts is ready.

Soft and fresh donuts. The creme filled are amazing. Love the valentine themed donuts and limited edition box. Had to come back and try the new butterfinger original filled and the butterfinger fudge cake. They were both amazing. 4.7🌟

First two doughnuts I ordered was the reeses doughnut they offer. Instead they gave me an extra Oreo and a basic Bavarian filled. The case was full of them. If the employees are confused or didnt completely understand me, they need to ask me to repeat myself

The drive through is normally the quickest way in & out. The doughnuts are normally fresh, at least when I’ve gone. Overall good. :)

I have been going to this same location for many many years. And every single time i am here the doughnut are always perfect quality. There always so soft warm and perfectly glazed.and i love how fresh they are.Its always nice to wach how its made too. The children love it.Definitely will be coming back agian soon. :)

I always come back to this one as its easy and not too far. Service could be a little slow, but not a bit deal. Selection seems to be always lack if you come too late. But if you hit right when the fresh glaze cone out... boy of boy... get couple to eat right there and a dozen to go for sure!I always make the mistake of ordering two dozen, but always take my family forever to finish and often waste the last two or so of them... :( I promised myself that Ill just order a dozen next time, everytime... lol

Im a little confused by yourr mixed message if youre open or not.. Its 5:10 a.m. all the lights are on, a couple of cars in the lot,, red neon sign that says open is on including the drive through menu. Theres a small sign on the soeaker box that says you are open from 6-10. Please turn off your open sign if youre closed. Thank you.

Fun Spring mini donuts!🍩 Now that you have to enter into the side door for the entrance, you can see the donuts being made. I have never seen that before. Really cool! 🙂 The mini donuts in general are very delicious and adorable.

I love Krispy Kreme because it doesnt leave you feeling like you just eaten a lump of dough. Light and tasty. We purchased a dozen and received a free dozen on their special; the best deal available.

There are so many different donuts and it is amazing and delicious just sometimes they dont have a donut you want because everyone loves Krispy Kreme.

The donuts were very good I do not deny it, but I do not recommend going for the coffee.When I bought a cappuccino is was too cold and when my dad went to tell the person who attended us, she did not want to change or return the money, she only told him that the machine was not working very well!!

Can I give less than one star? We tried it 3 times in a 2 month period because we happened to be in the area. Nice enough kids serving the drive through but our order was wrong on every single occasion and we were well on our way home before realizing it. How do you confuse Cream Filled with Maple? How could we possibly end up with a DOUBLE sweet iced latte (so thick with flavoring it was undrinkable) instead of the HALF sweet we asked for? Oh, and the doughnuts we got on the last visit were so gummy we couldnt finish them. Save your calorie budget for a real bakery.

Hmmm Donut. Sometime, you just need simple donuts. Krispy Kreme is pretty good. We like their original donuts as is. Warm it up in microwave for 5 to 10 sec makes it fluffy.We also like their limited edition or seasonal donuts. Lately, they changed their chocolate filling and we like it.

Part of a balanced diet. If you have a quarter donut.....every other month. Minus one star for the health benefits. Taste is pretty damn good.

The night manager (i believe her name is holly?) and her crew are incredibly sweet and lovely folks. i’d actually never seen a krispy kreme store until i moved up here, i had only seen their donuts on sale at walmart, etc. so i was thrilled to come here for the first time!& the donuts themselves were delish!! i got a blue ptriotic one with cookies and cream in it, along w an oreo one and a plain ol maple donut. all splendid! will definitely be making another trip down here :) i’d add a picture but i ate them already hahaha

Still one of the best donuts ive ever had. Krispy kreme is very consistent in its taste and flavour and I have to say that for each one i go to in different states. The pumpkin spice special was a must during this week. I do like the random flavours they come out with!

Wow theyve (or at least this location) have gone way downhill.Smells like old grease, guessing poor ventilation. We each got our free donut, but didnt finish them... The coffee was ok, but not up to their old level.Staff was nice, but not enough to cover the workload.It hurts my cheap little heart, but their free donut isnt worth it.

Great Doughnuts! The glass partition allows people to see the pastries being made in real time, so it is a wonderful place to take the family. However my experience with the younger staff has been rather poor :(they can be a bit lacking in a customer service sense- today I was shushed and told to Wait! Mid order while buying a dozen doughnuts. I get it, these kids are young and it shows at times. Despite this, Krispy Kreme makes for one hell of an after work snack!

