This place is a little hit-or-miss on the flavors, which makes you feel like you’re playing BeanBoozled, at $4 a taste. In general, it is fun to try new flavors, but my true disappointment and why I’m giving this place 3 stars is because I DO expect consistency in their Chilled Sugar cookie, a regular that they have almost every week. I ordered one the other day, and the texture was dry and fell apart before I could get it to my mouth. Not sure what happened with the quality control, but cookies should stay together and not fall into little tiny crumbs. So much for my $4 cookie. That said, the other three churro cookies that I ordered were FANTASTIC and I wish I had just ordered those instead.

First time trying this location. This review is specific to this location. 2 of my 4 cookies were under baked and still had wet raw dough, they completely forgot to frost my pumpkin cookie.

Service is good and they get you the cookies out super quick and fast. The flavors are cool and interesting with the rotating flavors each week and it’s so easy to get reeled in to buying a 4 pack instead of 1 cookie because there are so many flavors but some of the cookies ended up tasting more like dense cake or more like a brownie instead. Still definitely recommend trying out this place though

The cookies are delicious. They are a little spendy but they are enormous. I only wish they would offer more variety. There were only four choices available and two of them were very similar (chocolate chip and chocolate chip with M&Ms).

Rotating menu with a few staples that are always available. Big cookies that are rich and thick. We Dont favor one over the other. They were all delicious. Easy online ordering and pick up.

Not sure what to make of this place. They have a very limited selection but what they have is super fresh out of the oven. The cookies are really good but a bit too sweet for my taste. For a place with such a small assortment, it was amazing how busy they are. For anyone with a sweet tooth, this is a place to check out.

I can only speak of their cookies as I did not partake in any other products. I liked the peanut butter chocolate chip best. Other flavors seemed popular with our group. The cookies present well for gifts and other special occasions.

We bought Crumbl for the first time when the Beaverton location first opened. I took two dozen cookies to my daughters soccer practice so that she could celebrate her birthday with her soccer teammates. Ive given boxes of Crumbl to my coworkers as gifts and weve bought them to celebrate special occasions as well. It has since become a weekly order of cookies for our family. :)

Ok. Not sure what the hype is all about. Bought a 12 pack for $36 plus tip so just shy of $4 PER COOKIE. Every single one ... chocolate chip, toffee chip, double chocolate with chocolate frosting, peach pie, strawberry shortcake with compote topping ... was oddly under baked with an unpleasant soft texture and touch of raw flour taste, and I cant believe Im saying this in a world where everything is too sweet and too salty ... every single recipe was flat tasting ... in my opinion, lacking salt and the right kind of complex sweetness. Honestly if I hadnt dropped the $40 for them and had blind tasted them I woukd have thought they where oversized Safeway bakery cookies. Awful. Perhaps the other flavors they rotate thru are better. Perhaps the bakers at this location couldnt follow directions and missed some ingredients or underbaked them ... probably not ... so I would say this franchise is 100% skippable. New Seasons and Grand Central Bakery, even Elephants Deli have amazing hand crafted cookies for the same or less cost that are worth the calories and reward you for sinking your teeth into them, and for Chewing them and experiencing the right textures, the correct crispness, and for the love of all baking... the correct salt and sugar proportions.

The absolute most amazing place in the whole entire world. Four giant cookies for $15? Are you kidding me the best deals ever. Always changing the cookie flavor so it always keeps me on my toes and excited to keep coming back for more.

So far all the cookies that I’ve had have been absolutely delicious! Definitely would recommend coming here if you have a sweet tooth. Also the service is very fast and efficient.

I personally love crumbl cookie and the whole concept behind the place. I would normally give them 5/5 stars because of their excellent flavors and service but due to this weeks “spooky” themed cookies they are getting 1 star. A regular cookie with m&m’s put in it does not make it halloween or spooky themed AT ALL, it is a common cookie that people eat all throughout the year and it in no way reminds me of halloween. The “snake” cookie is just sad, it’s a chocolate chip cookie with white frosting on it in a spiral shape. Not even any snake eyes or anything, frankly it’s just a cookie with less frosting on it. The sugar cookie was just straight up disappointing, it’s your original sugar cookie without the pink dye in your frosting and you’ve added a pumpkin candy in the center. Sure pumpkins do remind me of halloween, but this is just straight up lazy. The worms in dirt cookie was definitely the best one out of all of them, but still basic and unoriginal. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in these halloween cookies, and I truly hope that this isn’t setting the standards for all of the holiday seasons.

Great cookies, first time here. My husband experienced a little sticker shock $20 for 6 cookies but as an amateur baker myself I get it. I thought they were great.

Cookies are incredible. They come fresh and super quick. The only downside to getting these yummy cookies is having to deal with the wonky app. These are a great surprise present for friends and family members. If only they could fix their app, I would order more often.

These cookies are delicious. So soft and buttery. They melt in your mouth like a dream. Definitely check them out if you’re near one. The key lime pie one is my favorite, but even the original chocolate chip is 10/10.

