I have to say Rick and Tereasa have been outstanding in their service, loyalty and honor. I put a small amount down last April while waiting for our house to finish building. Which took 2 months longer than anticipated. I called to make sure they were still holding the spa for us. Even though they had to move and store it. To their credit they stayed true to their word and honor and kept the spa for us. Even though they had been offered much more than my purchase price. its being delivered Tuesday and I cant wait. Their service, patience and assistance has been invaluable.Highly recommend Spa Logic and particularly Rich and Tereasa.

I was having a pump problem and the staff asked great questions and helped diagnose the problem. They were right too! It ended up being a fairly simple fix. Where the first place I went tried to sell me a $150 fix, I was out the door with $20 worth of solutions. They were very nice and friendly as well. Highly recommend. My new place for pool supplies!

My wife and I went a lot of places looking for a hot tub. What we encountered were high prices, outsourced delivery & sales people that drove us crazy. We found exactly what we needed at Spa Logic. Daryn was there to answer any questions we had, the prices for the quality of hot tub were some of the best we had seen, and most important the delivery was done by the Spa Logic team. For us the service went far beyond just buying the hot tub. Daryn came out to our house to talk with the people building our deck about the placement and reinforcements needed. Delivery was not going to be easy due to the elevated deck, but the team went the extra mile to make it happen. Daryn connected us with a great electrician to run the electrical and helped us plan for where the power access would need to be located. Once we got the hot tub filled Daryn came out to personally explain everything about the controls, settings and how to maintain the chemicals. The best part is that when we have a question we can call the shop and someone will always answer or get back to us quickly, and if needed come out to our house to help us. Knowing someone will be there to help if anything happens has made this one of the best experiences and choices we have made.

Horrible follow up, they are eager to sell you a hot tub in a second but once you have paid the down payment their follow up service in now where in site. We have made 4 phone calls requesting the whereabouts about our order and left one voicemail requesting to call us back, they have so far never returned our call once.

They had to hold our spa fir 8 months before we could take delivery. This was do to logistics on our end. Yohan took good care of us and the Spa is great.

Such a nice place with an extremely friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable and guided us to buy our swim spa. We didnt feel any push from them, as a matter of fact weve been there few times. Prices are in the average, they are not the most expensive but not the cheaper as well.

Wonderful service! I contacted Spa Logic after calling several other hot tub retailers and repair providers in SW Portland. I really wish I had tried this company first! One of the other companies told me it would take WEEKS for a repair person to visit my home, and the other 3 I contacted did not answer the phone and/or did not return my voicemail the next day. But when I called Spa Logic, a sales person answered right away and a service provider was on the way to my home as soon as we ended the call. I am impressed.

I first met Daryn when he came out to repair my hot tub. He saved me from spending money on a control box recommended by another repair person that I didnt need. Since then, Daryn has helped to maintain my hot tub and to keep it in excellent shape. His customer service is awesome. He always arrives on time for an appointment and always goes the extra mile. Spa Logic Hot Tubs & Repairs had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process of picking out a spa, installing it, and fixing any of the issues that arose (yes, there were small issues, but these guys worked immediately to fix them and were not happy till I was happy). You can feel comfortable that your spa buying and then owning experience will be the best if you take your business here. Other spa guys in the business just want your money. Spa Logic wants you to be the happiest you can be in your new spa. I send everyone who will listen to these guys, they are the best.The Buying experience: They made sure I was well educated on the different types of spas and what they had to offer. When I had questions about features that could be added they had the answers and even steered me away from a few - even thought it meant less money for them.The install experience: They worked with my time schedule on a difficult install due to my deck configuration and living on a hill. It was half as much than other places quoted me. The install went off smoothly and professionally. They made sure nothing was at risk of damage and the new tub was installed perfectly.The owning experience: I have owned the tub for about 4 months now. I had a few small issues that were addressed immediately. These issues Im sure seemed small to others but were important to me. We checked out several places in search for a fire pit. We were very pleased with the selection we found here and ended up purchasing a fire table and matching fire pit. I have been using Darren for close to 15 years to repair my hot tub & pool. Everything has been fixed promptly. I purchased a hot tub from him that is best I have ever had. I have had 5 hot tubs over the years. Darren sells great hot tubs and repairs them should you have any problems. You dont have to call another service man. Highly recommend Darren. Hes great!

