The man name Jim was good with my 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe a few days agin an has good services towards customers, I can deal with him anytime when I bring my vehicle up that it was the second time I did that he had replace my front bumper panel an head lights as well but this is the second time he’s did a good job thanks so much

I had a very good experience with Caliber Collision. They did everything for me. I didnt have to deal with any insurance companies, they did. I didnt have to make any rental car arrangements, they did. My car was fixed and done before the estimated finish time. They made sure that the parts that were getting put on my car were the best and even DETAILED my car. Not just a car wash, a detail job! I was so impressed and did not expect to get my car in the condition it was. My experience at any other body shop was not anywhere near the awesome job that Scott Rooney and his team of people did for me and my car. I especially liked Jenna the super friendly associate that showed so much compassion for me, my car and the situation that I was in. I will forever be grateful for Caliber Collision in Bedford and their team of awesome people!

Was involved in a hit & run with impact to my right front end bumper of my 2018!VW Passat GT which is in pristine condition. Staff was awesome in arranging everything with my insurance & rental car. I had been in an accident that messed a lot up on my suv. Caliber Collision was amazing! They worked with my insurance & performed everything necessary and THEN some! Customer service is wonderful here & if they cant help you they will direct you to someone well equipped & walk you through everything. They kept me updated by calling regularly which was really nice. I even had went back because I felt something was still off with my alignment from the accident & they referred me & took care of everything with no hassles at all. I would refer them to anyone & I would definitely go back with any other issues in the future. Trustworthy people seemingly for my first time going to them. Great experience all around! Great experience. I was constantly updated on the progress of the work and the results were far better than I expected. My front bumper looks showroom new. On top of that, my car was detailed when returned to me.

I called for an estimate on my 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited after being struck in a parking lot. This car is my baby I take the upmost care in her maintenance. I talked to Jenna, who got me in immediately and to my surprise I was in an out in 20 minutes. They addressed my concerns and brought me up to speed on the extent of damages that occurred to my vehicle. 1st of all, and most important, the work they did on my car was A++ Perfect. They communicated with me and updated me on the progress everyday. The women in the office were phenomenal (Im so bad with names) and so kind to this very stressed-out mom who came in alone with a toddler. Sooo, I will first start off by saying I was skeptical when the insurance company assigned me to drop my car off here to be fixed. No I haven’t heard any bad things about the place but I was jus scared because 85% of paint jobs always look like a “paint job”. I went online read reviews, searched BBB then I called and expressed my concerns to Jenna and she was sooooooo pleasant, nice, helpful and FULL of life. She assured me that I had no worries. Went to pick my truck up on 7/21 and I LOVE IT‼️.. You guys REALLY exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them over ANY other paint shop. Scott was very helpful and nice as well. Not a single complaint from me about my experience. Jenna you’re awesome and your customer service is PERFECT. Thanks to all the guys who played a part in restoring my truck😊😊.

Caliber completed bodywork on our Kia Sedona minivan. Their communication and follow through was top notch, they got right back to us with an estimate both verbally and in detail via email. They did an excellent job communicating with our insurance company and then keeping us up to date on that coordination. Repair was excellent and of the highest quality- you would never know their was body work completed. When we picked up the vehicle it was obvious they had not only washed it but waxed not only the area repaired but the entire vehicle and as an added touch they had cleaned the interior. Impressed with the care they took to insure safety as well with Covid19 precautions. Highly recommend them.

I walked into Caliber Collision today to have something on my car repaired. First I was greeted my a young lady at the front desk who offered me a seat and beverage while filling out a small information sheet, she was very professional (wasn’t expecting this level of professionalism at a collision center). The environment was very warm, inviting and excellent customer service.Jen then came out to greet me and see what repairs I needed. They immediately took my car and did the repairs. It took approximately 20 mins or less, And they did a wonderful job. I really appreciate your work ethic and customer service. Thankyou so much Caliber Collision and staff.