The service has gone down hill, no more greeting. Employee handling cards/cash and touch screen is also picking up cookies without a spatula using the same dirty gloves. It also seems to me the store is constantly out of always one cookie type. I hate to say that I go there about once a week and this seems to be the norm. Went again, still touching cookies, cards and touch screens and never changing gloves. Btw, the 1800 number I tried, no answer. Automated response via text, not great customer service at all

The app is pretty intuitive. For curbside, I tap I’m here, and the employee finds my car instantly in a busy parking lot. Only thing keeping me from rating all 5 stars, is I have ordered for a friend in another state, but the app won’t let me say that my friend is there to pick up.

I ordered via online. Selected a time for pick up. In my order I had specified that I didnt need curbside delivery that I would come in & pick them up. I arrived 10 minutes earlier then the planned pick up time so I proceeded to go inside to let them know I arrived. Spoke with the cashier, who seemed confused, she spoke with another person asked my name & said they would be out shortly. I waited. No cookies. I called & told the lady I had selected in the app I was here- still no cookies. After seeing numerous people get theirs I asked again one helping looked at my phone & said I had an issues. This was 20 minutes later. Bottom line is the people working for them should have explained this in the first place. No cookie is worth the price to excuse horrible, unsympathetic customer service reps.These cookies are too expensive to excuse poor service.

Cute cookie place inside a popular shopping area. Staff were very nice and I like the fact they have new cookie flavors every week. Stopped here out of curiosity because they are opening a store in Salem too so I figured they just be good. I feel the price of a box of 4 for $14 was too high for what they were. The cookies were very underdone and that is normally my favorite way to eat a cookie. It lacked. They definitely crumble but the flavor of the dense cookies werent worth the price. Wont be back.

I don’t like cookies and I love Crumbl cookies. I got a free Crumbl cookie from a friend and I was hesitant at first. I just saved it for my kiddo who i knew would like it. But when she gave me a bite, I couldn’t believe how amazing it was. AND THEY DONT HURT MY SENSITIVE TEETH! And don’t give me heartburn. Both very big reasons why I don’t like cookies. I couldn’t believe how damn good they were. Every single flavor!

I love their cookies, but theyve made it very hard to order in advance. Their website and app dont allow you to see the weekly flavors without placing an order.My friend in IL wanted me to order them for her son here in Oregon, but it was soooo time consuming.I dont like to post negative reviews, but the automation that businesses are employing is making everything so much more time consuming. It takes the fun out of the product we want.Thank you!

Not only do they have delivery but they show up warm and literally melt in your mouth. They also bring you milk! The cookies are huge which makes it easy to share. I love their cookies and their delivery service!! Everything comes hot and delicious, and they make it so easy to ship. My boyfriend was having a really rough time and is living across the country and I was able to send him some chocolate chip cookies to cheer him up, you’re able to put a little sticker and bow on the box. Another instance I helped my mom send some cookies to a co-worker who was also dealing with the loss of a child, and we where able to send her come cookies as a pick me up. Needless to say it’s worth every penny, a little pricy but worth it.

I ordered some cookies this morning through the app, but it gave me some issues so I went into the store and the employees were extremely helpful and nice about the situation. I’ve always had great experiences coming here and the cookies are great!

Ive been going to this store at least once a month (sometimes weekly). This location is always clean and friendly. Ive worked in food service for years so I know how rough it can be but their cookies come out perfect everytime and they nail all the new weekly flavors.

Ordered pickup! Was super quick and all flavors were super delicious! I actually prefer them room temperature or cold. I find that they’re almost too rich when they’re warm, but that’s just me.

Every time I stop by or place a delivery order, the cookies are warm and soft with a touch of crunch. I’ve tried most of their options and they have all been so yummy! The price may be much for some but they are so good and totally worth it. You have to try their cookies at least once. But you will go back for more 😉

Crumbl has easily the best cookies Ive ever tasted. Personally, the raspberry cheesecake is my favorite (after chilling it of course.) This location is my go to as they are never slow about delivering, often even beating the estimated time.

Wow, these are giant cookies. They are very sweet so it took me a couple of days to get through just the chocolate trip one. Its right next door to a boba shop, so I noticed I wasnt the only one to grab a cookie and then head on over next door for some bubble tea. My only problem was that the little cookies were only available for catering! I would have like to order a bunch of little cookies and tasting them before committing to these giants.

I was waiting patiently for their company to resolve an issue with the key lime pie frosting. When they got it fixed I immediately ordered some and a few extra cookies. I planned on only eating 1 but I ate all but three that were mine. I bought some for my roommate, i had four and they had four.If you have not had a cookie from Crumble Cookies. You should hop on over to your closest store and get one.

My husband and I love this place. The variation of cookies is always nice. So for Valentines day I wanted to get my husband some cookies, so I placed an order for the day before Valentines day and got a confirmation text but that was it. It snowed the last 2 days and Im assuming thats why when I went to pick up my cookies today they were closed. I was upset that I had to drive through the snow to a place that was closed when they just as easily could have saved me a trip by saying that they were closed today and that the order was getting refunded. Thats my advice for future orders that are canceled when the store is unexpectedly closed down. I will still go to this place because of its great cookies. But this is a good idea for the future.
