I just had a wonderful experience at Modern Bride with Courtney Collins. It only took a few questions for her to bring a beautiful selection of dresses for me to try on for my wedding next year. It also only took trying on two before my decision was made. Myself and my two guest were brought to tears as soon as Courtney put a veil on me. It was such an easy and beautiful experience and I ended up purchasing the dress right then and there. It was a better experience than a bridal shop I drove all the way to Boston to visit. I had a wonderful experience, from my first appointment to picking up my gown days before my wedding. Mikaela was super positive and encouraging the entire way.Im an older bride and was a widow coming in by myself since Id just moved to NH. Mikaela and the rest of the team made me feel celebrated!I wanted a gown that would stand out from the crowd and look appropriate for my age (51) and thats exactly what I got. I could not have been happier!!My groom also had a fabulous experience renting tuxes from Brian.

I cant recommend Modern Bride enough! I went into my appointment with a lot of anxiety, and Debbie helped put me at ease. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and only showed my dresses that were within my budget. If you are a lower-budget bride like me, they have a large selection of dresses. I got mine for $500, and it was originally just over $1,700! This was the first and only place I went to. Pictures are not of the dress I bought.

I truly can not stress enough how incredible Modern Bride is. My mother and I went here on a whim shortly after I got engaged just to try some dresses on for fun. Ill admit, I was pretty nervous but my stylist Danielle was AMAZING. I couldnt look through the racks myself because of COVID so she had to bring me dresses herself, but I almost preferred that. She got me out of my comfort zone and had me try on all kinds of styles, making me feel confident and beautiful the whole time while still remaining honest about her thoughts. I found a few dresses that were top contenders, but still felt like I should check out a few other shops before making a decision.Looking back, I wish I hadn’t even bothered. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions, guess my fiances exactly measurements just by looking at him correctly and make us feel very comfortable about having our groomsmen who were scattered across the USA use Jims formal wear (where they get their tuxes from).

We worked with Danielle to help my mom find a dress for our wedding, and she was a huge help! She was extremely patient and the perfect balance of assisting, but also giving us space to do our own thing. After overhearing me say that I wished I could try on a few more dresses because I wasnt in love with my original dress, Danielle offered to have me try on a few while we were there, and she helped me find a dress that I absolutely loved. The store itself had a great selection, reasonable prices and was very well organized and clean. I would highly recommend Modern Bride for both brides and mothers looking for a dress!

When I went shopping for my dress in September it was a good experience. But fast forward a few months to today, when I reached out to request extra fabric since I want to add straps to my wedding dress, and I’m in tears.Adding straps to my dress was discussed at the day of my appointment, but they never told me at the time there was an option to purchase more of the dress material with the dress order to make this happen. I’ve been thinking I’d have to find my own straps and get them attached. The saleswoman even held up belts as straps so I could see if those would work as strap options....... again, leading me to not think at the time of using dress fabric to create straps.I sent an email with my request for the extra material/fabric, now I am being told the ONLY way this can be done is if it was ordered at the same time as the dress. I would have done this, if it was presented at the time of sale. I would have looked at other dresses too had I known this would be the case. My dress hasn’t even shipped yet and I’m willing to pay the extra cost, but they are saying no.The vision I have for my perfect wedding day is ruined due to Modern Bride.

My experience with Modern Bride was amazing, I traveled an hour and a half to visit and would do it again in a heartbeat. Debbie was fantastic and was able to find me my dream dress in less than forty five minutes of being there. She was attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. She was able to offer me customizations to my dress to make it exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Debbie and Modern Bride to anyone looking for wedding attire.

I was so afraid to go dress shopping and put it off a bit longer than I should have out of pure dread of the experience. As soon as I entered and was greeted by Michayla, my stress faded. She made the experience fun and relaxing. I felt comfortable the entire time. I found the perfect dress and couldn’t be more any more excited to say yes! After a very poor experience at another bridal salon, I cannot rave enough about how nice everyone was here. Such a positive experience and I cannot recommend them enough!

