UPD: this was a 1-star review originally. My overall experience is 3.5 stars, and the end result deserves all 5. They performed a repair on my ‘21 Subaru WRX after an accident, and when the initial repair was completed, there was a number of significant aesthetic inconsistencies & issues. Once everything had been addressed & fixed, I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the repair. You barely can tell there was any kind of work done to the vehicle & it’s damn close to the pre-accident condition. I just wish this was the case right away, without any rework necessary, to avoid the stress & the wait that were caused.

CARSTAR was a pleasure to do business with. Tony and his team did a excellent job- the car was on schedule and updates were passed along during the process. I would continue to do business with and recommend CARSTARVIP.

Took my car in for a quote after getting damage from a storm. The owner was very nice and talked through the process of repairing the damaged and he made a recommendation for a dealership who he felt would be better fit to do the repair. I appreciate the honesty and interest in making sure the repair was done the best way possible. I will definitely be back if I need other repairs!

I used this place because Carvana sent me there. They had my vehicle for 3 days. On the third day I had to call them multiple times to see what was going on. They never called me back and I could out an hour before they closed that my car was done so I had to immediately leave to pick it up. Seemed to do a decent job. They were just a bit unorganized and have a lot going on.

Id like to personally THANK the staff @ CARSTAR VIP for the service on my Jeep. You did a spectacular job on repairing my vehicle in a timely fashion, not to mention the quality of the work being flawless to my eyes. If anyone should need body work done to their car, please talk to Greg, he was truly understanding as well as delightfully comical regarding my accident.By the way Dee Dee did an amazing job at detailing my car before pick up. Tony and the guys did an excellent job repairing the damage that was done to my Honda Pilot looks like brand new. Very professional in all aspects from dropping the car off to picking it up they even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside which I didn’t expect at all. Thanks a bunch!! They repairs were done 4 days a head off time very happy 😃

Cant leave a full review yet. Vehicle was returned to, without my plastic molding placed on right. My truck is a 2020 Sorento.. But the inside of my vehicle sounds like mice having multiple conversations. Two new doors were ordered, but buy my truck being a newer model, the outside of my door wasnt complete. I was told it could take up to 6 months for it to come in. So I really hope thats not the case. But all in all... I believe they will correct everything. Because theyre shop is so clean! Best bathroom in a car shop I ever seen! The owner seems like he can get irritated easily, but what business man dont that take care of a lot of business? So for now Im just waiting to see what happens.

It was the worst experience in my entire life! The owner Tony Tokman is rude and has absolutely no customer service experience. I was told originally that my car would be done in 7-10 days which turned into almost a month and they didn’t even fix everything. I highly recommend not using them especially if you are a SilverRock customer. It seems to be a big racket between those two and Carvana.

The moment I saw how clean their shop was I knew I was going to get a great repair. The front office staff was friendly. The owner/manager was extremely professional. The front bumper on my car was damaged due to a minor accident and CARSTAR VIP did an amazing job on repairing it. The car was repaired within days and they sent me text updates to keep me notified on what was going on. The staff is amazing and so nice. They made me comfortable and answered all my questions. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new and couldn’t even tell it was in an accident and they even washed it for me! Love this place

Tony and his team did a fantastic job. They are a certified Chevy collision repair shop. The employees were friendly, the paint job looked 5 star, and my car was sanitized when I picked it up.

My cars front bumper was damaged when my daughter hit a deer. Tony, the owner greeted us, looked over the car himself and explained the way to fix the damage that we could see and the damage that we couldnt see. Their service was timely, and most importantly the car looks great now that it is repaired - maybe better than before. His team went above and beyond by detailing the inside of the car!

The car was returned with significant flaws in the paint finish, 15+ spots of contaminants under the paint. the character lines of the repaired area don’t match the factory side of the car. They damaged the window trim and used a solvent rag on the interior ruining the finish on the center console. Have only made two payments on my Tesla and I’m just heartbroken. They also ruined the finish on the bumper by sanding or buffing but not polishing, and over-sprayed onto the undamaged front door. They agreed to re-do the work and I’ll update the review after.

The staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The repairs were explained, estimate was accurate and our vehicle was repaired like new.

I may say by it being my first time receiving service my experience was exceptional and I highly recommend everyone and anyone to try their service. They even clean your car out for first time customers, my car was cleaned out and fixed in no time perfectly with no delays with included alerts/text messages that come to your phone to let you know how soon your vehicle will be done which I thought was impeccable, especially since i’m a full time student and a mom who’s always busy. They did a fantastic job on my car. Not normally open on Sunday but they came in so we could drop the car off. Promised when they said it would be and a truly professional job.

Everyone here was very professional, fast and nice ! They want nothing but the best for your car and will make sure you’re satisfied. I even had a small tire incident right after leaving the place and when i went back, they fixed it immediately with no problem and apologized. I definitely recommend this place. Plus they’ll wash and clean the inside of your car as a plus without you asking !

When you enter, on the back wall it says Relax, well take it from here. Quite literally, thats what they mean. They (Tony) are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. You are treated as a priority! I took my car there without an appointment. Twenty minutes later, the rental car company came to take me to get a rental (arranged by Tony). I was even offered help to transfer the contents of my car into the rental. The repair was done perfectly! I was called & given an update in addition to the texted updates received. The car was repaired in less than 48 hours. I also was able to leave the rental car there for pickup by Enterprise. I cant say enough about my wonderful experience with these folks (Dee-Dee, Gregg & Tony, Thank you!). I hope that I dont have another accident, however, if I do, I would never ever ever consider taking my car anywhere else.

I walked into CARSTAR VIP body shop in Bedford Heights with a car repair issue. I was greeted by the owner (Tony) in a friendly and professional manner. This place is clean and well organized. Tony offered a solution and my car was fixed on time and according to plan and budget. In this place you get a real VIP service. I highly recommend it to everybody!

Anytime you drop your car off somewhere for the first time for service youre a little worried. But after meeting with Tony and the rest of the employees I felt much better. My car was towed to CarStar VIP after an accident. They did the estimate quickly and called me to tell me the extent of the damage. After my insurance company declared it totaled, they helped me take the plates off and get my belongings out of the car. They were very professional and helpful.

They took care of my Tesla M3 after a collision. Greg was great. Easy to get in touch with. Always responsive. Car looked brand new and was done over a week early. Even though I hope I never have to bring my Tesla to anyone again, if I do, it’ll be them.

They were very organized. They had a rental car waiting for me. All I really had to do was give them my claim number and they did the rest. I dropped my car off on Thursday I got ot back by Tuesday and it looked great. I was very happy.

After my Tesla got rear ended, I had to take it to 3 body shops (all Tesla certified) before I found one who could do the repairs properly. Carstar VIP was the only one. The Tesla dealership said this was the best, and I agree. I went all the way from Michigan to Ohio to get this repair. I will never take my Tesla to another body shop. They did a fantastic job.
