About 4-5 years ago, we purchased a 5-person spa from Marquis after doing research and evaluation. As I remember, the price was fair and the quality & features were better than most.While the team was good to work with during the sale, their team was outstanding when we needed service or advice later. As with most things, we experienced a couple of minor warranty needs and the Marquis team was eager to help. Warranty items were addressed quickly and without hassle or cost.We highly recommend the hot tub and the team.
100% satisfied with our purchase 4 months ago. Customer service was professional and direct, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me on something. Wanted a small tub that was deep, and there werent a lot of options for us, but after looking at Nordic, Arctic, Bullfrog and other brands, I could tell the quality of the Marquis Spirit tub we purchased was a definite step up. I love the cartridge system, and our water is sparkling clear and has been very gentle on my partners sensitive skin. Well worth the money (and the wait)!!

We bought a Hollywood Elite hot tub from Marquis Hot Tubs in Beaverton last May. It was one of the best purchases weve ever made and have used it daily ever since. The entire process, from purchasing to installation went smoothly, with all of our expectations met along the way. Since then, we have visited the shop several times to replace chemicals or to ask an occasional question. We are always met by a helpful and positive staff member. We bought a New Hollywood Elite Hot Tub this year from Marquis and couldn’t be more happy with our choice. This hot tub has all level of seating a jets that hit different in every seat. Basically this tub is PERFECT 👌Maintenance is very minimal as it maintains itself. Staff was more than helpful and continues to be helpful even today!
We purchased our Mirage hot tub in 2004. It has been problem free up until now - we are replacing the control panel and cover. Not bad for 14 yrs old!! It still looks great. Our next purchase will be a Marquis swim spa, there is no need to look further, the quality is superior to other brands.

Great Experience!We purchased our first hot tub this year and originally went to another store to purchase chemicals. The other store sold us product we did not need and did not listen to our requests/concerns. We were referred us to Marquis Spa in Beaverton - what a great experience! They listened to what we needed and were able to use less chemicals overall. The customer service was excellent, polite and extremely knowledgeable. We will keep coming back and recommend to others!
We had a fantastic experience with Marquis. Ryan gave us information. He encouraged us to shop around, which we did. He was very upfront about the pros-cons of the various systems out there (salt vs. chlorine vs. bromine). We never felt like we were being pressured. The spa arrived, it was expertly delivered, and has been the best investment weve made in a long time. I cannot recommend Marquis and Ryan, highly enough.

We were replacing an old hot tub and after much research on the different brands, quality and repair / warranty, we settled on the Marquis hot tub. It is made locally which I liked as a plus. Dean was great to work with, we told him what we wanted and what we did not want and he showed up several hot tubs that would fit our needs. There was no pressure and he answered all our questions about the features of each hot tub. We settled on the Rendezvous and were able to get our old hot tub removed with the delivery of our new one. I have been very happy with this company until now, we inadvertently bought the wrong chemicals for our tub from them, been on chlorine since we spent thousands on a new replacement tub, and they didn’t tell us we weren’t buying the correct chemicals, now will not exchange an unopened bottle. Lousy customer service, I will never recommend them again.
Sales and install services were great. Jets are not as strong as Id like even after installing 220 power. 2.5 years in and the heater went out- not in warranty so bill of $300+. Pretty disappointed in that.

Weve had our spa for almost 10 years and continue to enjoy it year round. Still buy all our consumables (bromine, filters, etc.) from them and find the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Weve had a few service calls for minor things and those have been quick and thorough jobs. The only comment I would make is if you are attempting to do repairs yourself, make sure to talk to one of the field techs. My experience with the staff in the showroom describing the repair process to me hasnt been effective and has twice been contradictory to what I eventually saw/heard from the field tech when he did the fix.
Just moved to area and inherited a Marquis hot tub in home we bought. We went to Marquis hot tub store and found knowledgable help and all the supplies we needed. The representative also helped us schedule a service call to teach us about our new tub. Very friendly and helpful staff also didnt mind that our kids played in almost every floor model. His service has been great. We also find the accessories to be priced competitively. After 1 1/2 years of ownership, we are completely satisfied with the Promise model Spa/hot tub we purchased. This is one transaction we are absolutely happy with.
We purchased a spa from Marquis about six months ago. The purchase experience was excellent. They were very responsive and did what they said they would do. The installation was complicated because of where we were putting the spa, bu they handled it easily. We are also very happy with the product. It works great and is very easy to maintain.

