Antoinette was the nicest cashier I’ve seen in action! On a Friday night where mist in line just wanted to go home and drink their liquor, she demonstrated patience/great customer service. She is also the first 7-11 employee I’ve ever heard greet customers as they walk in.

Always courteous and friendly.

Second time I got milk that was spoiled. My 7 year old puked before I knew there was something wrong AGAIN. They seemed more concerned about security cameras than serving bad milk.

Ive lived next to this 7/11 for 5+ years. Today was the straw that broke the camels back in writing this review.Stuff is never in stock. Today they were out of the chilli / napkins / ketchup. There is a heat wave right now and the lady wouldnt let go of a cup for water for my dog. And I have to ask every time for a double bag bc they rip on my walk home. Like they know me well enough bc Im here often enough same with my roommates that they KNOW we walk here and get 2x 2 liters and their bags arent strong enough to carry them. But still we gotta ask for the extra bag and sometimes they grief us about it.Today their 2 ketchup packets were sitting in a quarter inch of pickle juice and they had no napkins to clean my hands with.1. no water during heat wave2. no napkins3. they never answer their phones4. out of condiments5. watching media on phones ignoring customers and talking about inappropriate content at work.6. Mislabeled hot case items (wrong item received)

Trent is tight. Makes waiting up for the early morning shift a bit easier by cracking jokes. Chill dude.
