Best Customer service! I shop here all the time. And have always have a great experience. JD the store manager is super knowledgeable and always helps me out. The rest of the staff are nice as well. If you are just starting on your natural route they will be able to answer your questions and get you in the right direction. They dont try to upsell you either which is very nice. I tell people to go here all the time.

We have visited several times and I think we like this store more every time we go. Most recently, I went seeking opinions on the difference between using aspirin vs turmeric for inflammation and general aches and pains. I had tried both, but turmeric didnt seem to be helping like it was supposed to. I talked to JD about it. And he suggested tweeking the dose of turmeric a little. Boom! Perfect! JD nailed it! I am now mostly aches/pains-free without the side-effects of aspirin. It really made a lot of difference! JD really knows his stuff! Thank you for such a great store! I hope you are on that corner for a very long time!

Extremely rude customer service. Called back and Eli said he was the acting manager. He said the female associate was professional. I beg to differ. If I order oils online and they break during shipping its not my fault and your associate says I should not buy online and was lectured on it and then she didnt know how to do the return nor did Eli and then they didnt offer a bag for the new oils. So Eli said he stands by his employee then they both need retraining. Been going to that store for 2 years and have never been treated so poorly! Eli doesnt know where anything is in that store and doesnt know how to do online returns? Can someone with more experience and better customer service contact me. I spend a lot of money at that store and want to be treated with good customer service.

I was surprised to like this store! Ive been in twice now and was expecting a high pressure, salesy environment but found just the opposite. All of the employees have been really knowledgable about the products and very friendly, but never pushy. Last time I went they had a bunch of Muscle Milk protein powder on super clearance, even though the expiration was still a year away. I stocked up!I will definitely be coming back here as the prices are quite reasonable and the selection is great. For those who dye their hair with henna, they have the cheapest prices Ive seen around town!
