After the worst experience at Bridal Boutique in Lewisville we came to Elizabeth Lee Bridal. Jenna and Caroline are the most patient and kindest consultants ever. They listened well, and it was so obvious that they wanted to help my daughter find her dream gown. They refer to themselves as “Team Bride” and they live up to it. Since the perfect dress only existed in my daughter’s imagination they are designing it for her and will name this design after her!!! How fun is that! Their offer was so affordable for this unique design that we both broke out in tears because we knew it was an answer to our prayers. Best experience ever! I felt like the second I got there that I was so comfortable. Caroline is AMAZING! She took so much time getting to know me and what I wanted. I could tell she cared about learning about me. All the dresses I tried on were gorgeous and I felt like I wasn’t sharing the spotlight with anyone else there. Not only did I feel like best friends immediately with Caroline but I also found my dress! They took all my notes and customizations and made my dress truly personal to me. They are also super size inclusive! They take measurements of every single aspect of your body to make sure the dress is 100% your size. I cannot wait to wear my dress on my wedding day and it wouldn’t be the same without Elizabeth Lee Bridal!

Love this place!! Got my dream dresses here. Yes dresses because I ended up doing a removable skirt. They were all so helpful and kept up with me with any changes they made and I was a very big part of the process for designing my dress. Very affordable for the fact that everything was custom made and it fit me perfectly when it came in. No picture does it justice and I didnt want to get out of the dress.

I absolutely loved my experience at Elizabeth Lee bridal! With planning a wedding 5 months out I began my hunt for a dress and booked appointments at 3 boutiques. The first one was a horrible experience. I was basically shamed and told I wasn’t going to find my dream dress in time for my wedding. That it was unheard of shopping only 5 months out! I was totally discouraged and stressed but kept it moving. Elizabeth Lee Bridal was my second appointment scheduled and let’s just say I ended up canceling the 3rd boutique. Annabelle was such a sweetheart and super helpful. I went in with an “idea” of what I wanted and with her knowledge and expertise I ended up finding my dream dress. It was such a stress free and fun experience. The boutique is also gorgeous. I ended up picking up my dress and vail the following day! I highly recommend them. From the welcome by the owner, to the trying of the dresses and to the last step which was saying yes to the dress, my experience at Elizabeth Lee Bridal was astounding!Firstly, As I walked in, the owner greeted me and my party and offered us something to drink while she notified my stylist...I thought this was very nice of her.Secondly, this was my first time trying on dresses, ever, so I was not sure what to expect. My stylist, Caroline, was very detailed in explaining the course of my appointment. She listened attentively to my preferences in dress styles, and clarified the questions I had. I was very impressed that I did not feel pushed to choose a specific dress, or style, cut or color. Rather, options were explained and I was able to choose my dress on this same day, even basing it off of the first dress I tried on! All thanks to Caroline!Lastly, I really, really, REALLY like the fact that I could customize my dress and did not have to choose just one style. This option made me feel very comfortable to choose every detail of my dress, from the fabric, to the neckline, bodice, silhouette, sleeves and details of it.All in all, I recommend Elizabeth Lee Bridal as a stop for wedding dress shopping! I cannot wait to see mine!

Hands down the best bridal shop in DFW!!! If you are looking for your wedding dress you must go here first!! Annabelle was my stylist and she did a fantastic job! She listened to my wishes and brought dresses accordingly! She also helped me create the perfect wedding dress. Annabelle never pressured me and I was very comfortable during the whole process. I went to a couple other shops and didn’t receive the same service….The best part about Elizabeth Lee is you can alter and merge dresses together to get exactly what you want because you are working directly with the designer. The final outcome is your one of a kind dress! I can’t wait to see mine!!

I asked for the tailor shop recommendation,they said will send me later. Never did…First time went my experience was good,second time was okay but I still bought my dress. Dresses seem good to be fair.

I can’t say enough good things about this bridal shop! When I got my dress, their stylist measured me twice to make sure she ordered the correct size. My dress came in within 6 weeks; I gained no weight and my size hadn’t changed but the dress was too tight. I was devastated and did not understand why it didn’t fit. I took my dress back in explaining the situation (knowing they don’t do refunds or exchanges)… they ended up measuring the waist of the DRESS (and me.. again lol).. and come to find out the dress company had accidentally marked the dress the wrong size and sent a size smaller; total freak accident. I was able to get the correct size and now my dress fits! I’m so thankful they thought to measure the dress and I was able to get the correct size!

I was the first of my friends to get engaged, so I had no idea where to go to look for a wedding dress. I went to Elizabeth Lee Bridal due to the fantastic reviews I saw online. I felt so welcomed and comfortable through the entire appointment. I am SO glad this is where I found my wedding dress. Its impossible not to with their beautiful dresses! Both Caroline and Annabelle are so fun and informative, too. They made my dress shopping experience everything I imagined and more!!! Also, I am a little indecisive and they were extremely gracious and understanding. I will be suggesting Elizabeth Lee to all my friends when they get engaged.