Honestly the best purchase I have ever made! Not only is their customer service top notch but the product itself is top quality. I have not had one problem with my hot tub and I purchased it almost 8 years ago. I buy my chemicals and have replaced the gaskets a couple times and thats it! I have a bad back and this has been the best thing for it. Van and all the guys are always so helpful especially in the beginning when you are learning to adjust your chemicals. We have had our Wish spa for almost a year and couldnt be happier; it`s the best hot tub either of us has ever experienced. Can`t say enough about Dean the uber knowledgeable sales person who guided us in selecting the hot tub that best met our needs. The personal friendly service was appreciated every step of the way and did not end at the time of sale; he and the rest of the staff continue to be helpful with our needs. It should be pointed out that this is truly a therapeutic tub with different seats and zones so you can target different body parts and works like a dream(especially the trapezii/neck and shoulders).
We had looked all over for a hot tub and probably visited 10 establishments before visiting Marquis. We immediately liked the product and the salesman wasnt too pushy compared to other places. We actually ended up getting a great deal on one of their floor models, Marquis Promise, and have been thankful ever since. Marquis makes a great product and has a sweet warranty. I have had this Marquis spa since 2006 and it is still working well. The fall and winter are my favorite seasons to use the tub. Ive had to replace the pumps once during this time and the repair costs were reasonable. If I decide to purchase another hot tub I would buy Marquis again.
We purchased a spa here in 2009. Van was wonderful to work with and helped us get to a price point we could afford. We have been very pleased with the spa and the customer service they offer is great. We just had an issue and they ordered the part for us and showed us how to fix it and within 10 minutes the problem was resolved.
Showroom is warm and inviting with a nice selection of the different hot tub spas available. Zak helped us pick out our tub and got us a great deal. The customer service provided by Zak was awesome and the overall experience was great. This is the only place to shop for a hot tub spa!

After four months of ownership, we could not be happier with our Marquis Spa. We shopped around and wet tested five other local dealers and decided to go with the Marquis Spirit model. Its perfect for my wife and I. The quality on these units cannot be beat, and the fact that these spas are made right here in Oregon sealed the deal for us. Make sure to get the ozone & spa frog system, very low in chemicals and very easy maintenance!
Bought the Marquis Epic model after wet-testing a HotSpring and Jacuzzi tub. I preferred the jets in the Epic, and I got a better deal on it. Delivery was challenging and we ended up needing to use a crane because of how high my deck was. The salesperson Zak was great. I was also really impressed with the delivery team. Its been 14 months now and the tub has had no issues. Maintenance is a breeze and it requires hardly any chemicals. I highly suggest taking a look at these hot tubs, they are the best in my opinion.
Marquis was the first spa dealer we visited and after shopping at several others, I came back to Marquis because of the excellent customer service and quality product. Dean, was very responsive, answered all of our questions and after delivery made sure set up went smoothly. Another reason why we chose Marquis is because they are not a dealer who one month carries brand X and the next month could carry brand Y. Lastly, the product is made in Oregon.

