This establishment operates a little backwards. They offer you a job. Then conduct a back ground check on you. Not a felony friendly employer. Will have you wait over 2 months after offering you a job and still wont get back to you regarding a start date. This is a production job. The fact that they dont follow through on their offer of employment is down right inconsiderate. 2 other job offers were denied due to this offer. Yet still no response from IP. Dont apply here. They dont have peoples best interests in mind.

Overloaded the trailer by 8,000 lbs, reworked it 6 times! Finally got it right. No apologies, no hustle, just ignorant inbreds.

Decent job, if you can handle 12 hour days 6 days a week possibly 13 days straight. Pay is ok, but expext to lose alot of weight there. Standard 12 hour day is pretty intense physically.

I applied for a postion at international paper [roll off driver] and did everything that they said to do to get an interview. no response and no interview to which i had probably had more experience than most who applied and also i have a clean driving record. the reason why is my age, which is discrimination. thanks international paper for wasting my time