Often out of items but theyre fast on getting people in and out of the line.Bad problem Ive seen though is a lot of times the employees will allow food delivery folks to cut the line and get their order first. Its happened to me twice now when I went inside to pick up an oder for myself. I understand that Grubhub/UberEats has a little more pressure on them for time purposes, but maybe a different system should be in place then for all people who are picking up orders vs people who are just ordering in store.

Great donuts for a solid price. The only bad part was ordering. The drive thru microphone/speaker wasnt working properly because I had to repeat myself multiple times for them to get my order down correct.

I love Krispy Kreme, the donuts are truly amazing but I have never experienced slower service in my life. This place definitely needs to get it together in regards to service times....seems like they had one person staffed.

This was my worst trip to this establishment. My doughnuts were actually crunchy. It was super disappointing! They also didnt have their cake batter donuts which are my favorite and I was told it was because they had a promotional donut but when I asked to try that they didnt have any of those either. Wont again drive out of my way to come here next time Ill save money and time and just buy from the bakery down the street.

The best service, quality and donuts in town!

I went inside as the drive through line was to the street. They only had one person at the checkout and he wasnt working very fast. When I got to the front of the line they finally got a girl to pack orders while the guy took the cash. They were out of several kinds of doughnuts. Good social distance was practiced. Overall it was as expected at a busy place.

Do they know what “glazed” means? The glazed original is just wet and moisture. Glazed donut is supposed to be white glazed sugar coating on the top with a little dry crispy. I have been buying Krispy Kreme for 20 years. Recent years, every time I wanted to get some from them, I was thinking to give them a chance to improve the quality but it turned out nothing changed. The owner of the franchise or the HQ really need to monitor these stores.

This is ridiculous you cant go in to buy donuts really you shouldnt have to sit in line in drive-thru for ever or have to order it online to get a donuts.

Service was pretty quick here and the donuts were delicious considering they were drive thru donuts. Highly recommend the cookies and cream one! Definitely my favorite of the dozen.

Had nothing was out of everything claimed to not have any supplies to make additional summer specials or any other favors but original. Complete waste of time

On Friday night I went to that store and really, very bad special service, the manager I imagine he is a very despotic man with hair, I told one of the employees that this man gives bad service and she apologized for him if you read This message changes your attitude with customers and learns to set the example of good service I was calling to report it but they never answered so very bad service from that man the next time I go and if I look at it you will hear me I left the shop very annoying !!!

Best. Donuts. EVER! They beat any other donut shop by far! Their donuts taste like eating your childhood (in the most metaphorical way possible)! Krispy Kreme is like the Krusty Krab of the donut world. You take a bite and you have ask yourself, how do they make such a masterpiece?!. Highly recommend it. And the best part is, when you walk in, you get to see the whole factory line as the donuts get made.

So let me tell you I drove an hour and a half just to get some of these bad boys to find out upon arrival that they were out of almost every single donut now when I say every single donut they didnt even have the original donut and to top it all off my order was so messed up I got about 13 out of 24 donuts that I ordered and the rest were wrong. Very disappointed considering how much I love this place. If they only knew the disappointment.

I went for the bogo deal and they turned me away because they didn’t have anymore glazed donuts and said they weren’t going to make more. How are you going to run out of doughnuts on a deal day?!

Disappointed, the machine that makes the new mini doughnuts was broken. Slow service on a Saturday morning. There looked like a lot of staff but slow counter service. I was given a free donut for my disappointment over no mini donuts.

Warning to others: Do not order online. I ordered 1 dozen glazed, 1 dozen assorted. Apparently, when you order online the system does not give you the same price so I paid an extra $7. When I got home, I opened my box of assorted only to realize there was not a single donut that I had ordered in it. They already had substituted my glazed for minis, which was fine, but the assorted was a box full of boring donuts I did not want. I immediately drove back to the store only to find they had locked all their doors a half hour before their posted closing time. I walked over to the drive thru window and got the associates attention. She wanted to see my receipt and proceeded to tell me which of those donuts they were out of (which they werent out of the first time I was there). So an hour later, I ultimately got a refund and came home empty handed and disappointed.

Unfortunately until crispy creme does a vegan option, which isnt hard, I have to do a 1 star.