I had visited a few other bridal shops before modern bride and none of them were able to anticipate my needs like Modern Bride was able to. It was a busy Saturday, all the dressing rooms were full, but I felt cared for the whole time. We worked closely with Ashley and after I told her what I was looking for she was able to help me find my perfect dress. After I chose it they made sure I had all the necessary appointments set up so that Id be ready for my big day. It was also extremely convenient that alterations were done on sight. I want to say a BIG thank you to Debbie. I picked my wedding gown during a pandemic and of course I went in to the shop kind of upset that I wasn’t going to have the experience every bride has while choosing their dress. I just wasn’t “feeling it” so to say. BUTTTT as I started to see the dresses around me I started to loosen up a bit. I had a vision in mind or what I thought I wanted my dress to look like, so Debbie listened to me and she started pulling dresses that fit my “description” and not going to lie I hated all of them. Keep in mind I’m only allowed to try on 5-6 dresses because it’s during a pandemic. Debbie started asking me questions, and in no way shape or form were they aggressive, but in a way to try to get to know me and my style and my personality. I felt more and more comfortable as the time went on. I kept looking at this one dress that was hanging and asked to try it on. It was LITERALLY the complete opposite of EVERYTHING I had described to Debbie as to what I wanted and she chuckled to me and pulled the dress for me. I gave her a description as to what I wanted and she had told me the dress that I would most likely leave with and she was 10000% correct. Debbie was extremely laid back and comforting and encouraging during this time and never made me feel pressured at all. I never imagined leaving with the dress I chose but all I have to say is TRUST your consultant and go into it with an open mind. Thank you so much Debbie !

From the moment I walked into Modern Bride I felt comfortable and welcomed, mind you my first visit was very last minute and they were able to accommodate me on a busy Saturday. I went to Modern Bride with my best friend to look for a wedding dress. Our bridal consultant was so helpful and knowledge and provided plenty of options. She also allowed the group to each pick a wedding dress that we thought would look good - it was so much fun. It wasn’t long before my friend found the dress of her dreams! She looked absolutely stunning. While searching for options, I came across a gorgeous, rose gold Bridesmaid dress. I ended up trying it on and purchasing. Modern Bride made sure my dress and my friend’s wedding dress arrived in plenty of time for us to get alterations. Thank you, MB! I hope to return one day for my own wedding dress search.

Modern Bride has the most talented and wonderful staff and I would absolutely recommend anyone to this place for any formal needs. I worked with Delanie for my bridal gown and I felt like an absolute princess. The experience was so fantastic that I returned for my bridesmaids. Mickayla was amazing and helped me find the perfect color and dress for my bridal party. I came here to buy a wedding dress and had a ball! I didnt realize bridal dress shopping could be so fun. Debbie helped me try on the dresses and was very nice and supportive! Not impressed! I went to the store in Bedford,NH. I was brought back into a warehouse with rows and rows of dresses. I was told the name of each designer for each row and told to pick out what I might like and then she left me and my bridesmaids to it. The dresses were crammed in down a long row. She only carries 1 size of every dress so if you see one you think you like you have to order it! You cant even try it on to see if you like the look of it! DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME if you are looking for personal attention and selection because you wont get it. I went to Marry and Tux that is just 20 minutes away and had the most beautiful experience I could imagine!Sharon, C.

The ladies at Modern Bride are so fantastic I want to go visit my dress just to say hello! I first went in just looking while my MOH was in town- not expecting to pick anything without my mom. Well, after safely bringing me a ton of dresses to try (they have a TON of options), bc I had little idea what I wanted, Danielle picked me the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen!! It was clearly the one. Everyone was patient while I proceeded to FaceTime my mom in another state and parade in my dress for a couple hours lol. They also had the seamstress come explain to me the options and how I could have it hemmed and tailored. They even accommodated me again when another bridesmaid was visiting. I am so excited to wear this dress and very appreciative of the staff!! Covid makes wedding planning crazy, but my experience here was so enjoyable due to their efforts and the overall energy of the store. I recommend them to everyone and look forward to my next fitting! This is where I found my wedding dress. (Photos to come). The staff is all super nice and is there with you for every step of the way. They listened and after having me wear dresses in my size pulled my dream dress which unfortunately was much to small but they ordered it after measurements and have confirmed and kept me up to date via email since.

I needed a dress quickly for my second wedding. Michayla got me right in and took her time to find me the perfect dress to fit my occasion. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, not rushed, and excited about my purchase. She even helped me to add accessories to make it all just right. Bought my dress here and had it altered here as well. The alterations were so bad I had to bring it to another business to be fixed. On top of the awful alterations, Renee was very rude. I would never go back or recommend this business.Also the response to this review is incorrect. My mother left a review about the shoulders because she was angry as well. It is accurate that the shoulders had just two stitches each and were folded over. If your notes do not indicate that you took up the shoulders of my dress, that simply illustrates that the alterations were awful and so is your record keeping. The seamstress who saved my dress was appalled by the work.

