First time trying Crumbl Cookies and I’m blown away. I’m a baker by trade and extremely picky when it comes to baked goods. The cookies here are massive but they absolutely deliver on texture and flavors. Their newest variety is blueberry cheesecake and it was incredible. The cookie is super thick and soft and tastes like a graham crust, and the toppings taste like actual cheesecake with blueberry sauce 😻. So sweet but so good!!

The staff are always friendly and happy, and they’ve even surprised the business I work at with free samples to share the deliciousness! Definitely my favorite place when I have a sweet tooth, I have never had a cookie here that I didn’t enjoy.

The milk chocolate chip is an all time favorite. I also tried the semi sweet chocolate chip and it was bomb too. Personally the sugar cookie frosting is too sweet but the cookie itself is great. I can’t wait to try a peanut butter cookie when/if it’s in rotation. Overall would highly recommend crumbl to everyone on the fence about them. They are worth the $4 each and if you don’t want to pay $4 a cookie just buy a 4 pack.

My go-to Crumbl is the one located in Progress Ridge. The employees are always so kind, and greet me when my hand is still opening the door! I visit Crumbl every week, often multiple times a week just to visit the friendly staff. Additionally, the store is always bright and shiny; the area is well kept overall. Thanks Crumbl for being such a great destination for hungry teenagers!

Just ordered their chocolate chip, sugar cookie, fudge brownie and pumpkin cookies. Soooo good! Ive had their cookies before and always exceptional! Highly recommend! Very friendly staff too.

I buy crumbl weekly. I for the second time this week I visited crumbl last night. I typically wear a mesh mask (that doesn’t work like all of the rest) when I go in and last night I didn’t wear a mask and the crew shamed me tremendously. I do know it is a said “mandate” however it’s not a law. I do not wear a mask anywhere I go and no one has ever harassed me like they did last night. When I went into The crumbl in lake Oswego a few weeks ago, mask free, the crew was above and beyond awesome. As much as I want to and love to support my local businesses I will not be going back to this location. The big loud mouth boy yelling at me should be fired.

Amazing! Especially during Covid, the customer service was excellent and they enforced social distancing. Now, to the part that matters: the cookies. 10/10 overall. I got the sour patch chilled sugar cookie and the warm gingerbread with frosting 😍🤩 it was insane! My bf got the lemon glaze and double dark and he loved it! I am so happy we tried crumbl and will be back!

It’s an addiction. At first my wife was like “we gotta try these cookies!! People love them!!” I was like.. how good is a cookie.. it was also 4 dollars 4 a single cookie which was concerning. I love Crumbl Cookies! Its hard to resist when they have new flavors every week. Theyre delivery is typically fast and I also enjoy going inside to pick up. Its kind of cool to see how they bake the cookies. Its incredible how many the can cook at once. I also like how they display the cookies so you can really see what they look like. What gets me is the videos on Facebook. They always make them look sooo delicious 😋 my only feedback is I wish they were open on Sundays. Thats usually my cheat day so I have to order on Saturdays. I also enjoy how they come warm. So good!

A friend brought a box of crumbl cookies to an event I was hosting this weekend, and I could not believe how delicious they were. I immediately had to look up the closest location to me. I usually like to heat up my desserts, but the inside was so soft and gooey already, I didn’t need to! Can’t wait to try more flavors next week

Cookies were still warm when we got them home and they were HUGE!! So delicious! We got the pack of 4 to try out some different flavors. Our order had a Butterfinger cookie, Kit Kat, plain with M&Ms, and a chocolate cake one. Butterfinger was the best! The chocolate cake one was almost too rich, but still good. We cut each cookie in fourths so we could try each one and we were suprised by how full we were.

Customer service was great. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean, organized and inviting. Nice color scheme. We ordered 2 cookies ($8). Both had good flavors. The consistentency for me was between a cake and a cookie. Very messy hense the crumble. Would not recommend your children eating it in your car. Location was great. I thought the price point was not budget friendly for your average consumer. Missing the boat on the median clientele.

I have been a pretty frequent customer since opening and it seems like more frequently I come home a little bit unhappy. Today when I was presented my box the toffee one looked terrible and I asked for a different one. The response was it still tastes good, I promise and she closed it up and handed it to me. I was so distracted by that cookie and the response that I didnt even notice the wrong cookie was in place of another different cookie choice. So once I got home and realized I was doubly disappointed. For what you pay youd expect a little better. I think were good with homemade after this.

I was in to get cookies today and heard what I can only imagine was the manager SCREAMING at an employee in the back. I could actually hear them say something about “laziness” and “not paying their employees for it”. It was disgusting and absolutely unprofessional. If this is how management wants to handle their business I will take my business else where. No cookies are worth the vile treatment of employees that I heard today.

I say this as a lifetime lover of baking who grew up in a household where no less than 6 different types of cookies would be baked very Christmas, to the highest standards by my expert baker mother. These cookies are amazing. And the rotating menu is phenomenal. Just when you think you’ve tried every possible flavor of cookie, Crumbl throws a curveball and you’re enjoying cookies in forms you wouldn’t even think existed. Stop what you’re doing and get some.