What an amazing experience!!! We were in the market for our first hot tub and were thinking of purchasing one from Costco. We decided to talk to someone in the business to get some basic questions answered. After talking to Rick, we quickly realized why it is important to purchase a hot tub from a reputable manufacturer. There were so many things we hadnt considered that could have potentially gone wrong with a Costco tub (how were we going to get it from our driveway to the back patio?), the material was not nearly the quality as one from Spa Logic, the list goes on and on. Buying a hot tub from Daryn was a smart move! Hes a very honest guy who tries to save you money whenever he can. He talked us through setting up an area for the tub and the electrical work. Daryn was always available when we needed him and always helpful. When we wanted to put the tub where it will be difficult for him to service it, he didnt complain, just showed us the minimum amount of space he needed to access the tub panel. Buying from Daryn was a great experience and we absolutely love our spa. I would do it all over again!

I had an appointment 3 weeks out with another company. I called Spa Logic to see if I could get something sooner and Daryn was SO helpful. He helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone and then low and behold the next day he told me he could be there with the circulation pump and install it. Talk about prompt and professional! I couldn’t be happier with the service and Daryn and his wife went above and beyond to help me problem solve my hot tub!

We made a mistake of buying our hot tub through Costco.The manufacturer went bankrupt and there has never been a service provided to us through Costco. We are finding replacement parts rare and difficult.We finally found a reliable company right here in Beaverton that knows how to diagnose and fix our hot tub the first time!! Thank you Daryn for coming out and replacing a fuse and thats all we needed. The last company came out and replaced three pumps costing us over $1,200.00 and we still had the same issue and our hot tub was not turning on. I am glad I stopped and did not order the circuit board which was another $900.00.It took us a while but we finally found Daryn with over 30 years of experience and an honest businessman that knows what hes doing.Thank you Spa Logic!!!

I called Spa Logic because I couldn’t figure out why the new pump wouldn’t fit. I had water leaking everywhere. Darin was at my house in less than an hour. He began working on getting the pump in and the leaks stopped. He had my hot tub up and running in less than 15 minutes with NO leaks! Thank you Spa Logic for the fast and reliable service. I want to mention that I didn’t buy this hot tub from Spa Logic, but they sure treated me like I did!

We chose to buy from the people at Spa Logic because they had the type and size of hot tub we were looking for, but more importantly Spa Logic is a locally run family business with great integrity. The owners were the salespeople and installers. Very nice and respectable people who sold us a great product and made sure that we were utterly delighted. Make sure to include them in your list of stores when seeking to purchase or service your hot tub.

Very friendly service. The hot tub is very comfortable and looks great in our back yard. Timelines were a little inaccurate as far as shipment and delivery. Also, make sure you do your research as far as pricing materials, and get bids from electricians BEFORE you commit to buying a spa.

Im disabled and needed a hot tub for deep tisssue massage of my back pain. I compared a half dozen brands of hot tubs, read reviews, wet tested a few, Daryn and coast spa had exactly what I was looking for. I ended up getting the Apex Curve Lounger model, with the upgraded pumps. The delivery was very smooth despite the difficult installing location. The guys worked hard to get it in place and make sure it was where I wanted. After the install, I was treated as a valuable customer, as expected. Daryn has always been responsive and communicative. The spa itself has been great and I enjoy using it multiple times a day. Coast Spa and Spa Logic does honor their warranty without question. Dont buy a hot tub anywhere else. 100% reccomend.

I just came from spalogic this week after reading the reviews. I hesitated at first because of a review I saw that they are pushy and over priced. Wow !! Not the case at all I spent 2 hours learning about hot tubs. The owner Daryn and his wife were so nice. He knows his stuff. He talked you through all the differences in spas out there and then says go out and look around before you buy. WHAT is said . You arent going to try to hard sell me ? He said no we want to earn your business not just ask for it. And if we are lucky enough to sell me a hot tub then he knows I made the right choice based on looking around. As far as his pricing it is way lower then everyone else for the same hot tub. So as far as that bad review I dont think that person went to visit Daryn. They must be mixed up with someone else. It was the best experience in buying something from a sales person I have ever had. Oh ya I did buy hot tub from him. It just felt right.