I went to modern bride on a whim with a couple of friends and my mother and came across the dress of my dreams! They were very accommodating, scheduled my dress fittings appropriately and did a great job making my dress fit amazingly. The owners are very genuine people and they love what they do making the experience even that much better. There was no pressure at all to buy a dress or anything else and in the end I’m happy I found my dress here! (By the way thank you for your seats at the Puritan Backroom :)

I did not get my dress here, but I think this place is exceptional in their customer service compared to other bridal stores. I walked in on a whim one day to try to look at dresses. I was by myself and made it known that I was unlikely to buy anything that day (I was planning on coming in with family in the next coming weeks). Still, the consultant spent time with me, took pictures of me in dresses so I could show my family who arent all local, and overall was pleasant throughout the whole experience. Even though I did not end up getting my dress here, I highly recommend it for anyone. They have a great selection as well!

Michayla helped guide me to my wedding dress, she was helpful and easy to work with. They have a large selection of dresses, its a little less personalized than some smaller shops, which is why Id give it 4 stars. You pick out your own dresses, which if you are someone like me who doesnt really know what they want that is overwhelming.

This was the first shop that I tried dresses on at. I did not expect to leave ordering the perfect dress! The atmosphere was so inviting and welcoming and the team made it super relaxed and comfortable. I had Lauren as my consultant and she was absolutely amazing! I pulled four dresses I thought I would like and then she pulled one. The second I put on her pick I fell in LOVE. Lauren went above and beyond and I will recommend her specifically to anyone I know!

My wedding dress shopping experience was absolutely amazing. Michayla was fantastic. She listened to me, made me feel so comfortable, pulled dresses she thought I would look good in, did not pressure me into anything and was just the absolute best! I was getting discouraged after trying on so many dresses and not liking them and she just pulled more dresses and ended up pulling the one I bought. Modern Bride was the first store I went to to try on gowns. Though I did not buy my dress there (simply because another store carried a dress that they didnt) it was a lovely experience! Get there early before they open! It gets busy! It can be hectic but at the same time it allows the bride time to really take a look at the dress because the consultants are helping 2-3 ladies at once. Delaney was our consultant and she was awesome!

Where to begin with my amazing experience at Modern Bride! It’s a warm and welcoming environment from the time you make your appointment to the time you leave the store (and I can only imagine beyond!). The entire team truly works together to find you the perfect dress. One person even called a designer’s office to ask them an alteration question for me!Michayla was my consultant and I could not imagine anybody better!! She is absolutely incredible. Looking for Bride dress is always fun, emotional and can be stressful. We had the most wonderful experience at Modern Bride in Bedford. Our sales associate Savannah was friendly, professional and a real joy to work with. We were able to pull dresses and try them on without feeling any pressure and when we did decide on a dress, Savannah pulled one of the male mannequin that had the tuxedo we were thinking and put it next to her. All I can say is wow. The boutique was very clean, plenty of space, and every employee was polite and eager to help. I had the pleasure of working with Courtney, who was absolutely fabulous, attentive, and genuinely cared about finding the right style and cut for me. I tried on about ten beautiful dresses and she managed to find The One with all of the elements of what I liked in one dress. And, to top it off, she pulled the dress from the clearance rack! So not only did I find the perfect dress, it was on sale! What more could a bride want?

My consultant was Michayla and she truly makes you feel so at home and comfortable during your time there. Modern Bride has a wonderful selection, and all the associates are wonderful. There are racks that brides are allowed to look though and choose what they want to try on, unlike most places that pick out dresses for you based on a few questions they ask you. This helped me immensely because I thought I knew what kind of dress I wanted, but after visiting a few other places, I left worrying I wasn’t going to find a dress.Michayla helped me find my dress. Even though it happened to be the first one I tried on, she had me try on the other dresses I had chosen just so I was sure. She was so fun and excited that it made the process more fun. Additionally, one of the owners does the alterations and measurements. It was nice to find a bridal shop that works together as a team and truly cares about every bride that comes into the store.

Thank you to everyone at Modern Bride for helping make our day so special!! We bought my wedding gown, the bridesmaid dresses and rented suits in what seemed like, minutes. The staff listened to what I wanted and helped picked out the gowns that best fit my style. By the time I had paid for my gown and booked my fittings, my bridesmaid had already narrowed their search down. We walked out of the salon knowing that we had chosen the right gowns!! Went to Modern Bride Nov. 3rd to sop for my daughter’s wedding next year. She had a dress she’d seen and wanted to try so I called the store and spoke to Amanda. She ordered the dress for us. We got to our appointment and were met by Amanda. She picked more dresses and let the bridesmaids and myself also pick. Turned out the dress my daughter thought was going to be “the one” couldn’t compare to one her sister actually picked! My daughter found her dress and it is drop dead gorgeous! We all had a great experience and Amanda was the best! Can’t wait for my daughters wedding!

