This is a great shop with friendly and attentive staff. They are very knowledgeable about pieces and colors and if you’re looking for anything just ask.They’ve gone to great lengths several times to help me find the specialty and bulk pieces I am looking for with fair pricing.They also throw great birthday parties for children in their adjacent party room.

Other Brick and Minifigs on Sandy Blvd. Tried to sell these to me for $8.00 each.I picked out of their $2.00 castle wall box and kid working there said theyre worth more and looks up on the internet for 5 minutes then tells me because theyre in such good shape hes gonna have to charge me $8.00 each??? Think the kid is trying to work a side hustle to pay for his fingernail polish...CEADAR HILLS BRICK N MINIFIGS IS WAY BETTER, the customer service is better, and the prices are as advertised never changed on you like the other place on Sandy!

The staff here are all friendly and eager to help, and theyll do their best to help however they can! Looking for specific parts or a specific set? They can even wishlist it for you and let you know if it comes in! Always a joy to visit!

Friendly kids (and their adults) stop. Neat setup to host birthday parties as well. Just visited once but Im sure well return!

I review this store as a seller. They were nice to deal with. When I had called them they did not mention an important detail. This is why I took one star off.

Love this local treasure! I brought my son in to browse, then called them later and purchased the set we wanted over the phone. Theyre friendly, they made it really easy, and we love the great selection they carry!

A fantastic store filled with amazing sets and minifigs. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. I bought one set then had to go back for another the day after! I highly suggest and recommend visiting for all your LEGO needs!

There were only a couple of employees and several people in the store taking their time. I left without being helped because there was no telling how long it would have taken. One of the employees was so distracted it took a family asking her 3 times to be assisted. I asked if they had any Mandalorian minifigs and she said if they had any they would be against the wall. I looked and there were none. I was able to get a short glimpse at the display case and I saw a few Mando minifigs. Obviously the employee didnt know what I was asking for.

This is one of all time favorite stores to visit, The staff is amazing, the manager is absolutely awesome, and prices are so reasonable, clean, and covide friendly, I totally recommend buying Lego here, the best in all of Portland.

The customer service here is laughable. I drive across town to this location from time to time, a mere 30min. There’s a closer location to where I live but incase that location doesn’t have what I’m looking for, I’ll go to this one (which is the next location).The employees here won’t greet me nor ask me if I’m looking for anything in particular, let alone smile. There’s an employee who’s more interested in their phone than the customers. The employee will be playing on their phone, I would ask if they have this particular item on stock, the employee said “no” and went back onto their phone. I understand if they’re having a bad day, but this isn’t the first time I’ve been ignored over a game on a phone. Hurts.Overall, I do like the store, but the customer service can improve.

Amazing used lego store.

We love going here and looking through all the sets and mini figures. Building your own minifig for $5 is a great way to have a nice father/child date with your kids.

I was on my way over to the Asian Market and Bricks and Minifigs caught my eye. I collect vinyl figurines and was so excited to see a Lego store in the area! There was a birthday party going on and the staff was super friendly to customers as well as party-goers. Prices are great for Lego products! I had a great experience and got some new gift ideas for the holidays! Ill definitely be back.

Good vintage sets and minifigs, some lego-compatible product that is pretty cool and well curated. Lego art displays, staff who are ALMOST as obsessive as I am (seriously this is a feat. I used to keep charts of when new elements became available, and when molds were changed)Does not have the pee smell on weekends of the actual Lego branded Lego store.

A proper selection, the staff is always helpful and is willing to make a deal. Lynnette the owner is very fair and polite. This location is a great one!

They generally have a cool selection of Lego figures and pieces that sometimes are a good price and sometimes not so much. However, they always have the individual pieces I need for my models and for that i love this place.

The offer they gave me for the minifigs and kits I brought in was insultingly low. I calculated their profit margain from what they offered me to be around 1200% (based on the prices of the pieces they sell). And when you consider the fact that what they offered me was just in store credit their profit margain jumps up to around 5000% or higher! I used to be a customer of theirs, but after this incredibly insulting offer Ill never step foot in this store again. If you have Legos to sell, look elsewhere. This place will try to rip you off to the max.

My wife and I have been going to this Bricks & Minifigs since they were at their previous location.I love the staff, theyre so down to earth and helpful.We generally go here for bulk bricks and the occasional kit.All of the Bricks & Minifigs locations are great, but this one has a special place in our hearts.

We were here for a birthday party and had a blast. Lego building fun for all ages. A partying gift is to build two mini figs.

The staff at Bricks and Minifigs are so inviting and helpful. I had my daughters confirmation party at this location and they helped make it a special occasion in their spacious party room.

EXPENSIVE!!!!The appeal is very bland, (no posters, artwork, or themed areas, etc.....).How ever they have a great selection of rare/discontinued sets. Mostly complete.They are honest when a set is missing pieces too. Not pushy on making sales either.THE BAD!.... Over-priced. Do not go here for a competitive price. Go here only for sets that you cant get at Lego or Toys R Us. Their prices are all over the price that Lego and Toys R US has so this is mostly a collectors store. I appreciate their collection, however bring your smart phone to see if Lego or Toys R Us, has the set cause you can almost always get it cheaper at those places..

My shopping experience at this store is aweful! they sell me a batman helicopter lego at the price of $15，and it is with no minifigures inside, and the store staff said that is why the price is so cheap . However, after I back home and found the same new models price on Amazon is only $16, and it is brand new with 3 minifigures.The store staff refused to return the figure even when I show him the Amazon price, saying this is their f* policy. This place is on my black list now.
