Reggie is incredible! I went in today looking for an energy drink alternative and he helped me find alani nu and also told me about a great deal going on to save me money. The store was very clean and organized which made finding what I needed easy and fast. My new go to place for my supps! Thankful for yall!

Supplements arent really my thing, but if they are yours, this is the place to go. Staff members seemed very knowledgeable.

Walked around store, couldn’t find product and wasn’t offered any assistance. Super clean store though, just bad customer service.

When I was waiting to pay in line, I overheard a few “interesting” conversations between the seller and a few customers. The best one was when a customer was purchasing a product with the purpose to lose weight, the customer asked about the quality of the product, and the answer from the seller was that allegedly another customer lost 8 lb (or 9 lb?) in one week, taking it, without adding anything else to the explanation. After that, I definitely lost faith in GNC.When I go there, somehow, I end up hearing stories about prodigious products and other nonsense stuff. So far, the staff does not seem to have real knowledge of the products they sell, nor of the products on the market.EDIT: workout supplements are strictly related to my prior field of study.

Not the best GNC store. Went in there for something, walked around for a few minutes and Jordan was too busy to bother helping or even acknowledge us. Try a different store.

They have what you need (likely), customer service is friendly but the sales touch is a tad exuberantly energetic.

Very well stocked store and staff members are friendly & knowledgeable. Staff members are usually into health & fitness themselves.

John helped me shop and knew the supplements so well! More than anything I have to say awesome worker who never pushed sales but was there to help. Be blessed John, if Im in need of morr egg white powder, Ill be back!

Well laid out store, easy to find within the mall. Sadly, they didnt have what I needed but the gentleman that helped us suggested a few other stores that may have it.

Small little shop, but had what I was looking for and knowledgeable staff to help me find it. Great prices too!

I went there for an online order return. The manager was not very knowledgeable about their company’s return policy, and I had to wait for a long time for him to confirm with phone customer service. I called several other GNC stores in the area, and they are all very clear about what to do.