We visited Modern Bride first thing this morning for the first attempt of my daughter finding a dress for her wedding next year. We all thought this would be a long process. Well, it took 2.5 hours at this place and working with Savannah who was wonderful with my daughter, she was genuinely engaged and listened to my daughter and what she liked and did not like. After trying on 10 dresses, 3 of which made a possible list, Savannah presented her with a dress that brought all the qualities of the other 3 wishlist dresses into one. An hour later we walked out, and do not need to come back until its time for altercations. We received A++ service and were very glad it was the first place we went.

I was introduced to my consultant Michayla who immediately made me feel welcomed and at ease.The entire staff at Modern Bride did a great job making me feel safe and comfortable while looking for a dress during these difficult times. They had hygiene protocols and face covering requirements in place but did so in a way that was much different than my first bridal appointment at another store. I almost forgot I was wearing a mask rather than the mask being all that I saw in the mirror. Michayla and the other staff gave a sense of ease and normalcy to the appointment.Michayla was patient, positive, encouraging and lighthearted during the appointment. I never felt rushed or pressured! She showed me dresses that were within my budget and met my wedding style. I appreciate her being so conscious of my budget, as I would have been disappointment to fall in love with a dress that I could not afford. She also encouraged me to try dresses that I thought were not “my style”. I was so happy she did so because I ultimately purchased a dress that I love but never expected.Michayla consulted with the other staff who were versed in alterations to answer my questions and to provide ideas on alterations, embellishments and cost. I will be working with Modern Bride alterations team in the future to add sleeves and other embellishments to my dress. I could safely store my dress at Modern Bride for no additional cost and I was encouraged to return at any time to try on my dress again with shoes or accessories.I highly recommend Modern Bride to anyone who is looking to have an intimate and personal shopping experience that is “pressure free”. I will be back to the store with my fiancé to get suiting for him and his groomsmen which is offered at a discount with the purchase of my dress.Thanks again to Modern Bride and Michayla for making this a special and memorable shopping experience.

These ladies are AMAZING! I found my dress right away and within budget! Marin was WONDERFUL! I went in twice before buying and she was so happy to help, and I didnt feel like I was wasting her time :)I even stopped in just to try on the floor model of my dress with one of my bridesmaids and they were so accommodating! I LOVE Modern Bride and would recommend them to any bride!

I was so nervous about going dress shopping. In all honesty, I had no desire to do it at all. I saw some people I know go to Modern Bride so I decided to as well. Let me just say that Michayla is AMAZING. I showed her some pictures (I saved some dresses from the website to try to make this trip short and sweet) and instantly she picked those out for me and some similar ones, one of the ones she picked ended up being the dress I chose! She did a great job listening to my thoughts and following my only rule, despite protest from my bridal party- no ballgowns. My dress shopping experience at Modern Bride was incredible! It was day one of dress shopping for me, and I walked away from the store after purchasing the very first dress I tried on! I loved that myself and my I Do Crew could walk through the aisles of dress options, pulling out the ones that both I liked, and the ones my crew thought I would look nice in. And our associate, Jackie, was wonderful! She was so helpful in every way, from helping us get started to actually helping me get in and out of the dresses. After hearing my thoughts on a few of the dresses I tried on, she also pulled others to try that our group had missed. And the best part for me, Jackie didnt push me in any specific direction, which was very refreshing! She was just full of advice and positive comments! I couldnt have dreamed up a better experience! I went to Modern Bride a couple weeks ago on a whim and found two dresses I fell in love with. Marin was my consultant and she did an amazing job figuring out my wants and style and brought me my dream dress. She was very personable and easy to get along with! I cant say enough good things about her. Fast forward to today, I went back in to try those dresses on again after I shopped around. Both Marin and Savannah helped me tremendously and I ended up purchasing my dress! Their customer service was tremendous and I would recommend Modern Bride, Marin, and Savannah to anyone.