We owned a national brand hot tub for about 10 years. I never really cared for it, but my wife liked it. When that hot tub went south, we started looking for a new one, visiting about 5 showrooms around town.The sixth showroom we visited for hot tubs was located across Hwy 217 from Washington Square, in a nice shopping center with lots of parking: Marquis Hot Tubs. Upon walking into the nice showroom, we saw about 10 various sized hot tubs on display. A real nice salesman (Zak) introduced himself. The next 30-40 minutes went real fast. Zak was not like other hot tub salespeople; he was not high pressure, not the ours is the best tub, etc. He asked about what our interests were, how much we used the tub, and what might be motivating our interest in hot tubs.My wife wanted a tub that was therapeutic, one that would alleviate her arthritic pains. I wanted one that would relax me.Zak recommended a couple of different hot tubs that would meet our needs, including the price range. His emphasis on the Marquis hot tub system approach to clean water and the High Output Therapy zones caught our attention.We purchased the Mirage model and had it delivered and installed (by the way, their installers are fast, efficient, and thorough), and we started using it immediately. However, my wife and I quickly found that the Mirage model did not really work for us. Marquis policy is that, if youre not satisfied within a period of time (not a short period), they will replace the hot tub with a new and different model, at No Cost!! Wow!So, we replaced the Mirage with the Resort. What a magnificent improvement, well worth the extra cost in the upgrade. The Resort has room for two, wonderful lounges, each with its own pump. Each pump has a three-area system of jets: legs, lower back, and upper back/shoulders. My wife works on her back system, while I dial my pump to cover both my legs and my back areas at the same time. The separate pumps are perfect for us, and the flow rate can be varied for each pump.We love our Resort. And, at the same time,we love the Marquis hot tub for its attention to pump flow, therapeutic jet system, and attention to clean water.Zak is the man: hell help you find what fits you and yours best.Gregg Childs

I have been wanting a hot tub my entire adult life so when the time finally came, I did six months of research to find the best brand, the best model, and the best dealership and landed at Marquis in Beaverton and the purchase of a marquis EPIC. It took six months to sift through the sea of misinformation and marketing ploys by so many hot tub brands! Locally, I found dealerships with great people, and OK spas, and some with good spas, but used-car type sales people, or sales people that werent very helpful or knowledgeable. Thank you to Dean for all the great advice on easy upkeep of our Marquis tub. I am back into running and working out now, too, after all these years because the hot tub jets keep me limber .

I stopped by the store last week to replenish supplies and remarked to the salesman that I have had the Rendezvous Spa since February 2009 with no issues. It runs 24/7/365 ready anytime for a relaxing soak. My usual routine of hopping in at 6am with a cup of coffee and some reading material before showering and heading off to the office, hasnt varied much. The local staff is great! We bought a house with a Marquis spa that came with. We have never owned a spa before. The gentlemen at the Beaverton Marquis Company store were extremely helpful in teaching us how to drain/clean the spa, and what chemicals we would need to maintain it as well. They even gave us a laminated sheet of daily/weekly/monthly/yearly instructions on care and maintenance. We will never go any where else for our spa needs.

No one called to see how we enjoyed our spa. NO ONE called to ask if we needed servicing of the spa. NOTHING. ZERO. Truly rethink Marquis Spa if you want to buy a hot tub. Terrible.

Ive been shopping @ Marquis Spas in Beaverton ever since they were located near the Winco in Tigard. Several years ago we bought a new 2-person spa from the new location. The staff has always been very helpful with both the new purchase and keeping us up to date with our supplies. They will even test a water sample for correct balancing. Super people!
We inherited our hot tub from friends who did not originally buy it at Marquis. The sales staff there is so helpful in finding replacement parts and advising how we should maintain our spa without trying to sell us more than we need.
I bought my new 6 person spa June 2014, and it was delivered within a few weeks. Apparently during ordering there was confusion on if I wanted inline bromine system or using a floater. The spa was delivered with a floater and I didnt notice it until the next day. I called the store and let them know about this issue, and they were able to re-submit my order with the inline bromine system, and said it would take a few weeks to make the new tub, but meanwhile I could fill and use the spa I have with no charge. New replacement spa came with no additional delivery/pickup fee, and they were swapped out within a half hour. Maintaining chemical levels have been a breeze. Only reason I gave a 4 stars is that I would like it to go hotter than 104 degrees, but that is regulated by industry. Hot tubs in general are a bit spendy, but Marquis is very comparable and has a great reputation.
We purchased a Spa from Marquis when they were in Tigard (2004) before they moved to Beaverton. I have done business with Beaverton store since their move. I have nothing but accolades for their knowledge and service. This organization is Oregon based which is a plus and also the quality of the spa is excellent. We have had very few problems with the spa and for its age only replaced cover. The prices are very fair and the follow-up is great from these guys. We had a spa and a swimmer in Redmond Wa before and I know from experience of having those from different company. These are definitely excellent quality . Thankyou Marquis Spa!