I already had the idea for a custom wedding dress and a very specific vision of what I wanted from the get go so when my best friend told me about Elizabeth Lee, I got an appointment set up as soon as I could. I had my appointment with Caroline and she was more than ready to get me to my vision. The BEST boutique!!! The girls that work here know exactly what they are doing! I went in for a fitting, they asked a few questions, and then they brought me a few dresses to try on. I tried my first dress and it just took my breath away! It was so beautiful and perfect that it ended up being my wedding dress! I tried a few after just to be sure and none of them felt like the first one I had tried on. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and the girls were very patient and caring. They also helped me accessorize and they referred me to a great tailor, which is in house. Definitely recommend Elizabeth Lee!

I truly dont have anything except the BEST things to say about this boutique. I was visiting from San Diego, CA when my friend and wedding Photographer Cortnie recommended I stopped in on my trip to this bridal shop. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I came in never having tried on a wedding dress in my life and was immediately greeted and felt so welcomed. The store was empty (I had made an appointment), and I felt as if I wasnt being sold anything or pushed into anything I didnt like or want. I had a vision of what style I had in mind, and through trial I liked a lot of them, but there was no WOW factor. Then, the owners Wendy and Jared came over and conserved with me, what I was looking for, and with the bridal stylist I was working with and they pulled the most beautiful, unique, and brand new design from the racks. I never would have thought that this dress would have complimented me so beautifully! As soon as I put it on, my entire demeanor changed and I truly lit up. I couldnt stop smiling, seriously lol. I knew it was the one, and left there purchasing a brand new never before seen dress from Jareds couture line. Of course, I purchased this dress over a year and half before the wedding so during early 2021 I flew back out to Texas and was insecure about the fact that I may have gained some weight during covid and was extremely scared the dress may not fit since it was being made custom to my measurements. I booked an appointment to get measurements re taken and they were so sweet! They treated me exactly the same as before and assured me none of my measurements had changed and assured me how beautiful I would look on my big day. While there on the 2nd trip, I even purchased a custom matching veil.I cannot wait to see my fiancés face when I walk down the aisle in November. I cant recommend this place enough - such affordable dresses that are impeccably designed by the owners themselves. I truly felt like a celebrity goddess in my dress! I had such a wonderful experience at Elizabeth Lee! I had scheduled an accessories appointment to find a veil for my wedding dress. I had my dress steamed a few months prior and this was the first time I was looking at my dress since. When I opened the packaging, a large water stain was very noticeable on the front of my dress. My heart sank.Annabelle was my consultant and when I showed her the stain, she immediately took over and contacted her cleaners (Kite’s Wedding Gown Specialists) who are able to remove the stain.In the end, I found a beautiful veil to complement my dress! I dropped my dress off to be cleaned later that day.Annabelle was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make me feel like such a special bride through a very stressful moment. I was craving something unique and not cookie-cutter. I stumbled upon their website and had such a great feeling about this boutique. I was more than amazed by their selection when I arrived - everything was gorgeous and one of a kind. I had the pleasure of working with the owner Wendy and next thing ya know I found THE dress! I love knowing that no other bride will have worn the same exact dress as me because of the customization options they have. My veil will also be custom designed to match my dress. I never thought I would be able to afford anything custom but they are so reasonable on pricing! It was all around an incredible experience and I cant say enough great things about them! Everything was absolutely amazing!From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiling faces and positive attitudes. We were early for our appointment, but they got right to us, offered us champagne/juice/water. My stylist and the owner were right there to listen to my ideas for a dress and the owner helped pick out what she thought would look great on me. The second dress was an absolute win!! I am so happy I was told about Elizabeth Lee!! I had been searching everywhere for my dream dress and was so disappointed in everything, and then my MIL (that lives in Bedford) mention that she drove past this place all the time and that I should check it out. I am so happy that I did!! Wendy was there at my first apt and told me I could customize a dress if I wanted and honestly it was extremely reasonably priced. We sat together and designed my dream dress in a day. The process was incredible easy and I always felt comfortable with any recommendations they had for me. I also decided to customize my veil with them as well!Just to show how they excel at customer service, I live out of town and had my MIL pick up my veil...a week before the wedding I noticed an issue with the veil and told Wendy. My veil was fixed within 2 days...I was so impressed and incredibly grateful for their team.They truly work to make your wedding day amazing. Even though I had a custom dress, everything they have is just beautiful.

I absolutely love Elizabeth Lee, their staff and their beautiful dresses! When I first visited, I immediately thought since they designed and made their own dresses (also custom!) They would be out of our budget... on the contrary, they are no more expensive than the average dresses we were already browsing at other bridal shops. I ended up getting a fully custom make dress and stayed within our budget goals. They are so caring and creative, I love them! Im sk happy we found them.