Modern Bride was my one stop shop when it came to picking out my wedding dress. The customer service was awesome! I got the pleasure of working with Odessa who helped me find the perfect dress! She was friendly and patient! I was so impressed I came back for my mothers dress and bridesmaids dresses as well! A plus is they even hold the gowns for you there! I traveled 2 hours to get my gown here and am SO glad I did! They have a huge selection and some dresses you can buy right off the rack. They dont require appointments AND offer evening hours, which is very convenient. All the staff was great- personable and helpful. They also have an excellent selection of bridal accessories from belts and hair clips to veils and shoes. I would recommend MB&FS to anyone who can make it there- thanks for an awesome wedding gown shopping experience!!

I had tried a bridal shop prior to walking thru their doors and after being in many of weddings, no bridal shop in NH will beat the level of services received from the staff at Modern Bride.They were patient, attentive to detail and extremely pleasant. The have a large selection of gowns with pictures and prices on each hanger, keeping you from guessing what the dress actually looks like and eliminating the need of you having to try it on to find out for yourself.Scheduling appointments for alternations and a final pick up date was painless. I went yesterday to pick out my wedding dress... I also brought all 7 of my bridesmaids and three others. I had a large party and they were extremely accommodating. I worked with Marin and she was extremely helpful with finding the perfect pieces (veil and belt) to add to the dress I ended up choosing. She was extremely patient and kind to everyone that I had brought with me, even if we did get a little bit crazy and unorganized at some points. I found my dress only after coming out in three dresses and it was an amazing experience at modern bride. Not only did I find my dress but we found our bridesmaid dress as well. Thank you Marin!!

A few of the staff we actually a bit rude to me on a couple of occasions, which really bummed me out after having a great time with other staff.And...Not having the tuxes all in 48 hours before the wedding was a major problem for us. There wasnt any tracking on the tuxes, so we had no idea where they were or when they would show up. The shop could only keep telling us, theyll be here.

The customer service here has been amazing. Every time Ive needed something, theyve been so accommodating. I was also in between sizes and decided to go with what the seamstress recommended, and it fit like it was made for me! Prices are so much more reasonable the other bridal store in town. Highly recommend.

Wonderful selection and incredibly kind and helpful staff. Tristan was super helpful in finding just the right dress and great at suggesting ideas for me to try on, also took photos for me to look at later. Cant say enough good about this store!

Modern Bride has been by far my best experience with wedding dress shopping. This place is just so relaxed, you dont need an appointment, though I did set one up both times I went. I dont feel like Im on a time limit, the girls arent pushy theyre really just super helpful. Now this may not be the glamour experience if that is what your looking for... but that is definitely not my bag. At another place I went to... I felt like I was being pressured into making a decision because my appointment time was up.. I wasnt allowed to take pictures, and the girl insisted on being in the room to put me in the dress. Here.. they gave me the dress, I put it on myself, and the girls helped clip it up after.

About 200 dresses to choose from service was good but we did not find that special dress.

Modern Bride was on the top of my list of Bridal Shops to go to when looking for my dress. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a fairly new employee named Taylor, and her trainer Courtney. They asked what brought me into the store that day and when I told them I was looking for a wedding dress, the 2 consultants were eager to help! They found out what styles I liked and started showing me gowns. They put me in room and immediately helped me into my first gown. Taylor was very attentive while helping me in and out of about 6 gowns, asking how I felt in them and was very friendly. When I asked her how she liked her job, she opened up about how much she enjoyed it. It was a very pleasant experience and I did find MY DRESS at Modern Bride after only trying on 2.I had a terrible experience at another shop the previous night where my sister helped me into all of the gowns and the consultant insulted me. When I told Taylor and Courtney about my first shopping episode, they took extra time with me to make sure finding my dress would be everything I hoped it would.They exceeded my expectations and I had found my dress in less than an hour. Alterations arent terribly expensive and they store your gown for free until the day of your wedding. Thats perfect for me because my wedding isnt for another 15 months. I will definitely be going back for my bridesmaids dresses and highly recommend Taylor and Courtney at Modern Bride.

I got my wedding dress from here. This was my first stop and My last. I worked with Elizabeth, She was amazing. She pulled a dress and it was so beautiful and amazing and everything I was looking for and I fell in love with it and got it. If you are looking for a wedding dress please do yourself a favor and stop in here and see Elizabeth or anyone else they all listen and are wonderful to work with.

