Very Friendly Helpful Staff. Nice Vibe in store. Good selections of two of my favorites...tequila and mezcal.

Went in today to get a bottle for friend. I dont drink this stuff. I waited my turn in line and requested what I wanted. The guy was rude and didnt help me and furthermore made me go to end of line a 2nd time. Upon my 2 nd turn I told him I did not approved of the rude treatment. I dont think he cared. Sure didnt act like it. He did not know the products and generally had aloof attitude.. I am glad I dont have to go here and if I do would not.. Id rather use a honey bucket then return here

This place has a very friendly customer service and also its in very good location for the neighborhood. The down side is this place has a very very very limited options on liquor. Hopefully one day they would add more items on Scotch selection.Maybe theres not enough people drinking scotch in this neighborhood and I hope more scotch drinking would join this part of Beaverton lol.

Called to ask what their hours are. The girl working said the hours when she picked up the phone. I commented saying oh I was calling to ask your hours. She hung up the phone before I could ask her anything else.I decided to go in and shes just super high. She for sure just smoked a blunt in the back. This is the best pic I could get.Hire competent and respectful staff, please. This was straight up trashy.

The location is really nice. However, when I go to the liquor store its usually for something specific and this place rarely has it.

They had what I was looking for and the lady at the front counter was very friendly!

I won’t go here again as every time I go in, I get the same disbelieving cashier. I know better then to think that I won’t be asked my age, or have my ID looked at closely, but when you say you’re 26 and the guy says “are you?” like you’re the biggest burden his store has had... yeah, no thanks.Good selection, poor customer service.

Nice selection of local stuff, staff is always polite. If you’re feeling chatty they’re usually more than willing to shoot the breeze with you and talk drinks, and if you’re in a hurry they’re zippy too. My go-to liquor store in Beaverton.

Very friendly staff. It was my first time in the store since I just moved to the area and they were very helpful and friendly. I really like the selection. I am a big whiskey and Scotch fan and many liquor stores dont carry a very good selection on the higher end and concentrate on the lower end but this store had a great selection in all price ranges. Very happy it is only half a mile from my house :-)

Super helpful, and knowledgeable about products. Impressed by Whiskey recommendations given. Great sale prices. Favorite Gin marked down $5. Easy to locate sections, and to find desired items with a quick check out.

Decent selection, but poor to downright awful customer service as others have noted. One employee in particular is rude, aloof, seems bothered by customers and unfortunately is there the most. Quite bizarre and I suspect the seemingly high turnover is one result of his demeanor. I am starting to drive farther out to other locations, which is a bummer, but I’ll take my business to where it seems appreciated.

I like the decor--lots of bottles on the shelves filled with various colored fluids.

Always friendly customer service! My husband walked in the door after getting a couple bottles and broke one, they replaced it for free! We wont go anywhere else now.

The is just plain rude, almost as if they are bothered a customer showed up. I will not go there ever again. I was trying to help in explain their hours of operation are incorrect on google and the customer just rolled their eyes.

I am not a huge drinker, but Ive been 21 for about 6 months now. Whenever I ask anything, their staff seems to know what they are talking about. They are honest if they havent tried one of their products, and will explain why they havent. Honest staff, clean environment, convenient location. Only liquor store I want to return to.

Typical shop of this size. They do carry a small selection of beer now as well. Always friendly people working there, I have no real reason to go anywhere else.

Terrible Service. Oregon liquor search shows 5 bottles in stock, and they are holding them in the back. Won’t sell to customer with cash in hand.Go some place that appreciates the consumer.

I was completely ignored the entire time I was there; no greeting, no offer to assist, and the person working there literally went into another room when he saw me place my item on the cashiers counter. I left and went somewhere else. Customer service is important.

Nobody there to help. Guy at the counter too busy. Not very good customer service. No discernible line. Just a bunch of people standing around trying to figure out whos next. Guy at counter was very aloof. Just go to another one. The one at Murray & Allen is so much better. Always plenty of people to help and plenty of cash registers open.

Decent selection but unfriendly staff. I was repeatedly asked to move so the employees could get into the back room, since the Scotch section is kind of blocking the door, but not once did anyone ask if I needed any help.

The staff is beyond rude. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff at the liquor store on Hall & Scholls go out of there way to help you. They also greet you with a hello and a smile

Not the best selection of liquor, and absolutely no selection of glasses or other goodies that are at most other liquor stores. Also, the most UNFRIENDLY store Ive ever visited. They might guide you to a specific bottle, but theres no smile or any appreciation of buying at their store.

I have a soft spot for liquor stores and this is a good one!

Thursday morning I was looking for Aval Pota, an Oregon produced apple whisky. Though only one other customer was in the store, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. When I asked an employee if they carried Aval Pota, he replayed in a sour tone that hed never heard of it. When I tried to explain what it was he rudely replied we dont have it!. Another employee hurried over and offered advise on how to get information about a product.In the future, I will shop at the Beaverton Town Square store where the service is always outstanding.