I added things to my dress and she was able to sketch the design right before my eyes. Also, they recommended a great makeup artist that I used for my wedding. I LOVE this place! I recently got engaged and was quick to start looking up places to try on dresses and I found this place! My concern was that I look so young (24 look 15) I wouldnt be taken seriously. I ended up going to a few bigger named dress stores in the Dallas area and was treated badly along with my mother and grandmother. When I walked into Elizabeth Lee Bridal I was immediately greeted with so much warmth! You can not go wrong with them! They helped me figure out the style I liked and they listened to what I wanted in a dress! I have to say because I tried on other dresses at other boutiques the quality they have at Elizabeth Lee Bridal is hands down the best in my opinion! Everyone was wonderful! They custom designed a dress for me that fit my needs for a destination wedding in Mexico. Took my measurements, built it and when I went into try it on, it fit like a glove. I came in thinking I wanted a particular style but after trying on some dresses with that particular fit, nothing was working with my body and I was starting to get discouraged. The stylist I was working with (Kayla?) was incredible. I felt so comfortable with her and she genuinely listened to what I was wanting in a dress. Towards the end of my appointment, I met the owner Jared. Jared took one look at me, brought in a dress with a different style of fit, and I fell in love! Since this was the first shop I went to, I didn’t want to jump the gun and wanted to explore some different options around town. Long story short, I came back. I went to two other bridal shops (Lulu’s and a&be) and it just wasn’t the same. The customer service was horrible and the quality of the dresses for the price they were was disgraceful. The stylist at one of the other shops was trying so hard to get me to buy a dress that I said I hated and didn’t pull a single style that I was going for. Trust me when I saw this, you will NOT get better customer service, quality, and the family atmosphere anywhere else in DFW other than Elizabeth Lee.When it came time to pick up my dress and do the first fitting, the dress arrived WAY too small. I couldn’t even get it over my thighs; somehow the measurements got screwed up. As upset as I was, Wendy and Melissa (their seamstress) handled the situation beautifully. They comforted me, assured it was going to get fixed, and gifted me a beautiful head piece from their shop. I’m not sure how Melissa was able to do it, but my dress fit like a glove! I also used Melissa for my bustle and she is worth every penny - a true fairy godmother. (Fun fact: Melissa did the alterations to Miranda Lambert’s dress!)The shop itself is very glamorous and beautiful. The dress are VERY affordable and they have almost every style, cut, and fabric you could think of. Wendy and Jared design the dresses themselves and can even create your dream dress from scratch. The dress is actually made custom to your measurements so you will save a fortune from not having to have any alterations. They also carry veils, headpieces, jewelry, and shoes at the shop (careful, you will want one of each!). Very professional, warm, and welcoming environment overall - I cannot say enough good things about this boutique!

My first visit was in January- I was a little behind the schedule since my wedding is in May but the staff&designer made sure I was getting all the help&advice needed, helped me pick out my DREAM wedding dress and it came in today(April). The fitting/alteration process was easy, Melissa was so friendly and helpful throughout the process-though I didn’t need any alterations at the end. Overall my experience was impeccable! Elizabeth Lee Bridal Boutique is stunningly gorgeous! This place is perfect for a bride that wants an experience while shopping for a gown. The shop is decorated beautifully and will certainly set the stage for an unforgettable memory. Not only is the place wonderful but the owners are incredible. I was treated like family and every moment there I felt at home. Wendy has such knowledge of the dresses and knows which accessories pair well together. I found the couple who own this boutique to be the most helpful, most accommodating of any of the other shops we went to. The quality of their wedding dresses, mother of the bride dresses and all accessories were second to none. Elizabeth Lee is the only bridal boutique you need to go to. Ive been to a few shops around the metroplex and you wont find an experience like they deliver here. Its an absolute dream and every single gown you try on is amazing. Wendy and Victoria were so warm, kind and knowledgeable. I had such an amazing experience when I visited Elizabeth Lee Bridal Boutique! This was the first bridal boutique that I visited, so I went in with the expectation that it would be a great start to the experience and not really expecting to find “the dress”. From the moment that we walked in, we were surrounded by the beautiful aesthetics of the decor and amazing wedding attire. The atmosphere was very warm, friendly and inviting, not at all rushed or a pressure to buy. Every person that we met had such a great attitude and you could tell that they loved their job!That day I won the lottery! I was assisted by Wendy, the owner, very talented designer, and a true blessing! While I had looked at many dresses online, I had never tried one on, so I wasn’t 100% sure what I really wanted. Through a few questions, showing her a couple of pictures from my Pinterest board, and sharing my budget, she quickly disappeared to bring us some Champaign and water, and some fabulous dresses that she recommended that I try.All of the dresses were absolutely stunning! With each one, she talked to me about what I liked or didn’t like, made suggestions when I asked for her opinion and then refined the next round. I tried on a total of 5 dresses, and the 3rd one was the “dress”. It is the absolute perfect one for me! She suggested a few enhancements based on my feedback and now I have a dress that I have dreamed about.To my surprise, one of the best things was the pricing. Given the design, quality of fabric, and the fact that it was custom made, I was certain that I would be over my budget, however, Wendy keep my budget in mind with all of the suggestions and amazingly, we came in under budget, which afforded me the ability to buy additional accessories.I cannot remember a time where I have had such an “extraordinary” experience where I would give a 5 star rating, but by far, the experience that I had at Elizabeth Lee Bridal Boutique is deserving of it!Thank you to Wendy and her staff for being so wonderful and enabling me to find the perfect dress!I would highly recommend Elizabeth Lee Bridal and Wendy!