Absolutely the worst service of my life. This is not even a 1 star. Decent enough service to get me in the door and buy a dress, but when I gave them the sizes of my bridesmaids. The girl at the desk knew 1 of the bridesmaids personally and said “no this is definitely wrong, not the right measurement for her.” So because they are the “professionals” I believed them and got a smaller dress, ON THEIR ADVISEMENT. When the dresses come in, the girl goes and gets the dress, tries it on and it doesn’t fit. She was exactly the size she was originally measured at and they told me I needed to buy a new dress at half off.... My problem is that if they had just taken the correct measurements originally and that girl did not intervene then we would have been fine. It is not my fault, I went to a professional so I could trust their opinion and then be treated properly if things went wrong on their end. If you are looking for professional service (DO NOT GO HERE). If you are looking for whatever is easy, go here but be on top of your own business, as they will not properly assist you.

Eh. Nice staff but not a very inspiring atmosphere. Feels like you are trying on dresses in a dimly lit truck warehouse.Selection was so-so, did not have much of the vintage style I was looking for. Nearly all the styles were strapless. Close up a lot of the fabrics looked cheap. All the samples I saw were size 10 so if you are any bigger you may have trouble finding something to try on in store. The dressing room had a curtain closure which is a bit annoying if you are at all self conscious about flashing your goods to the rest of the store.Customer service is a big part of the experience, so I must say the staff was helpful and attentive.The store just really, really, really needs to improve the lighting. It seems they would rather hide imperfections in low light than inspire customers in a beautiful, complimentary setting.

I shouldnt even be giving this place one star they deserve zero stars for the way they treated me. I will NEVER go here ever again and I will never recommend anyone going to this salon either. The staff was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. They clearly dont know how to size people correctly. I went into get fitted for my friends wedding they did the sizing and what not. When i went to go pick up the dress at salon and go try it on at home it did not fit whatsoever it felt like i got a dress that was 4 sizes too small. I went back and talk with the ladies there they remeasured me and saw that my measurements were off by over an inch and a half. They said there was nothing they could do for me and that I had to figure out a way to fix it, and on top of that they told me it was my fault that I didnt loose the weight and thats the reason the dress didnt fit. A couple of weeks later I called back and too see if there was anything else I could do to possibly fix this situation since the wedding was in 4 months. The woman on the phone gave me a lot of attitude and proceeded to tell me again it was my fault and then she laughed at me on the phone and thats when I had enough. I went to my own seamstress and I have had to have 4 different alternation fittings and the dress still does not fit. Their was over 8 inches of the dress that would not zip. Because the dress not fitting I am no longer in my friends wedding because Modern Bride doesnt know how to measure correctly and they dont have the proper people to do the job. I am so frustrated and mad! Like I said this place is so unprofessional and I will NEVER come here again. The way they treat their customers is unacceptable!!

I went with the untraditional way of dress shopping and took my fiance with me. Our consultant, Michayla, was absolutely amazing! She did not rush me or pressure me into anything! I was able to spend as much time as I wanted, trying on different dresses I picked out. Once we finally started narrowing down the style, I didnt think I would like but ended up loving, she picked out dresses that were specific to certain details I was looking for (I wanted a lace trim). Within the dresses Michayla picked out was the one and I would have never found it without her! She listened to my concerns as well as my fiances throughout the whole process. She did not get frustrated and was never pushy. Michayla listened to what my fiance and I were saying we wanted and she nailed it! Definitely recommend this place and Michayla. She was like having your maid of honor or bridesmaids there without having all the pressure. I am extremely happy with my wedding dress and cannot wait for my first fitting!

Maybe its just me but I think this is expensive. 240$ to rent a tux that cost 500$ to buy? As in most places they gave me 40$ off trying to make me feel good about the pricing. Its a sales pitch that everyone uses now and does not make me feel better about spending that type of money on something I cant use again. They also area high priced to alter dresses. 1/2 the price of the dress for alterations. Highway robbery. We brought it to another location for 1/2 the price they were asking and it came out excellent.

This was my first time using Modern Bride, but one of my friends referred me to this boutique because she has had nothing but great experiences with this shop. I can honestly say I LOVED this store!! They had a great selection and there staff is very friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately by Val (an employee) and from there she helped me with everything, from trying on numerous dresses to picking the perfect gown. Val was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful (as I am sure all of their employees are at this boutique). I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for prom dresses, wedding gowns, bridal parties, etc. Overall I had an awesome experience and cannot wait to go back for my fittings and alterations because I know I will get great customer service. I looked at 3 bridal shops before finding my perfect dress with Odessas help. The alterations team made it even more perfect. I picked it up the day before I left for my destination wedding so I never had to worry about it right up until leaving. Skip all the other small boutiques and go where they have so much selection and the attention of a small boutique.