My wife and I recently purchased and moved into our new home. We always wanted our own hot tub and this was finally the opportunity we were waiting for to make that dream come true. We did a lot of research online and shopping around. We visited a number of spa showrooms and one factory showroom around the greater Portland/Vancouver metro area. In most cases, our first impression was that the salesman made us feel good uneasy and a couple of them even creeped us out a bit. As for the tubs, we heard a lot about how great the other spa manufacturers were and how great their prices were. However, what we saw in the showrooms did not impress us and the prices were really high.Then we visited the Spa Logic showroom and met Rick. Right up front, Rick made us feel entirely comfortable and didn’t try to pitch us in any way. He simply allowed us to look around the showroom and when we were ready to talk, he simply asked us what we needed. What really impressed us was that Rick was in no hurry to get a sale. In addition, he carefully guided us through the process of selecting the the tub and options/accessories that were right for us. He even steered us away from some higher priced options because they were either too costly to maintain, or we simply wouldn’t use them and why pay extra for that. It was such a great process and we appreciated his down to earth, helpful way of doing business. When the tub arrived at the store, Rick called us and scheduled delivery and setup for the very next day. Everything went great and the setup team did a great job. I ran into one issue in that my number 2 pump did not work. I called Rick right away and he and another member of the sales/support team were on a speaker phone walking me through a troubleshooting process step by step. In short, I was able to quickly and easily resolve the issue, which turn out to be a connector that was not fully seated, and the tub was back up and running in under 5 minutes with both pumps fully operational. My wife and I used the tub for the first time later the same day it was delivered and we are so thankful we went with Coast Spa’s Luxury Apex L Curve model. What an amazing tub! It simply blows us away! The awesome massage jets, aromatherapy, and Xtreme Multicolor LED GLO Jet & ChromaZone Lighting system combined to give us an incredible spa experience that made us both simply melt into total relaxation and forget the world around us. Mission accomplished! This tub wasn’t cheap by any means. But dollar for dollar, this tub blows away anything else out there on the market and we spent $5,000.00 less than the competitors had quoted us. Here’s one really important thing to consider... Sit in the tub, even if it’s empty, and you will notice a difference. We wanted a lounger in our tub. When we sat in the competitors tubs, the loungers had us sitting up with our legs stretched in front of us and were not at all comfortable or relaxing. When we sat in the cost tub, the lounger was totally different and seemed to cradle us in a more reclined, totally relaxing position. What a difference! In addition. There were two sets of foot pads; one set for shorter people and one set for taller people like me. This means the lounger works perfectly for both my wife and me. Coast Spas was definitely the right choice for us and Rick at Spa Logic made buying this tub a great experience! Thanks so much!

They are straight up and honest. The hot tubs are of a variety of brand names and span a wide range of sizes and prices. My partner and I purchased a two person run that perfectly met our needs. The installation was on time and went smoothly. I strongly encourage you check out this business before you decide to purchase anywhere else. All five thumbs up!

I met Daryn many years ago when we had a different hot tub. I remembered him as so helpful and generous and a real expert. Well Im so pleased to say that he hasnt changed over the years. We have a different hot tub now that we bought on Craigs list 3 years ago. We stored it dry over the summer and just filled it and turned it on to discover that even though the water still circulates, the jet pump refuses to churn the water. I called Daryn and left a VM. He returned my call almost immediately and proceded to spend about 20 minutes on the phone walking my husband through some tests and possible fixes - without charge or even remembering who I was. When I thanked him for his time he said that he wanted to save us the cost of a new pump if an easy fix would work. Sadly it didnt work, so a new pump it is. Its so good to meet people like Daryn who even after years of working with the public (which I know first-hand can be wearying) still retains his kind and generous heart.

I would recommend Spa Logic to every one. They are fantastic! We had some problems and Darrin kept with us all the way through getting issues resolved. He is a no bull sales, he knows his stuff.

We have an old hot tub that was not working, instead of trying to sell us a new one they were incredibly helpful in fixing our old one, when it is time to buy a new one these guys will be the first place I go.