Elizabeth Lee is hands down the best Bridal Shop I went to. I purposely made it my very first stop in my dress shopping experience and no where else that I went even compared. You will not find another bridal boutique that has put so much care, professionalism, and love into their store and staff. I did not get to meet Wendy but Jared and his staff are the best! I went to four different stores and tried on 38 dresses total and none of them were as beautiful or well made as at Elizabeth Lee. They also have a wide range of hand designed gowns and I am so happy to say that I fell in love with one of their original designs! They only use the best sourced and nicest of materials in their dresses. They even took the time to recommend a few other wedding vendors to me as I was just starting out in my planning and I have already hired both of them! Every step of the way Elizabeth Lee has made me feel incredibly special and exactly the experience I had always dreamed of as a little girl! Oh my god, let me tell you! As soon as you walk in its beautiful! Very elegant! Sparkly, very clean, and very very organized. Youre greeted as soon as you walk in which was very warming. Victoria was an amazing help with getting to know me and finding my dress and helping me into the dresses. Wendy and Jared were AWSOME, very cute couple by the way, they helped me find the perfect dress, they talked me through every design of the dresses Ive tried on, helped me find out what i like and dont like. They have an amazing variety of dresses. I fell in love with many designs, but Im glad I narrowed down to the one dress i fell in love with. I had such a great experience with Wendy and one of her team members. I have had my fair share of horrible bridal appointments at other salons, and this one blew other salons out of the water. I had already purchased my dress off the rack at a store that was closing -- but I have been looking around for a veil and accessories.Wendy was so sweet the whole time -- she made me feel very special. She even did a little updo hairstyle on me to try veils and hair pieces on.Overall, such a great experience. I wish I knew of this place when I was looking for my gown! I loved the dresses but did not like the fact that they did not have any in bigger sizes to try on. I was being put into dresses that was 7 and 9 sizes to small. I was really disappointed for the fact they only had small sizes. I feel like they should be accommodating to all sizes of brides. And my partner was not being treated so kindly. But they were so friendly to me.

I had an awesome time at ELBB with my bridal party, the young ladies who help you are the best. The shop is stunning and picture worthy. Depending on your preferences, know that the designs are heavily beaded or heavily laced. There are no simple or satin dresses. The owner is also often present and offers customizations to make a dress work for you.

I cannot even begin to explain just how wonderful an experience we had yesterday at Elizabeth Lee’s Bridal shop! We just stopped by to see what they had and fell in love with the owner and assistant ❤️ they treated my daughter LeAnne like royalty and made sure she loved everything! The dresses are custom made, so LeAnne was able to try on the one she liked, then they were able to add/take off things to make it the dress she loves! We will get a sketch of the dress for approval first, then the dress is made 💖💖💖 sooooo excited! If you are a bride looking for the dress of your dreams, this is the boutique you need!

I cannot give this place a high enough review! After a couple lousy experiences at other bridal salons, I made an appointment here. Prior to my appointment, I called to ask questions and was lucky enough to have the owner, Wendy, answer. She was very kind on the phone and I was somewhat relieved. Upon entering the boutique, I continued that feeling. I was greeted and asked about my vision. Though I didn’t have one, she asked about preferences and taste. She worked with me one on one and made me feel heard. I tried on a half a dozen dresses, and only one wasn’t hers. See, the owner is also the designer. The level of detail on her dresses is amazing. They’re different than the cookie cutter gowns you see elsewhere or in a magazine. I never felt size shamed, which is a big deal when shopping for a plus size wedding dress.They had samples I could try on in a number of designs. For the first time, I was excited to be trying on gowns.The salon itself is gorgeous, the staff kind and not pushy; the owners - Wendy and Jared, were so thoughtful and helpful, really making sure I was happy with my dress decision and in helping me find other vendors. I did not get my dress from them, and yet they have been spectacular to work with. If you’re shopping for a dress, don’t hesitate. Go there first!
